“tried to contact hermes by phone the stupid answering service is useless i properly sent a parcel they charged me twice and the recipient was my address. what a rip off this is the worst delivery firm in the uk they should be struck off. philip adkins”

“Been trying to get Hermes to contact me NOT because of their sevice but to report a criminal activity of one of their drivers so it doesn't happen to anyone else, no joy yet”

“If you have a choice, avoid at all costs. In fact, I've decided not to shop from stores that only work with Hermes UK. The main reason is that there is no way to contact Hermes, none. I had set a safe place for delivery, they completely ignored it and haven't tried to deliver again, and that was days ago. Meanwhile, no contact whatsoever, so I have no idea if and when to expect delivery. Disgrace of a company.”

“Bad service from hermes international, I paid, parcel booked, but they failed to provide me with the address label....................... Only automated service if you "need some help" and obviously this was not resolved since the system did not understand the issue. Bunch of Crooks.......”

“Totally Unprofessional company. They leave parcels dumped downstairs and do not even bother to ring the intercom. Does not surprise me at all the bad reviews about Hermes on here. The company should shut Down!!!”

“I have still not had delivery despite the fact that they have said they are going to make a delivery three times. I cannot get information from Hermes about my delivery. I end up with a robot on their website. The tracking information contains blatant lies about attempted delivery. I have checked address they have, door bell, door knocker and my address is abundantly clear in multiple online maps! I am being forced to stay in to try and make sure I do not miss their delivery. Best to make sure your delivery is not going to be made by Hermes. I have never had such a bad experience with any other delivery company. I still do not know when my item is going to turn up! Check out the online reviews of this Company and you will realise that it is definitely not a Company you want to use for your delivery. Check out YouTube for the Watchdog program of how awful they are.”

“Delayed delivery that had a deadline. Arrived and deadline missed. Site said accident caused delay. No way to contact Hermes with any urgency. Utter rubbish courier”

“Are you guys having a laugh? There's literally zero customer service at this company! No phone number no email nothing to get in touch with them. My delivery is already late and they had the cheeks to say that I wasn't in... My neighbor is a God damn pub that's open till 12am and they tried to deliver at 8pm? My wedding dress has been squashed in their vans for 4 days! If it'll be damaged I'm reporting them to trading standards. How are they still in business?”

“Payed for a specific day delivery from River island for my daughters birthday a£100 bag never arrived contacted them says it was at the hub a week later never received the bag river island couldn’t locate it so they are the worst company kicking the drivers are atrocious and you can’t contact them except through a robot wouldn’t need to be in yer last knocking waiting that shower of ratbags”

“"We tried to deliver your parcel today but you weren't in" is the message on their website yet I was at the delivery address the whole day, the door knocker works and the door bell works. I can only conclude that Hermes has lied to this customer.”

“Don’t touch this company!!!!! Nobody gets back to you left hundreds of messages my parcel has still not been delivered no change in their tracking and you just get a robot when try and find your parcel, I would never ever use them I just need to find my parcel.”

“I sent a few parcels within days of each other. Not only have 3 not been delivered but I have also had negative feedback on my eBay account due to this appalling company. No way to speak to anyone and their chat is a virtual robot that you can't get past. One parcel tracked says damaged beyond repair. Contact the buyer. It should be Hermes contacting them and also me with a refund. DONT TOUCH THIS SHOWER OF THIEVES!!!!!!!! Even the questions after this are rigged ie time taken on delivery but no option to say it wasn't delivered. I despair!!!!!!!!!”
