“I've just spent all day trying find out where my parcel is. I got a delivery note 21/03/2022 saying a parcel delivery was missed and '...we'll try next working day..', as i took a day of work to be 'in' for the delivery nothing arrived!!!....it is now 31/03/2022 and still nothing, no communication so i don;t whats going on. The worst thing is that you CAN'T get in touch with MyHermes/Evri. Theres no contact numbers, no email to customer services nothing. The absolutely useless 'digital bot' just makes you go in circles!!! Changing the company name to Evri seems pointless as the people behind the desk are the same!! I've started using Yodel/DHL/Royal Mail for more reliable service and a contactable one. Be warned if you miss or lose a parcel and trying to deal with My Hermes.”

“My advice for everyone do not use Hermes at all it’s my parcel reference: P2G100895365 It’s lost and stolen by the Hermes drive Unfortunately they are not able to refund me even my postage fee”

“Why is there never a zero or negative rating on review sites? I now ask every company I am buying from who they use as couriers. If they say Hermes and will not offer an alternative, I simply will not place an order with them. However, that backfired on me just recently when ordering a house sign. The company stated they use Whistl. So, I thought that was ok, not realising that Whistl subcontract to Hermes! Hermes / Evri or whatever name they are going by today, sat on the package for three weeks then delivered it in a damaged condition. Going off all the one star reviews here, it’s clear that Hermes is actually run by dishonest imbeciles, so perhaps we should keep quiet in an attempt to keep them all in one place.”

“fake proofs of deliveries.ordered a many times on ebay and every hermes delivery is wrong. i did not recived an ithem but they "have a photo of my floor" for proof. i dont have a carpet. it is not my floor”

“The online support bot is useless. Eventually emailed them about failure to collect my return parcel. All I got back was email with them washing their hands of it and saying to contact the retailer. I live in a house in a city, so don't see why they won't collect it! Nothing to do with the retailer.”

“We had some foor knobs, we brought on vented weeks and weeks it said it was at depot, now after how many weeks the seller sent me a message saying it got sent bk to her, I work for a parcel Company, I am shocked how bad they have acted, don't use hermes”

“My neibour came and said a parcel was left with me.. i said i havnt seen anyone or have a parcel.. he then looked in a corner of my open front drive.. is that it.. when i looked.. the delivery driver JOSH had without permission.. come on my property.. moved a planter which was placed and never before moved..placed the parcel there and went.. JOSH you didnt ask permission to leave any parcel on my property and YOU HAD NO AUTHORITY to move things on my drive either and yes..this is going further xx”
