Changing name doesn't hide the fact this is the worst courier company in the world or even possibly the worst company in the world

Every time we had an order delivered with hermes, there were problems.Either the item not received either long lead time for delivery. Unfortunately, while ordering with Amazon, some of the companies are using hermes...and there is no option to change it....therefore no option to choose of not using them anymore

Returned my item through Amazon EarPods £250 and when they received my item back apparently the box was empty. Absolutely shocking they our it’s theft and must be making a fortune. You only need to read these reviews I can’t believe nothing is been done about this issue as it’s clearly a massive issue that’s been happening for a very long time. To take my order out my hands at my home and take the goods out outrageous someone should be looking into this company. I’ll never use again I’ll always ask who the courier is from now on appalling that management have got a thief working for them taking people’s belongings. Avoid this because not all can be trusted.

When I find out Hermes are delivering my goods I'm filled with worry and know my parcel is not going to arrive on time, possible broken if indeed it does get delivered to my door. Hermes are the worst delivery service in existence, they are never on time and when they do show up they often leave the parcel at someone else's house not even on my street. USELESS, And they don't seem to care about the state in which the parcel get to you in, and if they're not packed well they will be damaged, they don't care!!! They say they knocked your door but you wasn't home when you have been waiting in all day special for the parcel to arrive, no one knocked the door they just couldn't be bothered to do the drop. WHY DOES ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY? WHY? THEY ARE USELESS, THEY DON'T CARE, LET THEM GO BUST. USE PARCELFORCE OR ANY OTHER SERVICES BUT HERMES. They picked up my parcel 5 days ago BUT STILL HAVEN'T PROCESSED IT, it's supposed to be delivered TODAY. Think "how many times has this company ruined my days" before I felt compelled to type this out.

What ever you do don’t ever use this company the customer support is frankly worse in the world if you have a problem .. ring frank or a help line for stressed out people as you will get more help with them . It feels like we had you money now f””k off

Of my last two Hermes deliveries one was lost and the other is supposedly still in transit after 10 days. Hermes has a an average rating on this site of 1.19 but on Trust Pilot where Hermes obviously post fake reviews the rating is 4.5 !!

Hermes was the god of logistics, these clowns can’t even deliver a table lamp. Why do companies like Next choose to use the worst reviewed and most hated delivery company out there. I’ve wasted an entire Sunday thanks to these losers and their partnership with Hermes will make me think twice before ordering from Next in future.

Highly disappointed delivered my parcel containing my sons clothes in to the wrong address leaving in a bin..couldn’t contact Hermes as it was a Sunday & the officers are closed Still not received my items Went to the road where the picture of item was taken and after to speaking to various people this has been happening week after week

one star is too many! how this company continues to trade is absolutely beyond me. Our local courier refuses to deliver to our lane, which is two concrete, recently resurfaced, tracks. After numerous emails to the ceo and a hefty phone bill trying to talk to a real person, with no success, hermes/evri have said it’s not their problem. All i want is to be able to pick up my four parcels but apparently i can’t. Where are they!!!

Hermes/Evri old name/new name makes no difference, incompetent scammers, shipped a tennis racket 770 grams including packaging, fined me £4.45 saying the parcel weighed 1.2 kg, where in the would a tennis racket weigh 1 kg, what a bunch of s..t heads

Were home on delivery day but the courier stopped at our house looked up the drive then drove off and dropped my item outside the gate of my neighbours 500metres down the road,for all to see as they drove past.Amazed that it was still there when I worked out were it had gone My house had a large house name outside so no excuses!!

Hermes/Evri whatever....same useless rubbish. I cannot express just how much I detest this disgusting company. Terrible, terrible service. Parcels normally always get lost, drivers lie about coming, parcels left in unsafe places, cannot get to speak to customer service. Just absolutely rotten to the core.

Heremes what a waste of time. They've had my package for almost 2 weeks. They recieved my package 21/3 for delivery on 23/3. On the 22nd was placed on hold till 24th then again on the 25th where it still remains, I'm not holding much chance of ever receiving it. Is it coming from Russia? No its coming from within England they still can't get it sorted. Grossly incompetent at best at worst a total disregard for customers and a "couldn't care less" attitude. You DONT deserve to be in business. In the future I will use a snail and get things much quicker and more reliable.

Terrible, terrible company. Have waited in twice now during the times that they state delivery will be & still no parcel. How are this company still going?? I've never received a delivery on time yet with them & they've lost several parcels in the past. Impossible to get hold of. Won't place orders with companies in future if they state delivery is with this awful company

I've just spent all day trying find out where my parcel is. I got a delivery note 21/03/2022 saying a parcel delivery was missed and '...we'll try next working day..', as i took a day of work to be 'in' for the delivery nothing arrived!!!....it is now 31/03/2022 and still nothing, no communication so i don;t whats going on. The worst thing is that you CAN'T get in touch with MyHermes/Evri. Theres no contact numbers, no email to customer services nothing. The absolutely useless 'digital bot' just makes you go in circles!!! Changing the company name to Evri seems pointless as the people behind the desk are the same!! I've started using Yodel/DHL/Royal Mail for more reliable service and a contactable one. Be warned if you miss or lose a parcel and trying to deal with My Hermes.

Worst delivery service ever! Paid for next day delivery for a specific reason and still haven't received the parcel two days later. Really irritated! Terrible service!
