They delivered my parcel to the wrong address and then said it had been securely delivered. Never have I had at least an okay experience with hermes. Sort it out or shut down !!!

Absolutely usless , said they have tried to deliver my parcel 3 times I was in the garden for the first 2 times all day and the only entrance to my property is next to my garden the third time I was at work but said unable to find my house yet they were there 2 days before delivering to my wife ! Email customer service get told issue with my address I have the only address at my post code as I live on a farm . Why anyone uses this joke of a company is beyond me keep getting told allow another 48hrs for update so time to look at legal action now .... DO NOT ISE THEM

terrible - Ordered item a week ago. Since then they have lie they are coming 3 times yet failed with no reason and finally said they tried but not in. There's cctv here so you are a BUNCH OF SCUMBAG LIARS. See attached proof H0016A0049523565

Disgusting service. Lying about it being a final attempt to deliver when you have tried just the once and that too without any prior warning to say it will be delivered today!!!! So angry ! And to top it off, the stupid automated service is absolutely useless! Cant even talk to an actual person!!!

you sent me an email saying failed delivery infact i am thinking should i take out a court summons on the driver who did not come to my house yet says he did for telling lies as i and my wife were in all day we were not told or even carded this is the normal was for deliveries as a courier driver if this driver was working for be he would lose his job that not the way to behave

Had multiple parcels delivered by Hermes over the last few months, not a single one has arrived on time and two were even “lost”, I.e: stolen. One was placed in a “safe place”, which the driver determined was the bin!… on bin day!! Needless to say I did not receive that one either. Terrible customer service, useless chat-bot and their returns service is extremely difficult to say the least. Avoid this service at all costs, they pale in comparison to DPD, DHL, UPS and even Royal Mail. A recent study has also stipulated that they are actively and industrially faking positive reviews on trustpilot when their star system dips below 4! Absolutely disgusting. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I knew a parcel was due today and left a note on the door as usual to place parcels in the black zip bag/box, usually have no trouble with this however today I get a message saying they haven't left the parcel as no one in, ice had no issues with hermes before. Absolutely fuming. I've got cctv and a place to put my parcels. However no note was left to say they came?? Nothing on CCTV either. Don't trust hermes anymore.

Wish they had zero stars because they lost my parcel till today haven’t had a response where it has gone from Hermes world’s worst couriers and there service please people don’t use Hermes

WHERE IS MY PARCEL ???? Tracking number: H021PA0000149887 - The EVRi Hermes tracking website shows been tried to be delivery two time and I wasnt at home !!!! absuloletly lies . My house coverd all by CCTV and I have motion detector ring doorbell with camera, also I am working from home all the time . No body was here from Hermes courier and you put facke and wrong information in yout parcel tracking website . You must be shame on yourself to giving false information to people in your parcel tracking website. There is no way to contact EVRi Hermes courier customer services and speack with some one(human). all contacts and even live chat will be answer by auto answer machine robot ,even on their Social Media Sites only they send a link which is NOT help full at all .

£1000 TESSUTI PACKAGE OPENED, ALL ITEMS REMOVED, ONE ITEM REPACKAGED IN HERMES BROWN BOX WITH HERMES TAPE ALL AROUND IT, RECEIVED WITH NOTHING BUT A PAIR OF TRAINERS! NO PAPERWORK, NO INVOICE, NO RECEIPT, NOTHING!!!!!!!! TESSUTI CONFIRM ALL 7 ITEMS WENT IN ONE LABELLED TESSUTI PACKAGE!!! THIS COMPANY NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN!!! I PURPOSELY PAID FOR DPD DUE TO HAVING 4 PACKAGES GET ‘LOST’ SINCE DECEMBER!!! BUT THEY SENT IT IN ERROR BY YOU! THE WORST COURIER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! CLEARLY THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE THEIVES!!! THIS IS WILL BE TAKEN FURTHER! ITS HAPPENING TO PEOPLE EVERYDAY BY THIS COMPANY! SO YOUR RENAME TO EVRI MEANS NOTHING!! STILL THE SAME OLD HERMES!!!!!

AVOID. They lost my parcel sent internally with returned goods. There is no customer service to get in touch. I placed a case to investigation whereabouts of my package three weeks ago (again there is now way to chase them or to talk to them) and they sent email today saying that their investigation proved unsuccessful. I am yet to be begin a claim process but not to hopeful either, having read their reviews. I had already with deliveries from them - parcels left at different places but the tracking saying that they will try to re deliver etc. Will never use them again.

Absolute joke company, they've lost 2 of the last 3 deliveries I was waiting for, you can't speak to anyone, and they don't give a toss about customers, avoid these idiots like the plague

This company is a joke! They left my parcel in the middle of a busy road and it was stolen! Imagine leaving a parcel outside a door in oxford street. Their drivers are useless, unprofessional and thieves and I cannot believe they are still allowed to run in the UK. any company that uses Hermes for their delivery will be avoided and never shop again.

Avoid like the plague if you want to send anything of sentimental or monetary value. I have used Hermes twice and on both occasions the package was “lost”/ stolen. Most recently I posted a watch I sold for £300 on eBay via Hermes. Hermes lost the package, but told me not to worry as I could make a claim for compensation. I submitted a claim and waited 28 working days before chasing them. They told me they only insure watches to the value of £250 and therefore the watch was on their list of uninsured items. No offer to refund the cost of postage and no offer to compensate to the maximum watch value of £250. I tried appealing to their better nature but they closed the case. Prior to the watch I returned some trainers via a retailer. Hermes lost the package and I was told it was not insured. Luckily the retailer compensated me as a gesture of good will. Hermes are convenient to me and I paid a premium to use them. Their network is clearly unsecure and I would strongly recommend avoiding them like the plague if the item you are posting has any sentimental or monetary value. Do not trust this company or expect any level of customer service.

Worst delivery service, driver marked parcel as delivered when it wasn't then they say that there was a delay with our order because the driver couldn't get access to the building at 1:20pm when we're a business that is open all day...

Most awful delivery company. Delivery guys doesn't do job properly. Impossible to contact, stupid answering machine. I will stop with shops who is working only with HERMES. Never again. too much stress for your money.
