Their customer service is non-existent. They have a phone number on their website. Whatever option you select, you will only get an automated response. The online chat on their website is just as bad. They are literally no help at all. I have been waiting a month for a refund that would have taken a matter of minutes had i been able to speak to a human being. I am getting no where at all. It's a shame as our local delivery driver is friendly and accommodating. I can safely say though, I will never be using their services again nor will i use any companies that use them as their delivery company.

If you have a problem they are the worst company to deal with. You will spend hours of your life trying get through and get answers and continually fobbed off. Better paying a bit extra for good customer service and get your parcel delivered. Avoid.

Beware of this thieving company Horrendous service ! Been at work all day and I get a notification saying my parcel was ‘delivered and signed for by customer’ ... again, I have been at work all day how could I sign for this ?! Checked with neighbours and in any ‘ safe places’ but nothing .. no way to get through to an actual human, no customer service , no way of emailing / ringing company , I’m shocked and disgusted that this company hasn’t been Shut down or at the very least investigated ! I was sent an image of ‘ my signature’ it’s a scribble ... a SCRIBBLE?! not in anyway close to my signature so someone is committing fraud and from the look of all the complaints online this is something happening within the company either hiring thieves or morons !

Poor service all round Poor service all round, poor customer service as no one responds to the online help line nor answers the contact phone number which may I add isn’t easy to find, poor delivery options as can’t write your own preferred secure location for where you want panel to be placed, can’t add preferred delivery time to save the courier a wasted trip, they don’t seem to deliver panels after 6pm when most people are home from work! I wouldn’t have even rated them 1 star but unfortunately I couldn’t write a review without giving them a star rating

0 stars , I have no parcel, although Hermes states it’s been delivered and signed for! When viewing the signature it has been forged! No way to contact customer services, only answer machine that cuts you off! No email address! Disgusting service! Customer should be sent a barcode that the courier has to scan to prove it’s been handed over ! Iv contacted the supplier and hoping for a replacement as it’s a Christmas present. How do you put a complaint forward for this dreadful company?

3 times I had to ask Amazon for a new returns label for a parcel.. Hermes never came to collect it.. You can’t contact them.. I never knew such bad companies existed. I had to take it to a drop off in the end and a Hermes had forgotten to leave labels with them so it couldn’t be dropped off either.. I wasted days on this dreadful company , time I can never get back.. ... I will never use them again.. I have made a big complaint to Amazon... They said my complaint was nothing new to them..

USELESS COURIER COWBOYS. CANNOT GET THROUGH EITHER BY PHONE OR EMAIL. TOTALLY CRASS. LEFT PARCEL (WITHOUT KNOCKING ON THE DOOR), NEXT TO RUBBISH BINS. PURE IDIOTS!

My Amazon Parcel was opened, I guess to see if there was anything of value to remove....but it was just a book....I will not order items from Amazon again if hermes are going to deliver....just not trustworthy

I think a one star rating is more than you deserve, but I wasn't able to leave 0! Appalling service - said you have delivered when you haven't (and I was in all day!) and the photo of the 'delivery' was just a grey blur. Unable to contact anyone. Would NEVER choose to use Hermes - ever!

Terrible, never deliver when they say they will. Online updates are useless. Claim to have made a delivery attempt when they haven’t. No way to speak to someone on the telephone in Customer Service. You get very little help with online chat and often the responses are conflicting.

Absolutely useless company. Lost an item and didn't contact either sender or receiver. Getting in touch with them is almost impossible. Use anyone else bar them as they are not a courier company who can actually deliver parcels and their customer service is shocking!

Similar to other reviewers, as soon I find out a parcel is being sent to me using Hermes my first thought is "Oh no, here we go again". No other courier company has a problem finding our address, but it happens every time with Hermes. The "customer service" phone number has no option to speak to anyone, and just refers you back to the website. Trying to track my latest parcel and the tracking page just says, "Our driver had an issue finding your address" with no other options at all. Complete joke of a company - they should be ashamed.

My hermes driver claims to have delivered a package but had not. he put a line through the delivery signed box. neighbours dont have it. local shops dont have it. moron has most likely dumped it in a bush and called it a day, and to top it off hermes wont respond to the company i purchased it from so they cant send a replacment. my herermes have to be the worst delivery service i have encountered and they hide behind an automated service when phoned so good luck to any one else who needs help.

Charged my credit card for a parcel I never sent. I could not find a way to speak to anyone at Hermes to discuss the matter. Their contact telephone number is an automated service which just confirms the status of a parcel. I tried to email them but the Customer Relations email address is no longer in use, you are just referred to the main website address, the live chat service there is also automated so again only confirms the status of a parcel, I do not think that there is a live human being at the other end? Had to contact my credit card company to refund the incorrect charge.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I sent a bike and it got lost. How do you loose a bike? I don't know but this company managed to do it. It said on their tracking/website that the bike was in their depot. I tried to contact them several of times but it was impossible to speak to or get email address to a real person. VERY FRUSTRATING! Eventually I got an email to send a message to, asking to get details of what's going on with my bike. I never earns back from that email. In the end I had to go through a mediator to finally be told that the bike had been lost. In addition they only pay £25 in compensation. SUCH A BAD COMPANY!!!

I would sooner get on a train and fetch it myself than use these people spent days waiting in... says tried to del and left card.. No card. List item supposedly with courier. The list goes on... just Lies.., should be closed down. Not fit for purpose Next you need to review your courier service

Ordered christmas present via amazon last week (tuesday 10th) said it was out for delivery but extreme weather circumstances were delaying it. It was next day delivery and my work is right next to the hermes depot which my delivery should be at and pretty sure i would of noticed any extreme weather or natural disaster to and from my way to work each day considering i drive right past the depot it says its stored at ! The customer service is a joke, not had any updates on track my package since 12:50 on Friday (claiming there was extreme weather preventing delivery). complete bulls*** excuses and now looks like no one will be getting any christmas presents from me because Hermes is a complete joke!
