I don’t even believe it should even have 1 star for a review!! It is an adult company that do not have any help to find you parcels when not delivered. I ordered something one the 3rd of December which was meant to be here between the 10th and 13th it is now the 19th of December and it is meant to be a birthday present for someone’s birthday on the 21st and it now looks like I’m not going to be able to get it to them in time if it even comes at all!! The company is awful as there is no one to ring or email if there is a problem. When I track my order it says there has been a delay and it should be on the move in the next 24 hours this was last Friday!!! I find this disgraceful

Hard to believe they are still in business, tracking information shows my parcel stuck in a loop betwwen "being on the way to you" and "in the local depot", has been for days.

Received an email and text message claiming the parcel had been delivered. It had not and we have been in all day. Checked tracking information to find it claimed that I had signed for it, and the image of the signature was just a straight line - nothing like my signature and clearly a forgery by the driver. When you call Hermes to investigate an automated message tells you to call the sender and then hangs up. Same message appears when trying Live Chat. So they clearly have no intention of investing in a customer services team.

Worst customer service. Doesnt call you when lost or contact you or update you or help. No one is even available to speak to unless its a robot!

utterly horrified... do not use them. a parcel was not delivered .. forged signature, then they insist I can only discuss with whoever sent it but a retailer did not tell me they used it so I am stuck and lost

Everything went wrong. Still awaiting my package after a week. Your website to try and speak with someone or solve an issue is dire. You are not fit to trade. I will avoid ever using you, or ordering from a company that uses your “”” service”””

Not having a merry time of it so far. They said my items delivered and signed for but I haven’t received the items?/? So trying to to talk to a human being or chat is just about impossible. Got through to supplier and now they are looking in to this muddle for me. Really disappointed so far. Time will tell if and when I get my order.

Ordered over £500 worth of Christmas presents all to be delivered yesterday by Hermes. I received an email and an update on app saying my delivery been signed for and delivered. 1 - I was not in to revive this. 2- this was not my signature ( just a line) and 3- no parcels to been seen anywhere I have checked with neighbours and checked all round my property ! I can’t get to talk to anyone in anyway just live chat which is no help what so ever. Now I am left £500 down with nothing to show for it !

No option to speak to a human, regardless of what option you pick on the online chat bot or on their automated telephone line, just tells you the same information on the website then boots you off. The delivery driver was unable to find my address and the website told me to go to the 'Before you get in touch' section to give more information so they could find it- but there was no way to do this. There's no ability to modify the safe places so if you have, for example, five garages on your property there's no way to tell them the correct one or give other necessary information such as gate codes. When I tried to get in touch with the original vendor (Asos) they told me they had no way of contacting Hermes either to give them additional information. This resulted in my sitting outside on the main street for an hour waiting to intercept the delivery driver as there was no other way to get in contact and tell them how to correctly deliver to my property.

Absolutely awful service. Had over £200 worth of Christmas gifts being delivered. They sent a confirmation picture to us with parcel in a safe place, however me or neighbours have never seen it. Near on impossible to contact them. Avoid them at all costs, absolutely fuming. I don’t want to accuse anyone, but judging by previous posts a lot of people are having the same issues and they are nothing but thieves.

On-line tracking system says my parcel was delivered yesterday. It was delivered. Tried to call customer services, entered tracking number and response was that the "system is experiencing difficulties just now". Try the online assistant and it goes round in circles, telling me that the parcel is still out for delivery. Will not let me chat to a real person. Meanwhile over £60 of goods has gone missing. Absolutely disgraceful. Would give zero stars if it was possible. Call this a service? Sounds more like a scam.

HELL ON EARTH! BAD is NOT even BAD ENOUGH! Parcel to be picked up 2 weeks ago, never done, added on tracking it has been collected and never reacted to query. Still have no clue where my supposed to be pick up might be in the universe... told me now to rebook myself with new payment!!!! CHAT takes hours to get through, kicks you out of the line on a regular basis and doesn't do a thing for you! Phone lines are on voicemail 24/7! NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN! DISAPPEAR HERMES!!! YOU ARE A MESS, A SHAME AND THE WORST SCAM ON EARTH!

Every single time I have a delivery that comes when I'm out the package is thrown (not placed) thrown over my fence. So many damaged items. Impossible to contact to complain about the idiot doing this. By far the worst courier in the UK currently

2 parcels not collected from me recently on different occasions with no explanation. 2 other parcels collected in the last 3 weeks and both have going missing. Claims are painfully slow and now they have just eventually agreed to pay me the value of the item I sold and will not include the cost of carriage that I had to refund to my customer. All in all very unreliable and it's impossible to speak to anyone. Cheap but very poor service.

Parcel not delivered, tracking says they had problems accessing my property - nonsense. They have the parcel so is theft and suppliers should stop using them. I will not knowingly buy anything again from suppliers who use them.

It’s theft pure and simple gift set delivered letterbox - second delivery over Xmas where they have just kept the goods and claimed they have been delivered!! Amazon shame on you for using these jokers!!!!

Two weeks and still not received parcel. Difficult to speak with a real person and when you do finally get in contact via chat bot, they are useless and unable to help. Pathetic excuse for a company. DO NOT USE

Hermes have said they have delivered my parcel I’ve been out all day and said it’s been signed for the signature isn’t even a scribble I’m so annoyed this is an expensive Christmas present no one to actually contact and speak too.... FUMING
