The worst service I have ever received! I have paid and booked next day collection from home of a parcel.The parcel was perfectly packed in box, sealed and with label on the top from the morning of the collection day. But now 3 days later after every day chats with them nothing happened and my parcel is still waiting in my front porch to be collected.They just keep told me every day that the parcel will be collected next day and that is hasn't been collected as it wasn't ready!They just loose your time waiting for your turn on the chat and keep lies you and annoyed you!This was my first and last time using their services!Really disappointed!

lost 2 items and were more interested in passing the issue onto ebay rather than apologising or finding what had happened to the items. Thieving staff? useless staff? useless customer services ( tick ) don't give a damn large company ( tick ) it makes me sick large company's like this are allowed to have such bad customer services Hermes have no phone number to contact instead you have to wait inline for a webchat i waited 20 mins behind 200 other unhappy customers to be fobbed off by someone who clearly didnt care

Received a card through the door with no information but just the date, tried there tracking page which just shows the parcel is now at the customers local depot, however the web site states they do not have any local depots for the customer to collect there deliveries, absolute waste of time.

The local delivery person does not even try to deliver. Just holds on to the parcel and then returns it. No doubt because we complained about her previously. Hermes really are the most useless courier company ever. Why on earth companies like QVC use them is a mystery except no doubt they make money out of what they charge people and what they pay hermes to deliver.

Honestly the worst delivery experience of my life. Packaged was shipped, double-box via the Print in Store service that does not offer varying levels of compensation. Package was opened by Hermes, content taken out and resealed before delivery. It goes without saying the customer service was none existential.

Item dispatched to me on 8th October. Still not arrived despite both myself and sender making multiple phone calls and online enquires. Hermes has now classed the parcel as lost and fortunately the cost of the item is covered by insurance. What you don't get back is the time and effort of chasing them for information. This, combined with low level stress and disappointment of not receiving the item makes the additional cost of using Royal Mail a bargain. Hermes, 'messenger to the Gods' I don't think so.

If you want to be disappointed, continuously lied too, never get an answer, be handed from one operator to the next. Try Hermes

Placed an order on 16.10.18 for delivery within 3-5 working days. Come 25.10.18 Apparently 2 deliveries had been attempted (False as I was in), no vehicle turned up on either of the apparent delivery attempted days never mind the times they mentioned. There were also 3 "delays" that pushed back the delivery date along with the "parcel number" being off lined on their tracking system for 1 day. Shoddy service, requested full refund & every time i place an order online in the special instructions write "DO NOT USE HERMES" as this is the 3rd delivery they have done for 3 different companies all of which have had long delays & false delivery attempts. Highly frustrating not just that the delivery never happened but because of the lying about attempted deliveries. Would not recommend to anyone.

My local courier is Amazing! 5 stars for Ade in Sidcup. Long story short: I’ve ordered to the wrong address, he has tried to deliver there twice but he remembered my name from the previous deliveries and brought the parcel to my workplace!!!!!! Not any delivery company/people would do this! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!

Stayed in all day for parcel then was told courier couldt deliver it as I wasent in which I was they just never bothered trying to deliver it and this ist the first time it's actually the 3rd time now

They send me an email saying that my parcel was delivered 16,52 and customer signed for, nothing were delivered to my house and I do not know who signed for it, actually I have 3 parcels here in my house that does not belong to me, they were just left in front of my house by Hermes, I will end up placing them in the bin, very poor company, absolutely useless, my parcel is lost, now I have to claim my money back from ebay

Two parcels in the last six weeks have been signed by someone that is not me. These two parcel are coming up as delivered and signed by me.. well have not had them.. both parcels were signed on a Wednesday when I was at work.. who is getting them.. or keeping them is a mystery! I now get everything delivered to Sainsbury. If not I ask the seller if they can use royal mail. This is a recent problem, always thought they were ok in the past.. obviously someone is dishonest working there now.

Where do I begin?... I really wanted to rate Hermes with Zero stars, but that rating is not available.... If you want to hear a tale of woe and deception, read on! I paid for Hermes to collect my parcel on the 9th September, they collected it 4 days (the driver did not use his ID otherwise I would happily have shared it - too scared of being identified as useless I guess) after the selected date and it still hasn't turned up at the recipient's address! that means they've had my money and my parcel for more than a month and STILL haven't delivered it!! The so-called "customer services" line is automated and constantly experiencing "technical difficulties" - I've tried the line more than 20 times over the last two weeks. I've tried the webchat - they are very friendly (reading form a script), but defy the laws of physics - not only are they next to useless, they also occupy the same time and space as useless!! The item that they haven't delivered belonged to my grandfather and now appears to be lost in their system. I tried the on-line tracking system, it doesn't even appear on their system ( an earlier parcel that was delivered two months ago appears on there as un-delivered - you couldn't make this up!!! - but not the parcel that Hermes have collected). There is no one to speak to over the phone, the webchat operatives, are useless and their on-line system doesn't work. Is what hey are doing even legal???? I doubt it. I really hope one of their real customer services staff reads this and gets in contact - I'd VERY much like to speak to them!! But I suspect they won't because they don't have the guts to deal with their customers and talk about the borderline criminal service they peddle.

They lost the parcel I sent and now I am out of pocket £95. No communication from them, just don't seem to care. wish I had read some of these reviews before using them.

I did not had good service from the company in the past until today.This driver of my Bolton area called tony who collected my pacels and was very pleased with his kindness,politeness and was very efficient person who made me so pleased to leave this review,wish there were more like tony in the company to deliver such an excellent service.Well done Tony and Thanks.

Just received golf club unfortunately in two pieces! Why would any delivery firm leave a parcel on you doorstep knowly it's damaged ,only Hermes, why because they don't care .
