What a fantastic service, kept me informed of delivery time, left parcel exactly where I requested and took a photograph which was very helpful. I could have asked neighbour to pick it up if if necessary. Thank you for a great service, I will definitely use you again.

Booked a package collection last night. Was collected at 1p/m today. Not only that, but they delivered something i ordered the other day AT THE SAME TIME. Could not have been a better service. The young lady that collected and delivered was BRILLIANT. She needs to be paid more. Excellent company. All this is after i had previously booked with YODEL who made me stay indoors for THREE WHOLE DAYS !!! And STILL did not collect my package ( have asked for a refund ).

Booked an ebay parcel through a middleman. Parcel was suppose to be collected on 5th of Nov 18, No one came. Contacted them through live chat, no one could give me the right answer, Driver said no one at home, what a cheeky liar. They now say it will be collected on 6th now but I am still not sure. Guy dont fell for their low price Bull****, they never give you the good service. Its not my first experience. It happend to me before.

Never ever use Hermes again . Parcel collected approx 25-30 mins drive away 8days ago and I'm still waiting . Stick with Royal Mail . Done 3 live chats yesterday and was told different times each one and still never arrived. Another wasted day of my holiday waiting in .

Your company went wrong,lost my parcel of 10kg,not like you could drop it and not hear it hit the ground,it was the size of a coffee table,you joke of a company,im now £165 out of pocket,first and last time with this company and all who use hermes,be warned people,i think the items are being stolen and sold on there are just to many being lost,,surely the drivers are not that incompitant,,never again....

I have used My Hermes frequently having had a small business I used My Hermes to deliver my products. When the delivery goes to plan all is well but My Hermes are unable to respond in an adequate and satisfactory manner when the delivery does not go according to plan. I would suggest that My Hermes is only used for easy to find addresses and do not expect any response if there is a problem with the delivery. I recently paid for a pick up on a Thursday. The tracking information stated that the courier could not pick the parcel up and try the next day. On Friday I looked at the tracking information which had not been updated and still referred to Thursdays failed collection. I emailed customer services and enquired about my parcel. I have never got a response, I then went online and qued for a web chat, I was timed out twice but after about an hour I got through to a call handler who said he couldn't get hold of the courier, to give it another 24 hours and check the tracking information. After 48 hours (when the date I needed my parcel for had passed) I again went online for a web chat. At the end of a frustrating conversation, I was told the call handler couldn't get through to the courier because they don't work Sundays (fair enough). My Hermes offered a refund if I could drop the parcel off at one of the collection points. Unfortunately, the parcel is being collected for delivery to me so that was not possible. I asked for the problem to be escalated to a manager and the call handler the said to wait 24 hours. After refusing this suggested way forward and threatening to post the two conversations online I was told the 'appropriate' apartment will call back in 24 hours - I am not holding my breath.

Appalling customer service. Found it impossible to get to talk on phone to anyone so tried live chat. Had to wait for 53 minutes to communicate with some foreign idiot who didn't understand the problem. Not the first time I have had problems with them. Will never use them again.

I have already had 2 packages lost by Hermes (or more likely stolen) and also one delivered to a house 2 doors down with no card telling me at had been delivered there and now they are saying I have signed and received my latest package however I haven't received anything, so they sent me a signature saying it had been delivered and yes you guessed it, the signature is just a scribble that means absolutely nothing and certainly isn't mine. I am still waiting waiting a response as they haven't replied to my last 2 emails. I have already asked them to give me the contact details of the person that as apparently delivered my package to me, but yes you guessed correct again.. no response to that either. Hermes are without doubt one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with or known in my life. How or why something isn't done about this uncaring business I will never know.

Worst courier I have ever used. 2/3 of parcels were not collected on the day I had booked. The last parcel I sent they tried to deliver twice but for some reason which they could not tell me, they were unable to find the address! Then instead of returning the parcel to me it was delivered to a completely different address. Now 15 days later they are still unable to tell me what happened, have not been to the address to collect the parcel, and despite numerous messages from me show zero interest in resolving the issue. Avoid like the plague.

Worst delivery company every! After loosing my brand new £369 Juicer (and paying a premium to insure it against loss) I was told that they exclude kitchen products from their cover??? After promising reimbursement and asking for my bank details they told me they would not cover me and I have in essence lost £369. Horrible horrible company - avoid like the plague!!!

I hate this company. I once waited a month for parcel from Amazon. I'm currently two weeks into waiting for a JD sports next day delivery. Zero customer service & online tracker wasn't updated for 3 days. Wish I could give no stars. It enrages me whenever I see they are the courier service. Absolutely unfit for purpose.

I waited for a delivery when it hadn't arrived I checked the parcel tracker which said a delivery had been attempted . This is clearly not the case as I have an intercom to allow access as do the other three tenants of the flats in my block . I have had several successful deliveries from Hermes MandM in the past but this was a failure . The tracking site says allow 24hrs but no further instructions .

Took so long to arrive. Wouldn’t really recommend unless you are prepared to wait for a parcel.

Lied about attempting to deliver, returned item to their depot, it never went back out for delivery. After days and days of trying to get an answer from customer service, have been told it's missing. Incredibly frustrating. Hope I can get a refund from the sender.
