This company should be shut down. An absolute joke my experience of them today is typical of the comments I have read below. They should not be allowed to trade. Full stop.

What can i say, their couriers like to leave parcels outside customers' front doors in plain sight for other people to steal. This happened to one of my customers last week, their parel was stolen. I contacted customer support and they replyed the courier left the parcel within 9 metres of the customer's address on thier front doorstep which they apparently think is acceptable. This is an unsecure location, you are in breach of your terms of contract. Also, this week i have had yet another of their couriers leave a parcel on my customers front doorstep in plain sight, luckily their parcel was not stolen this time. It continues, do i leave you more negative feedback or do you sort your couriers out? We shall see.....

I just had to say what a great service Hermes provides! They keep in touch with you via text etc, and give you options about parcel delivery. Excellent!

i use hermes to send parcels,on average they loose 1 a week, im looking for a new reliable courior as these are total waist of time,alltho sometimes get money back for lost parcels they slow time in the prosses and ask same question twice to spin out the claim, no offer of compensation for there imcompetence and stress they cause to me and ny buyers and risk of neg feedback, just checked this weeks and looks like another gone missing, essuse i got was they have 10000s every week to handle and they fall off conveyers, well PICK EM UP,, sort ye sens out useless company stick with royal mail not these jokers

Very very bad service. Will never recommend to anyone. Ordered item from amazon for next day delivery, waited at home all day and tracked online but nothing turned up only to be told a delivery was attempted and a card left, but nothing was left. I've had this same experience twice now and I will never order next day delivery is being delivered by myHermes. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

Waited for collection more then 10 day 3 time schedule pick up but no one turn up, and when contacting myhermes they taking ages to get back to you. Very bad customer service I won't recommend and I won't be using again :( very disappointed :(

Only getting one star because you can't give negative scores. Item ordered from Amazon on Monday; next-day delivery chosen. Hear nothing from Hermes until yesterday when I am told by e-mail that they tried to deliver at 7.13pm, which I can guarantee did not happen as there were three of us in the house at the time, and no-one came near the door. No card was put through the door either. I downloaded their app to see if that would help, but it provides virtually no information. It tells me that my item is due for delivery today, but that could be any time up to 8pm. There's no point in telling them to leave it in a safe place, because IF they did try to deliver yesterday (which of course I know they didn't), they did not leave it in the designated safe place.

Terrible, dishonest service! Myhermes did not deliver the goods I sent. They did not contact me. When I contacted them, they said that they had damaged the parcel an then dexuded to dispose of it. The parcel contained several components, most of which would be pretty difficult to damage. I was not consulted and neither was my customer. Myhermes obviscated and tried to get out of paying the insurance despite admit I g they had thrown my goods away. It took six months to get anything from them. I will never use this terrible company again.

Still waiting for a parcel.Using the tracking parcel system,was informed they had tried to deliver the parcel.But they had not.Then was informed the parcel was too large,and they would need a suitable van.The item is a 28 INCH FIRE GUARD,???????.After giving me two delivery dates (still not arrived)Contacted Hermes to find out what was happening by way of Internet chat (this was the only way of a conversation) Telephone conversations seem not to be available,Only to be told wait 24 hours for an update.Still waiting. I will never get involved with Hermes delivery service again.Very very poor service,And appear to tell you anything they like.If I could give 0 stars reveiw,I would.

Parcel2go have arranged for Hermes to steal my property and charged me for the privileged. They collected well wrapped and labelled large item from my home & were supposed to delivery it circa 50 miles south. It never got there, in fact their tracking never system never had it arrive at their Depo despite the driver confirming he had taken it there. After several 'live chats' and emails (no contact number available) they just kept giving me a generic empty promise "our investigation team will look into it and feedback within 48hrs", this never happened. After a week of my constant attempts of getting an answer they tracking number was no longer recognised on their system. It took another week for them to really respond firstly to say they couldn't do anything without a tracking number, (lucky i had evidence) they then said sorry the parcel is "lost". I reminded them that this was no small item (rear car seat) that would be misplaced or dropped. Therefore whatever the fate of my parcel, it was clearly a deliberate act of wanton disregard toward my property by a Hermes representative. I had to refund my customer and was now £180 out of pocket. I am questioned the casual complacency with which Hermes have dealt with my queries, the clear deliberate disposal of my property and the subsequent attempts to 'cover-up'. I also questioned how this large delivery network could allow it's employees/staff to behave in such a matter?? "They are sorry for the inconvenience caused"

Absolutely shocking PR from this company. I received an email saying my parcel was about to be delivered at 12.17pm. I rushed home from work awaiting delivery and as I was sat by the front door I got an email saying my parcel had been delivered successfully. Oh no it hadn't!!!!!! I tried to contact them to ask what was going on. Apart from a premium rate number web chat was the only way. Despite saying I would have a 12 minute wait I actually waited 45 minutes to get through and they promised me a reply within 24 hours. In the meantime a pleasant but confused woman who I had never met before arrived with the said parcel saying she had found it in her daughters play house. " days later came a snotty email from their customer relations dept. "Our courier informs us your parcel was delivered to 110 in the wendy house, if you still have a problem contact your retailer". I live at 100 so why was it delivered to 110 without anyone knowing about it. It wa pure luck I ever got it and no attempt was made to deliver it to my address and no card pushed through the door. I got no apology and they have not even bothered to answer my subsequent email. I shall be contacting the retailer and will tell them I won't be buying anything more from them if they use myhermes. If they had at least apologised and done a proper enquiry I may have felt differently.

Merry Christmas! My son's christmas gifts turned up, opened the parcel and the two most expensive gifts have been taken. £150 worth. The parcel had been opened and re-wrapped in Hermes tape. So very sad and worried. Can't afford to buy the presents again. Hermes are a terrible firm. Why don't they investigate their employees and sort this ongoing problem out.

If I could give zero stars then that is what myHermes would get. Hopelessly inefficient and unreliable. The "Customer Support" department fails in every aspect, and it would appear the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Don't use. They miss-deliver parcels and blame the sender for the mistake.

I send 2 sets of important documents through heemesvand they Hermes lost both of them. They didn’t not respond to me and when I ask them for a compensation they say that since I didn’t choose the insurance they will not be able to do anything They have not returned my money that I paid for the courier nor they have given me any compensation. They don’t have a system in place and they are very unprofessional. I will strongly advice not to use them.

Do not use this company. Had 2 parcels being delivered. One turned up but not the second one. When checking the tracking it stated that BOTH parcels had been delivered and signed for. Both signatures were fraudulent and not signed by myself or family member. Cctv showed that they came at a different time to when the signature would’ve taken place, and only one parcel was handed over. So clearly they have robbed the other. Worst experience ever.

Couriers repeatedly lied about trying to deliver, as proved by CCTV. Eventually delivered by an 11 year old boy. Next parcel was apparently left with reception desk. Only problem is I live in a two bed semi, certainly no reception. Again CCTV proves they weren't near the house when they said they were. Customer support no help at all. Will never again order from a company using these lying chancers.

phone number refer you to chat lines chat lines that are not answered or have 300 in queue, depot phone numbers not responsive , tracking details 24 hours now nothing moving , rubbish , sent email still waiting 36 hours ago How quick did the company reply to your queries? answer no idea could not wait any longer

Told of delivery today. We were both out today, so no one at home, all day. Got a text saying 'could not deliver' Then got an email saying 'delivered' Hermes site says 'delivered' No card in letterbox. So where's our package!!!! There's been no one in our house all day!! Tried to find a tel number to call them. No number published. Resorted to webchat. Was told that I was position 387 ...... unbelievable!! Webchat said I would get connected in about 2.5 hrs time Totally farcical. They can't seem to make up their mind if it has, or has not, been delivered. We don't know where it is and there's no way of finding out. So now we just wait to see what happens. I swear that Hermes are the worst couriers of them all. I hope I never see them on my doorstep ever again. Amazon, please note ..... I'm going to stop ordering from you if you don't start using a more professional courier.
