I wish I could leave 0 stars! Forge signatures to say they have delivered an item when they haven't. Virtually impossible to speak to anyone. Then they email to say they have lost the parcel. Absolute joke of a company

Parcels are taking so long to deliver. Constantly saying will be delivered then receive another email at end of day saying there has been a delay. Not impressed with this setvice

Further to last review, another delivery supposed to happen today. Now 2 days late, said delivered on the app but no parcel. Daughters parcel left in rain yesterday, mine nowhere to be seen.. ? I really hope they start to lose clients or get there act in gear!

Complete joke - same as all the other reviews. Left on the drive way in the rain, 3 days late. Why on earth companies like Amazon would use delivery business like this is beyond me. As consumers, we can decide to say no thanks, I'm not shopping online with you until you change delivery companies. That's the only way anything will be done about Hermes. They need to be on rogue traders!

Terrible delivery service, they have completely lost one parcel and now a second one is saying “ 24 hrs. Delay check in morning “ that was 36 hrs ago and still he same message is showing. Cannot get hold-of them as e mail / phone message will not accept my tracking number. I am going to advise people not to use them

The item was left in my plastics waste box in full view for anybody to steal it. The delivery person signed for the item too.

If I wanted my parcel left with a neighbour I would if stated it ... I didn’t . Now I have no birthday gift for my daughters 7th birthday in 2 days , even though I’ve paid for them. I’ve got 3 neighbours all claiming they have no knowledge of this delivery and you can’t actually speak to a human at Hermes it just says their is a technical difficulty tracking my order and then the line goes dead . Absolute incompetence!

Bought an item which was collected from the seller 85 miles away on 18/11. Delivery date was to be 22-23/11 and now on 28/11 and still no parcel. Hermes say it was collected by a 3rd party? and don't know where it is. They told me they would look into it and get back to me which they haven't. Tracking status is still showing as collected so where the hell is it?????? Worst delivery company ever

Try to send parcel over 3 weeks ago. After so many lies and messages and phone call. When last thing I was told item is in depot and will be returned back to me. Then next day told item has been lost!!! I believe there has been lies and waste of time communication. The item has been stolen. Now I have been asked to pay back the money and delivery charges to my customer which is causing problems for me as I had trust in HERMES to deliver as promised. All lies and LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY BY HERMES. Disgraceful! Hermes tracking number is 8962182247695083 EVEN SAID ON THE HERMS WEBSITE THAT THE ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED! See my pics attached

They said they delivered the item from amazon around 10pm, and left it somewhere safe in the front porch WE DONT HAVE FRONT PORCH..and why 10pm!!! It happened twice as I tried to contact Amazon to report missing item/delivery but no option like that in their website so I picked return/replacement and they sent the replacement and yet got a message from Hermes that they successfully deliver it and left somewhere safe this time it was around 930pm, NO ITEM HAS BEEN FOUND. So what's wrong with these delivery guys?

E mail from them at 2.14 yesterday saying parcel delivered. Went into tracking ,forged my signature said it was delivered at 3.14 !! I’m my opinion this is theft and fraud and feel the police should be involved . Again a toy for grandchild which is now unavailable .

Hermes refuses to try and deliver. Leaves with the dirty rubbish in the open. No matter how many times I complain, Hermer refuses to ring my bell to deliver. They just leave any delivery outside next to dirty dustbins and leave a card. Have complained to Hermes numerous time where I am told 'this is not Hermes policy' 'not how we [Hermes] operates' 'will speak to drivers' but to no avail. So glad half my deliveries now use a different company.

I have once again received shocking service. I have been waiting in for two days in a row for my parcel, just for it to be "attempted" to be delivered. There has been no attempt. Monday will be the last attempt before they send my parcel back. I will just be standing out on the street all day in hope that they actually bother to bring it that far. There is no way of getting in touch with Hermes. I have used their "chat". I have called and it's just an automated voice telling you to go to their website. How so many companies use this as their delivery service baffles me.

Absolutely zero starts. They lost my iPhone 8 Plus but I figure they stole it instead. I am never ever letting them deliver my stuff ever again. Worst company ever. No respect for anyone’s stuff whatsoever. Literally furious. Having to wait 2 weeks to see If I’ll get a refund.

Was surprised to see my Tracked parcel had been delivered and left in "a safe place - outbuilding"!! Really????? Try thrown over the gate, some 300 - 400 yards from the house, and left on the ground in the rain!!! A much more realistic description!! Woeful service - they obviously don't give a damn about people's property or goods! Would have left no stars if I was able!

I never received my parcel with this company. They sent an email where say I have got my order which is a lie. I try to call or chat hours and hours but is impossible . They don t have a contact number. Unprofessional behaviour ..I can t find my properly words to explain my experience with this ghost services. Don t use their service anymore

I was expecting two parcels via Hermes. Day one:- We were not in so the courier left the standard card but couldn't be bothered to fill in his details for me to make other arrangements. Day two:- Again we were not in (not the couriers fault obviously). Both parcels arrive delivered by the same courier. Parcel one safely left with a neighbour. Parcel two left in the recycle bin. Draw your own conclusions on the quality and intelligence of Hermes couriers.

Your couriers do not care about people’s packages. My delivery looked like it had been dropped in the sea when it arrived and the soft toys inside were ruined
