“Hermes must save themselves a fortune at Xmas by just stealing everyone else's presents. They should never be allowed to trade. Legalised theft. I used to be a van driver but I'd go on the dole rather than be associated with these fraudsters.”

“Parcel should have been delivered Monday. Its now Thursday and every day it says its out for delivery. Just deliver the parcel for goodness sake. I hate ordering from companys who use My Hermes as I very rarely get a good service.”

“Absolutely rubbish delivery service, "tried" to deliver my parcel 5 times now, but they haven't even turned up once! Can't get through to talk to anyone, customer service is shocking, keep having bad service with them all the time, just fed up of trying to constently working out how to get my parcel. Why companies use them, god only knows!?”

“Delivery was supposed to be between 4pm and 8pm. We arranged for someone to be at home to take delivery. No one turned up. This doesn’t surprise me. Last Christmas, they just threw parcels over our gate. Out of choice, I would never use this useless firm.hugh”

“Yet again hermes driver delivered to wrong address in different post code area. Only knew about it when confirmation of delivery email arrived. Why dont they employ drivers that can read very clearly printed addresses.”

“same as all the poor reviews below. Random entries on the "tracking" page of the website. Delayed/attempted delivery/need info whatever. Still no sign of my parcel (and it's a snowboard - not exactly small and easy to lose!!). They now say they need information from me so they can attempt another delivery - but there is simply no way I can leave whatever info they need on their website. Phone number is to a bot with no "leave info" option. WebChat is the same. It's a shambles.”

“Purchased an item off ebay. Seller posted and provided tracking number. It was collected from the Parcel Shop - updated "we have your parcel" and then NOTHING. Seller contacted Hermes and they say we cannot locate your parcel. This was a very special purchase - not expensive just £21 but for a special person. Hermes told the Seller just put in a claim! DISGUSTING - I will never use Hermes or recommend them to anyone. In case Hermes read this review the tracking number was 1830395247806080. I have now read many reviews and it appears that perhaps Hermes Couriers take a liking to a parcel and decide to keep it ! there is no explanation really other than that for the amount of parcels that actually just disappear into thin air once Hermes have them.”

“Cheap to use but a gamble if the items will be delivered! And if they are delivered that they aren’t damaged. Awful customer service, impossible to find a contact number or email address on their website. I googled the number after trying every option still couldn’t get to talk to a person. Tried the online assistant service, useless....said it was a international delivery, which it wasn’t.”

“Nightmare Terrible Unreliable untrustworthy. I never received my deliveries as the driver, instead of delivering, sent it back to sender saying that "I asked it to be returned to sender". Avoid at all costs. DO NOT USED and ask your suppliers to use other delivery services. There are many very good delivery services operating and this company should be closed by the Trading Standards Office as they appear not to be fit for purpose and constantly failing to deliver items the customer have paid for to be delivered.”

“This has to be the worst customer experience in my life. Hermes failed to even attempt to deliver my package, to top it all I received an email telling me to check for the card behind the door. What card? No one even attempted to deliver my package. I know this because I took a day off work to wait for the package as the contents were pretty important. I would have raised the issue with Hermes, but couldn't actually speak to a person. I went back to Amazon and they apologized on Hermes behalf and told me I would get my Package tomorrow. I told them if it doesn't come tomorrow, then I want my money back and I will return it immediately on arrival. I would give a zero star review if it allowed one. Very, Very POOR!”

“Failing to attempt to deliver items and claiming that they have. Particularly fustrating when you have spent the entire day waiting for delivery. When the issue is raised with Hermes, either no/very poor explanations are provided. Even when you advise them to leave items in a secure place, instructions are not followed. This has happened with every order delivered by hermes. There are no problems with other delivery services so I don't understand how this happens on every occasion with hermes. I would give no stars if I could”

“Lost my parcel I paid extra for insurance for and refused to open up a claim for months finally when admitting they lost the parcel I filled out my claims form. Weeks later they said they needed said documents sending over which was already send over in the claims form. Yet to hear back from them a further month later or have a refund. Now I'm £130 down”

“DIABOLICAL Couldn't Track a parcel in a pass the parcel game if only 2 of them were playing and definitely couldn't contact each other, complete shambles, the music's stopped wheres the parcel.???? No bar code because you haven't supplied one And trust pilot are a law unto themselves”

“Forged my signature. Said it was delivered to recepiant. That would be me. Delivery 18.10 (10 mins after closing so you cant complain to anyone) was meant to be between 1-3. I was sat at home waiting for it. My kids christmas presents gone Into black market of stolen goods. To be resold on ebay etc. Took time out of work to go to depot. Said nothing can be done. Fraudulent, theiving con artists.”

“Driver forged my signature confirming receipt of delivery when it was left behind the bin in the rain. Completely fraudulent. Absolutely unacceptable delivery company used by a reputable company SuperDry.”

“I have had several parcels delivered in the past few days. Each time they are left on the doorstep! No one bothered to knock as was in,just left. Anyone could have walked off with them. Not impressed.”
