Really bad delivery company, no telephone numbers to speak to anyone. Arranged via there website for parcel to be delivered to neighbour, didn't happen parcel sent back to sender. They expect you to sit in and wait for you parcel all day, other parcel delivery companies give time slots or you can speak to a human rather than a robot. Give Hermes a miss and pay extra for a better service.

Not only did Hermes lose my parcel with no trace, I was unable to contact them to complain or chase it. repeated efforts just returned your parcel is due for delivery. All this automation is all very well but sometimes you just need to speak to someone! Very frustrating. I eventually managed to chat on line to someone by NOT putting in my tracking number and they said the parcel was not in the depot. Gone Missing. I asked how to complain and they gave me an email address which is no longer in use. arrrrghghgh They are not fit to be in business. I am now writing this instead of complaining to them as I cant find anyway of contacting them!

Another One Bites the Dust! The Second parcel out of two to be stolen in a week. That's a 100% success rate. Well done MyHermes.

I ordered an item and paid for Next Day delivery. I have still not received my item 9 days later. I have been receiving updates everyday, stating my parcel will be delivered each of those days, however I still haven’t received anything. Customer service is also shocking. Cannot get in touch with a human to determine the issue with my delivery. Perhaps there is a live chat but I can’t find this either.

I have a delivery driver he calls at my home DH1-2JF almost everyday over this Christmas period, he is a perfect gentleman polite,friendly,I have not been well of late and he asks how I am every time he calls,he tells me to tak. I gave small Xmas box today 22/11/19 he didn’t want to take it but I insisted. He said he would have a couple of drinks at the club. I told him I was off to bingo he said who would think of me when he went to the club and wished me luck I won £50 so he is a pure gentleman. It’s is 10/10 from Chrissie. He will know who I am if he reads this. Thanks Hermes

Waited 5 days and still no one came to collect my parcel. No one was available to help. If you are reading this, NEVER EVER use Hermes. They are unbelievably terrible!

You've had my parcel for 5 days. It hasn't moved. There's no easy way to contact you, and when you do finally get someone they tell you 'we've got it in our system'. I know you've got it, that isn't the issue, the issue is I haven't got it and you won't deliver it. Appalling. Shoddy. Useless. DO NOT USE HERMES.

Had an email saying they had my parcel for next day delivery, then on delivery day, I tracked my parcel on line to find out it was at the local depot but delayed, will be on the move within 24hrs, now 48 hrs later no parcel, no update, Hermes have no customer service whatsoever just a bag of rubbish all of they, I would like to know what stops them delivering the item when they already stated at local depot!

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They never ring your doorbell when they allegedly try to deliver my parcel. There is no phone number to speak to a human and the online chat is a robot. Absolute joke. Nominate a different courier if you can or you will regret it.

The worst company on surface of earth ! They gave my parcel to obe of my neighbour, and I never get the parcel from my neighbour. / becouse some neighbours are thief / I raised concern, but they couldn't care less. They sent me an e-mail that someone signed for my parcel, and the funny thing is that the tried to convince me that it was my signature. I sent them a picture of my driving license with my signature. They admitted that the two signatures are very different. After that they stopped communicating with me altogether. They never paid for my lost parcel AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS !!!!

Absolutely disgusting, you book collection and pay for it then no one collects it which makes you look stupid ro your buyers. No human answering phone, all automated, website help goes round in circles, no live chat only email which makes you wonder what they are hiding. Very quick to take payment but don't care after that. ABSOLUTE CROOKS. Going to report to trading standards, disgraceful!!!!!!

Absolutely shocking service driver delivered parcel to my neighbour even though I was in and my neighbour was out the parcel which was an expensive Christmas gift was left on the door step of my neighbour. Checked the tracking app the driver appears to have forged my signature. Unable to speak to anyone or email will never use this service again

i was supposed to receive a delivery,the driver left my order in front of the door and took a picture with it.i never gave such instructions to be left like that.guess what happened when i got home from work? nothing no packages -familiar with this scam?avoid avoid ,pfff and now the nightmare i have to go to get a refund,what a joke of a company

Requested myhermes to deliver my parcel to my neighbour who agreed to take it. After checking online instead of a signature it said porch (which we don't have) No attempt to deliver to my neighbour. Whats happen to it ? Somebody must be accountable ! Sevice is shocking would never use by choice

Useless - organised a parcel to be sent to my friend in hospital, she has no family or anybody locally to help her so we arranged to have some stuff delivered. Long story short, 2 days running the tracking ended up saying 'sorry, there's been a delay check back tomorrow morning'. I've found out via the company I ordered the goods from that Hermes are saying 'restricted access to parcel couldn't be delivered' - what a joke, this is the main Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham and DOES NOT have restricted access. There is a very large customer service/ reception desk in the main entrance who take deliveries for patients in the hospital. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I have tried contacting them direct and you can't get hold of anybody so I've had to go through the company I ordered from - I will strongly recommend to them that they don't use this company for deliveries. Whilst writing this review I've found out Hermes have said the hospital won't take delivery of goods - erm, yes they do, I've spoken with the Sister on the ward where my friend is and she said 'they take deliveries for patients all the time'....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Arranged for courier to collect a parcel from my house the following day. Two days running I was home but left the parcel in the designated safe place, just in case I missed the knock at the door. A week later the parcel has still not been collected and the website says “Our friendly courier was not able to collect your parcel today”. They haven’t even tried to collect it. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY of getting in touch with them; all phone numbers and email addresses are dead ends . The automated phone message tells you to use live chat, it doesn’t tell you how - that’s because it doesn’t exist! The email address isn’t recognised. Since reading the other reviews, I don’t trust them to take my parcel, I shall write off the £4.65 they’ve charged me and try elsewhere. I cannot believe how bad this company is.

Hermes International is a complete joke. They lost my parcel being sent to Denmark as soon as it was collected from Parcel Shop. The quote' Friendly Customer Service' is non-existent, and the only possible contact route is via the 'chatline' but all they do is apologise with a standard reply. Over the last week I have been on there for 1st time) 35 minutes, 2nd time) over 40 minutes and the final last time 1 hour 27 minutes, not forgetting emails and phone calls which literally lead to nowhere. Hermes UK I find acceptable but God help if anything goes wrong.
