Do not use this company, no one to speak to, don't deliver parcels

Ordered a parcel a week ago, was supposed to be here yesterday so I waited in all day, didn't get delivered. They said it will be delivered the next working day so I waited in all day today, didn't get dilived again. Can't find a contact number anywhere. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Hermes weight/size audits seems to be made up. Would like to make people aware of so-called "audits" by Hermes with regards to weight and or size of your parcel. PLEASE DO NOT PAY unless Hermes provided clear photo evidence that parcel is overweight and or oversized. I received 10s of such invoices and none of them was true. Will be happy to provide evidence if required. Also Hermes dealing with lost and or damaged parcels went seriously downhill for the last two years. They used to deal with problems within two weeks now it is within two months. I'm sending around 300 parcels per month and feeling extremely disappointed with latest service. Looking for another courier. Shame though as overall work is quite good. But when there is a problem it takes too much time and effort to resolve it so feeling it is time for a change.

DO NOT USE! They did not pick my parcel up, there is no way to get hold of them, the only phone number directs you to online contact centre which is useless! No way to talk to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Appalling company Appalling company. Their "head office" number 0843 816 6824 says they are closed! There is no way you can speak to a person. Even their webchat is a bot. I can't even find an email address. Shockingly, Ebay promotes them as a courier company. AVOID at all costs..

This is the worst courier company, period! This is a 100% genuine and accurate description as I have had items delivered via MyHermes many many times over years with an awful result every time. Either packages do not turn up, they lie about "attempting" to deliver, they do not come on time, they are returned to sender or they get lost. On top of all that, MyHermes are even more incompetent, unprofessional and unhelpful because their customer service is a joke. Not only is their automated phone service terrible and dated as it does not recognise anything whether vocally or dialled in (i.e tracking number) they have had the audacity to remove their "online chat" service, removing any chance of you talking to a human being to resolve any issues. I am completely baffled that this company hasn't gone under. Also, I do not believe half of these positive reviews are authentic, they seem short and bogus if anything, I really refuse to believe that they are genuinely receiving such high praise. DO NOT USE THEM!

Yet again appalling service from Hermes. Parcel was collected on 13th November with delivery no later than 19th. Now the 25th and no delivery, non existent customer service which is just a bot, no contact numbers, e mail to try to progress is just an automated reply. Tracking shows item at delivery deport for over 10 days with no update. Customer now wants to cancel and i have to issue a full refund with no hope of ever getting my item returned which is £800 loss to my business. This is probably the worst company in the world, they pay their staff on zero hours contacts and i will not be using them again. I would suggest that if you are reading this you do the same.

Sent two parcels, one they claim is outside their sizes and sent an invoice, Luckly I have photos of the size of the item and will not be paying the invoice. Second item has been with them for over 2 weeks, talking to someone is practically a non event, and when you do anything that is promised doesn't happen. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They seem to be fine with larger companies but not individuals.

LIZ WHEATLEY I sent a review today regarding a parcel which the courier said he had delivered to my household and had been signed for.. It was never delivered to me and when I finally got the parcel it had been left with the concierge and NOT signed for. Customer service is not existent as they promised to trace the parcel and speak to the delivery driver but they have not done this. I have to be honest here and say the previous delivery drivers were a family business, the wife was HUNGARIAN and other family members were also delivery drivers. this family were BRILLIANT and never let their customers down.. If any of them read this please tell me who you work for now and I will use that service...

My Hermes are currently the worst delivery company in this area. They used to be the best. They send you delivery times all very nice but always fail to deliver or deliver to the wrong address. Today’s answer which was over an hour after the delivery should have been made was it’s Delayed. We are not using suppliers anymore that say they use Hermes. The service is appalling

In the past 7 weeks Hermes have delivered a box of live plants which were had been bashed about and the plants in the box were all damaged. I was sent a replacement which Hermes lost. I was given a refund by the plant company, 5 weeks later I received the missing box and of course the plants were all dead by this time. Last week I received a ceramic plant pot,and from the rattling noise coming from the box as the courier handed it over,I knew I had received YET ANOTHER ruined order! The box was in a bad state and looked as if it had been thrown around the warehouse.. Your company needs to investigate what is going on in your warehouse and how your staff are treating orders or you will not have a business to worry about.. I am sorry I cannot give you less than one star as you do not deserve any stars at all. I am also sorry I cannot download photos of these articles!

Your Smyths Toys UK Limited parcel has been delivered at 14:55 by Nicola and was signed for at the delivery address. This was the email I received from Hermes. Iwas in, so was my husband. There was no attempt to ring the doorbell/knock on the door. The parcel, worth £60 was left on the doorstep. It is the blatant lie that it was signed for that really angers me

As a former van driver myself, I would be absolutely embarrassed to drive for this shower. Waiting 2 weeks for a parcel that's apparently stuck in their Hub. They want me to tell them what the outer packaging is and what size and shape the parcel is. How would I even know this when Im supposed to be the receiver?? Why dont they ask the person who half-inched it!

paid for next day delivery and got an email saying it was with a courier and was going to be attempted to be delivered between 3pm and 5pm but low and behold nothing, and not even an update on the website saying it had been delayed.

Where is my parcel? I've been waiting in all day. The delivery window was changed several times and then it never turned up! I checked on website and now says I have to wait another 48hours?! Wtf is wrong with you incompetents? I cannot believe that you are still in business

Not my first problem with Hermes. Just received an email saying item 'successfully delivered through letterbox'. Not at my house, so I don't know where it has gone. Tried to phone but cut off before speaking to anyone. The last item they pushed through my letterbox was a parcel of 4 balls of wool. Must have been quite a squeeze!

Can't believe the cheek of these people. They tried to deliver a obviously damaged parcel. We refused to accept it. 3 days later the parcel is re delivered but been re-wrapped by Hermes with damaged item inside. How devious and dishonest can a company get . this has been willfully and knowingly done as they even used Hermes tape on it to repackage .

I know people are quick to write bad reviews and not so quick to write goods reviews. I have to say our Hermes delivery driver in our area Stewarton East Ayrshire in Scotland is hands down the most pleasant and helpful delivery person we’ve ever encountered in our 12 years living up here. Nothing is too much trouble and he’s so polite and well mannered. If he’s been instructed to leave a parcel with me for a neighbour he always makes sure I’m okay to do so and is very thankful. These guys get really bad press at this time of year but we are actually very lucky to have Richard (I think his surname was Wilson if I caught it correct) in our area. Thanks Richard for fab service... you’re a star!!!
