Never received our package and as a result no gift for my kids on Christmas morning. Website updated to say that delivery attempt was made but we were home and no missed delivery card left. This was the 23rd Dec. Still no package on he 27th December. Last message now says delay due to external factors!!!!!!

Very frustrating company to have to deal with and if there was a choice I would never use them. It is impossible to contact them if parcels don't arrive and it is your word against theirs if they say they have delivered when you know they haven't.

Collection was three days late. Driver never even attempted to collect even though she said she had, then she had children problems so did not turn up again when promised. When collected promised it would be delivered before Christmas. Christmas Day and parcel still in depot. God knows where. This f***ing useless company took the money but did not deliver. Anyone thinking of using the please DONOT. They are just useless both in collections or deliveries

NO compensation for lost parcel and very difficult to contact Customer Services Hermes lost my parcel and refused to compensate, this include my postage cost of £2.79. The reason i was given was that a very small plastic jar of eye cream is branded as LIQUID! When did eye cream becomes liquid? Humans are 70% of water, why not humans classified as LIQUID?! It is scandalous not to compensate my postage code £2.79, the parcel was lost, I should have been refunded the £2.79 as minimum regardless what is inside the parcel. It is extremely difficult to contact Hermes, the telephone line was automated (unmanned); the only available choice is web chat. The queue was very long, I used web chat 3 times, and had to wait between 45 minutes and 30 minutes to get connected. The advisors on the other side were fine, but the whole experience had been awful. Hermes - you need to get your act together and put customer server to the centre of your operation!

This has been continually the worst courier company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have asked all ebay sellers not to use this company. Sadly, one particular retaineler has used them and it has been another round of misery. No package, supposed attempted deliveries, their customer services team ignore all emails with requests to re-deliver to specific places. The first package sent out did arrive smashed to pieces. The service from this company never gets any better. And just to cap it all - their barcode on delivery notes links to a high street retailer. Total nightmare.

Everything !! You are hopeless!! No parcel, no calling card just an email to say, “you weren’t in” this is a lie, after speaking to the store I ordered the parcel from they explained that Hermes had told them there was restricted access. This is not true, perhaps to the Armoured corps of the British army but certainly not to a LWB van..... I would have been better off with Speckled Jim the carrier pigeon .... RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN !! ...Call centre closed 6pm at Christmas really ?????????????????????

They message to say they had delivered and obtained a signature, they have not been anywhere my house, you cannot contact them and if your order is from a retailer you have to contact the retailer, Hermes do not accept responsibility this is the 2nd time this year, you are also made to look a lair, when will retailers STOP using Hermes

Have not recieved my delivery because of address. The address if perfectly accessible and clearly visible on google maps if searched. The delivery driver has not called me although I have provided my number. When contacting customer services they have asked for my number once again, also requiring landmarks to find my address? They said there is nothing they can do and that they will deliver on the 24th. On Christmas Eve. Cmon. I said it doesnt suit me, again there is nothing they can do. The delivery driver called me, my boyfriend spoke to the driver and had he literally screamed at my boyfriend in his own language. What a waste of time and nerves. Im just hoping I will be able to get a refund on my order.

I am appalled by the poor service I received when I placed an order on Monday 17 December 2018 for a myHermes courier to collect a parcel from my home. The collection day was Wednesday 19th December between 8am - 8pm but courier never turned up and I was sent an email at 18.18pm to say that they regret to inform me that there was a problem with my Hermes collection and was unsuccessful. I am at home all day as I am house bound due to health issues so I know the courier had not attempted to collect the parcel but I gave them a second chance and re-booked collection for the following day Thursday 20 December but the same thing happened again. I got another email to say collection was unsuccessful so I rebooked for a third time for the following day but on Friday 21 December & you guessed it I got the same email again to say there was a problem with my Hermes collection and so the courier had not turned up again. At this point I’d had enough and contacted Hermes but they could not give me a reason as to why the courier could not collect item & why collection had been unsuccessful and why the courier never turned up then went on to ask if I wanted to re-book collection again so at this point I said no & asked for a refund on the Fee what I paid which I will have to wait a week to receive. I had received 3 parcels during the week from the Royal Mail postman to my home without any issues so why could the courier not collect a parcel. I had to ask a family member to collect item from my home and take it the Post Office on my behalf and it was sent by Parcel Force without a problem.

Delivery by 19/12/18!!!!!!! Now 22/12/18 found out from retailer it won't be delivered and is being sent back to them. Selection of small childrens toys and games. Not a merry Christmas

I sent three Xboxes this month of December with Hermes the first customer customer received role of tape the second one received a children’s school bag and the third reciened weight plates. Three of my console were bucket by the Herems drivers. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO. You will regret if you send with them. They have caused me so much stress it’s unbelievable.

Items arrived completely shattered, obviously have been thrown round a lot as they were packed tightly in styrofoam, these were christmas presents for my family and i am absolutely disgusted with the way my package was treated, will be telling my friends who own small businesses to never use hermes again, if this is how people treat packages marked FRAGILE on 3 sides (so its not like they werent able to see that), never been more angry in my life how can someone treat an obviously fragile package with such blatant disregard and disrespect

This company need to be stopped from trading. Why Amazon deal with them is a mystery. They lie to Amazon and say it is delivered, yet when you track on their website it will say Delivered AND attempted delivery (both are a lie), Don't waste your time complaining to MyHermes. Their chat queues exceed 500 people at a time and they will do nothing for you. Go straight to the retailer and advise them not to be using them and request a full refund...your items are never going to arrive. that will save you a lot of time. The only way to beat these rogues is to vote with your feet.

The worst company - lazy, lying, rude and disgusting - do not deserve to be in busainess as they are unaccountable, uncontactable scum who probably treat their minimum wag, demotivated staff like filth - they certainly treat customers badly enough. Do not use this company - you would have as much look leaving your parcel on a random park bench (they have ruined my grand-daughters Christmas. Absolute filth. My Herpes.
