Never delivered my item and lied about attempting delivery (I was at home!). No sorry you were out card left, no option to re-arrange. Not a single delivery by this company has ever gone without some issues. There is always a problem with finding address, finding the doors, too big, too heavy. And not even able to apologise, just keep lying! Never again will I buy anything from a store using their services.

Would give minus stars if I could. I had booked 2 parcels to be collected from me specifically asking for them to be collected before 12 o'clock as I had a flight to catch and I was reassured twice that would be done as I spoke to someone on live chat before I made the booking and to somebody else when the booking was already made. On the day the courier did not turn up till 12 so I had to get in touch through live chat again to chase the courier up. When she arrived, she looked at the parcels and announced they are too big for her to collect and I needed a van, so she left. Not to mention the unneeded stress caused by arriving late and me running late for my flight, I was left frustrated, disappointed and with no options how to get my parcels sent before I leave the country. To then having spoken to numerous people through live chat, I got offered an option to wait another 2 hours for parcels to be collected or for me to take them to the parcel shop, which, obviously, was not an option as I could not carry them or I would have chosen to drop them off myself and paid for that service in the first place. So disheartened I had no other option than to leave my parcels with a stranger and I was promissed they would be collected after 6pm that evening. But my parcels were not collected again. So I had to get in touch again to try and get to the bottom of why I did not get the service promised and paid for. After long discussions I then got told there would be a courier collecting my parcels that day, but that didn't happen either. Ended up paying someone private to collect my parcels and send them to the recipient. And no one has either come to collect them (3 weeks later) or wrote to me offering a way to send my parcels or apologizing for the service not provided. Will never use them again!

I would rate them 0 if I could!!! Paid for next day delivery here I am 3 days later still waiting for my parcel to arrive!!! Was meant to come between 7am - 11 am , they changed it for 11 am - 15 pm on Sunday, Monday I was home all day waiting for them to come and nothing! This company is a joke !!!!

If I could rate 0 I would. They run a terrible service. I waited in all day from my package to be delivered, they changed the delivery slot twice. They then had audacity the to say my package couldn't be delivered 'because I wasn't in' which was a complete lie. I was then given a different story saying that it had been delivered however it was in an 'unknown location' I sent them an email complaining and have received no response. Terrible customer service.

Said they were going to deliver my parcel so I waited in all day for it, went to track it and it said it had been returned to sender. On the chat function 2 different people told me 2 different stories one of them claiming that no one had been in to receive it (a lie) and the other claiming it was still to be delivered. So now I'm out of pocket and still haven't received my parcel.

Need to retrain their delivery men , as they do not ring a buzzer if you are top floor flat. Need to update the delivery policies, they hold your address details but not able to get it redelivered. Web chat staff need to be more honest rather than apologetic.

Lied about attempting delivery. My son's 8th birthday present never arrived. very sad..spoilt the whole event...and left an upset family which should have been a happy occasion.

I sent two parcels last week. One was delivered, the other lost. I had to chase through their system to get any feedback, eventually they informed me that one 'was lost'. I'm claiming on the insurance I took out with them but it's not covering either the e-bay sale fee nor Paypal fees as I'm having to reimburse the purchaser. Out of pocket, no sale, no items. Never use them again........

The parcel was never collected on the specified date, when i contacted Customer Services I could tell they were just following a script and offered no resolution apart that someone would collect the parcel the following day. They refused to provide a timeframe, thus i had to stay at home and wait for the second day, but no one came again to pick up the parcel. I contacted Customer Services several times and they offered no help, they kept repeating that they couldn't contact the driver. At then end i asked them to cancel the collection and refund me the money, at that point they said their system crashed and i should contact them the following day. 72 hours later, and after spending hours on the online chat i managed to get a refund and contacted DPD local to collect my parcel. I will never use this company again and i highly suggest noone else does! Companies like myHermes should go out of business!

Despite a promised delivery within 2 - 3 days we're now on day 6 and no sign of a resolution. TheirHerpes online chat explained the parcel was too large for the delivery vehicle and needed to be sent out in a larger vehicle. The larger vehicle, apparently, has a wider area to cover and this explains the delay. Absolute nonsense, the parcel was picked up by a guy in a tiny hatchback - following the delivery vehicle being too small logic, the dleivery guy must be on a bike. AVOID this company - you pay peanuts and get monkeys.

Unlike many delivery companies, Hermes simply announces a delivery and doesn't give the opportunity to indicate that there will be no one in and to select a different date. They simply attempt delivery and, if no one is in after three attempts the package is returned to the seller. It's a modern world - most households don't have a housewife in all day. Once when a third attempt coincided with my day off, the driver was very rude - as if it was me at fault for his repeated returns to attempt delivery. I am sure they are overworked and underpaid, but that's the company's problem, not mine. I now don't purchase from sellers who use Hermes.

Here’s a Hrmes sad, sad story. I sent a parcel. Hermes lost the parcel. The recipient contacted them, rather than me, to find out what was going on. 30 days after the parcel had been given to Hermes they contacted me to bring to my attention to the fact they had lost the parcel and asked what I wanted to do. Naturally I wished to make a claim and informed them. They then asked me to complete a form for assessment, which I did. Hermes response to this assessment? “It was not made within the statutory 28 days” as per their terms and conditions. Despite the fact that they already knew the parcel was missing and had engaged in conversation with the recipient they elected not to inform me of the loss until after the stated 28 day period. All this to save themselves £ 20. The legality of Hermes actions in this case is questionable. Trying to get away with such a low life manoeuvre is quite simply morally bankrupt. As a result they lose a regular customer and their reputation sinks yet deeper into the abyss. Shame on you Hermes.

Delivery from this company is atrocious. Every time I have had parcels delivered they have never been at the states time. Tracking details state they have tried to deliver and it’s sn absolute lie. Last time it was 3 days of messing about to get my delivery. I will making sure when I buy goods in future that they are not using Hermes

Waiting for a picture frame ordered from amazon, given tracking number by seller which came back as unrecognised, contacted hermes "customer service" an online chat! They said it was too big and heavy for a van so had changed number, nice of them to keep customer in the dark! Then they said it would be coming in a truck, we were in all day and we live in a tiny village, no truck came into the village that day but they claim nobody was in and there was nowhere safe to leave parcel, it could be left by the front door and it would be safe! I'm glad it isn't something valuable! Will avoid companies that use hermes in future

If I was allowed and given permission to shut someone I would shut myhermes business down for playing with their cumtomers emotions.One of the worst service based on lies even tracking service just they write fake update like your parcel ready,your parcel was attempted but trust me no one even feel bother to come to your door.
