One of the worst service based on lies even tracking service just they write fake update like your parcel ready,your parcel was attempted but trust me no one even bother to come to your door.

My Hermes needs a review with minus stars. They are possibly the worst company the world can provide waited in all day no knock at the door no card but an email that says they attempted to deliver (utter bullshit) why do businesses use thing joke of a company. My wife had ordered stuff for her work and they claimed to have delivered it 3 times 3 days in a row and 3 days in a row no1 turned up but the emails claiming to be delivered did, £180 worth of stuff I ordered for me and my kids for holiday been (until it turns up to me) stolen by their driver a useless company who don’t care about their customers with lazy lying drivers HERMES do us all a favour and close up shop

If I could award less I would. Frustration trying to speak with anyone. When you do get through on webchat (68th in queue) you are fobbed off with a delay, as the parcel is in tjier hub. assured when they know anything they will contact you. .... They didn't.... I contacted back again on web chat (62 in queue) to be told it's lost, after 5 days it's classes as lost. I received no email contact advising me of this. More wasted time and lots of frustration and disappointment on my part. Asked to speak with a manager and was assured call within 24 hrs.... Guess what.... No call. I'm now trying to get tho us sorted through the sender. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I would not give even one star. Our local provider just delivered the ripped of parcel and tricked me into signing for it before giving me it into hands. Threatened not to deliver any parcels anymore. Hermes complaints did nothing, believed provider that parcel was fine and nothing can be done. I was threatened, rubbered and offended. I have witnesses how service provider lady shouted at me without hesitation. But the thief still there. Just awful company. They employ thieves and protect them. Paying compensations for the lost items is better for them than control their courriers. So let it be. Worst delivering company of the worst!

Absolute joke of a company. Disposed of my parcel due to leakage apparently without contacting me. Stay away!!! Only put one star as I can't put none!

My local hermes delivery driver Janet, is lovely, she always leaves the parcel in a safe place when out and gives useful contact information when she hasn't been able to deliver a parcel.

Not rude contact but the experience and unreasonableness is unacceptable from Hermes. First delivery was due this week. Tracked online telling me parcel would be delivered the next day - ok I thought will put plans for that day on hold. Waited over 7 hrs - no parcel . Finally came after 9 hrs ! Not good service Hermes. Second delivery got voicemail on land line saying this parcel was being delivered the next day. Noticed on email tracking it would be between 2-4pm. Great I got home for 2pm - No delivery- so checked on line and they had tried at 10 to 2!. They didn't even leave a card to say they had tried to deliver. It is up to you to keep checking on line. You can use their live assistance chat line - no cost unlike the telephone number which is costly. Reattempt to deliver parcel will be today. I had made plans to go out with friends so tried to rearrange - I gave them options could they drop off at one of there collection points - NO. They could leave the parcel in a shed/greenhouse or porch - somewhere which is "secure from public access". Erm if you are able to access those areas then it is not secure from public access. Sadly I have none of those for them to leave at. I offered for them to put in a box by the front door - NO. I offered them to deliver tomorrow when my husband can wait in on his day off - they will pass the message to courier - they cannot guarantee the provider will not try to deliver today ! (and you bet your bottom dollar they will . As we all know 3 attempts and the parcel will be returned to sender and YOU will have to repay to have delivered again. I WILL NOT use anyone who uses Hermes to deliver. If you are prepared to wait around that is fine but when I pay for a service I expect it to be convenient for me not them.

Item not collected 2 days in a row. Paid for a service I haven't received,with no correspondence whatsoever from myhermes. No apology,phone call to rearrange,no reason as to why driver hasn't called. Absolutely rubbish service. Won't be using ever again

Should be zero stars. Hermes mis-delivered someone else's parcel to me in March. Ive been in contact with them again and again over email/twitter/facebook and almost every time they say they'd spoken to the local depot but no-one has came to pick it up. I arrived home from holiday the other week to find that while i was away they'd turned up without notice to collect ...rang the courier and rearranged a new collection day directly with the him but he never turned up! 4 months later and its still not collected, sick of chasing them! Feel really sorry for the correct recipient. Absolutely dire customer service!

Today, for the fourth time myHermes has failed to collect my parcel! This, despite assuring me that "it will be collected today"! The staff at the chat messaging seem to be working from a script and are totally useless. I have three times complained to their customer services but have yet to receive a response. On one occasion I was told that the collection hadn't been made "because the van was full"!! No card was left. I despair at this company. I suppose you only get what you pay for. Anyone no of a phone number for customer services?

Advised delivery of item would be Thursday, stayed in to receive but on Thursday advised it would be Friday delivery stayedin again but no delivery. On Friday evening tracking didn’t give any time. Email ignored. Phone got only automated anserws and indicated 24- 48 hours. ‘Live chat’ on sarurday morning, again 24-48hours. Could I collect from depot (just three mikesaway)? the answer No. Could they be more precise than in next 24-48 hrs ? No. The failure to give more idea of delivery is just simply unacceptable

A total disgrace. The most inefficient bunch we've ever dealt with and as a UK supplier of goods we use a lot of delivery services. This would without doubt be the worst of them by some way. DO NOT use these idiots who dont even list a number through which you can speak to someone. The telephone number listed only directs you to a computer and the live chat facility which is equally touch and go being manned to save money in another country with staff clearly not trained to do anything but field off complaints, The customer services number is discontinued and to add insult to injury the deliverer has (A) lied about having been here before in an earlier attempt to deliver and (B) left the card with NOT ONE helpful bit of information. Not even my name ! I have now been on chat for over an ahour with someone who would seem to be as thick as two short planks and has done nothing and refuses to allow me to call or have someone call me ! Just been told If I dont by the chat operator type fast enough I will be disconnected so it seems the chat service is equally useless. So having been on chat for one hour and twenty three mins Im calling it a day. I urge you never to use this company. I am losing money and my time chasing down a parcel and because th edelierer failed to fill in the card Im unable to locate it and because he lied about attempting to deliver previously I am unlikely to get it now and am told it will be returned to sender. Just been told on the chat service if I dont type faster and reply in two mins or less I will be disconnected !! I give up ! If you use this service you will pay the penalty and dont say you werent told. A shambles and after allthis time still refusing to give ma a number to call or have someone call me.

Disgusting. parcel threw over gate and dogs ripped open. Man called Dave delivered in Warrington today. Second time it has happened by same man. Disgusting to throw over someone’s gate. Not happy at all, money down the grid once again because of your drivers

I strongly advise people not to use this company. Terrible service. Failure to pick up item (I waited in all day from 8am to 8pm on a Saturday). No comms. No apology. Then they finally picked up 2 days later but damaged my extremely well packaged door. THEN THEY DECIDED TO BIN IT!!!! It was worth several hundred pounds. Completely inadequate response - in fact total lack of response. Note they were sub contracted by Parcel2Go. Equally useless and lacking in customer service. How do companies like this survive?

Most terrible and irresponsible company ever! Curriers always lies about their delivery attempts and couple times have cought the currier with the delivery note ready to be throwed in without any attempt to knock on the door! Eitheir change your curriers or change the amount of parcels they need to deliver, as it might be too much.

My first email complaining dates back from the 24/04/2018 and the issues still hasn't;t been resolved. Please see my original email complaint below: "Dear Ann-Marie, Thank you for your reply. I can confirm that is in fact one of your drivers. I saw him in my building the following day (Saturday, 21st April 2018) to deliver a parcel to my flatmate and he left one of your ‘missed delivery’ cards. Here is the issues, your driver was blocking my driveway last Friday, as I pulled in I gave him a short honk just to call his attention while I pointed to my drive way (indicating my intention to park) but he did not move his van. My friend then got out of the car as she was heading to the shops and asked him to reverse his van so I could park in my driveway. He ignored her and when I came out of my car to ask him to reverse the van to which he replied he was going to move it when he wanted. He then left the van and went across the road to deliver a package. I then took pictures of the van blocking my driveway and a picture of his registration number. When he returned he took a picture of my car and I said: “don’t forget to take a picture of the sign saying ‘KEEP IT CLEAR'” and he shouted “FUCK OFF”. He then moved the van across the road and I went into my apartment. I was late for work and I do not have to ask permission to park in my own drive way. He’s behaviour is unacceptable and I want to know how that is going to be resolved because I don’t want this aggressive man coming into my building anymore to deliver anything. HIs behaviours qualifies as road rage and it is a serious matter. I am looking forward to hearing from you the soonest. Please find attached the pictures mentioned above. Thank you. Regards, Ana "

I try to avoid receiving parcels via this company if at all possible. They once insisted they’d posted a parcel through my letterbox but when I pointed out that was impossible because it wouldn’t fit they treated me like I was a real nuisance and untrustworthy. A week or so later the parcel turned up at their warehouse!
