Loose multiple parcels every week deliver late if they actually get delivered as well as multiple damages!

Never ever had issues with deliveries and use this service when sending parcels myself. No qualms in recommending this company or their courier service.

The worst delivery company to ever exist!! They always lose orders and fail to deliver! On my last order the tracking information said they delivered to my house when no one was even home! Their customer service is useless also, they have a phone number which doesn't even have an option to speak to a real person.

I bought a 49 led tv from Amazon Warehouse. I got £15 off the price and opted for free delivery. Amazon used Hermes to deliver it and they seem to have lost it. Their website is utter rubbish if you need to try to speak to a person all you can do is chat by text to someone in India. Amazon sent an automated message apologising for the delay in delivering and have asked me to wait for another 10 days. Where is my telly you incompetent idiots? Amazon! You have my money, now supply the goods!!

Well they SAY they are a courier company! We have been waiting for over 5 weeks now for 2 parcels - they SAY they have tried - but at least on 1 occasion they lied - as I was talking to a neighbour on the drive in when they said they came!! and they were NOT there at all! They also point blank refuse to open a gate to gain entry to the drive in (??) unknown why - they have sent back 2 parcels as "unable to access" which is absolute tripe! They have refused also to phone us as requested to try and assist them to deliver and say some of their drivers are "self employed" which makes no sense at all - who cares! as long as they deliver the parcels - what a nonsense - don't use - try Yodel, Parcel Force, DPD as well as good old Royal Mail - they are all brilliant and no problems........... Well cheesed off with them.

The absolute worst service I have ever had .I have been charged a surcharge which I paid straight away. They have had the parcel on 2/5/18 then today I have been told the parcels are damaged and in 14 days they all be sent back to me still not going to be delivered to the address that I paid for it to be sent to very bad service that has cost me business and I will never use again

Four identical packages sent to the same recipient, three delivered promptly, one 'lost' - and they don't seem bothered. Appalling.

Awful experience with Hermes - had a message on the Tuesday explaining my delivery would be between the hours of 10am - 2pm so waited in. After 2pm no sign of the delivery so checked the tracking tool and said ‘delivery attempted’ at 12.38pm. I was in the whole time, no knock on the door and no delivery slip put through the letter box. The tracking tool said delivery would be attempted the next day. Again, the following day, I got a message saying that the package would arrive between 9am-1pm, so I continuously checked the tracking tool throughout the morning. At 11.30 it came up with the same message saying ‘delivery attempted’ at 11.13am but once again no knock on the door or delivery note put through the post box!! Tried to speak to someone through the web chat who was horrendously unhelpful and rude claiming that they had tried to deliver even though both times I’ve been within about 3 meters of the front door! Currently waiting for them to deliver again today, but I am not getting my hopes up. Dreadful company with shocking customer service.

Sitting at home on my sofa when an email popped into my phone saying Hermes had delivered my parcel and put through letterbox. 1. Nothing popped through my letterbox - I was 15 feet away 2. The item I ordered was far too big to fit through letterbox anyway. therefore, whoever in Hermes said they had delivered was lying.. not just wrong house, as the item would not have fit through anyones letterbox! No way to contact Hermes at all. Complained to retailer who refunded me but I asked what had happened to my parcel and got no reply - do Hermes always get away with this extremely bad service? Why don't they provide a contact number on their website or on the card they supposed to leave through door if someone is not in?

Regularly damage items and their drivers are all deaf people. Worst company in the UK.

Ridiculous company, sent an item sold on eBay using PayPal, they damaged the item and Hermes didn't refund the PayPal costs, the excuse i received from them was as follows: "We have received your request for additional compensation, however, as per the Terms and Conditions we will only able to reimburse the selling price and myHermes postage. We are unable to offer compensation for time, petrol, eBay/PayPal fees or posting and packaging materials." The eBay/PayPal fees, postage and packaging materials, etc are what make up the selling price. Hermes say they refund the selling price and postage costs but then as above contradict themselves. Really, don't waste your time with them, nothing but lies.

I have been waiting almost a week for a parcel, keeps saying delivery attemt made. I hate seeing that Myhermes is the courier for my items. Every other company will leave with a neighbour or safe place. Also get a delivery slot only for it to be changed. Terrible delivery company
