Wouldnt even give them 1 star. I have been working as a courier for Hermes for 3 months. Never paid correctly, having parcels delivered to me by the depo as late as 4.30! Parcels turn up in damaged boxes, bags are open, wrong addresses (some without house names!), and some parcels dont even turn up! How am I supposed to deliver a great service when i have this rubbish to work with! Being paid 80p per parcel, however they dock your wages where they see fit. No petrol money given, 40-90 parcels delivered and expected to be delivered in a certain time slot or you dont get your £2 bonus! Have had it up to the back teeth with this company, I wouldn't ever advise using them and defiantly not working for them! Im now owed hundreds of pounds, which to me is a lot of money for work I have completed and being ignored. Been told It will be sorted...3 weeks ago! So no more Hermes. You are a JOKE!!!

Waited a week for a parcel. It never got delivered. Tried to contact them but all I could do was message them on Facebook Chat. Got back to me the next day to tell me that it had been damaged and returned to sender. I asked for an explanation as to what had gone wrong and why nobody had contacted me to let me know, so that I wasn't sat around all week waiting for a parcel that was never going to arrive. They ignored my formal request for information. Do not ever use this company if you want a reliable and honest service. You simply wont get it.

I was sat in all day on the 5/05/18 waiting for my parcel. Apparently your driver tried to attempt delivery when in fact they didn't. My sofa is right by my door and no knock or bell was heard. Apparently he had restricted access well I don't see how its hard to open a gate and knock on the door or ring a bell? I call your team and all I get is contact the supplier that I bought my parcel off of when in fact it is not their fault your people can not do their work properly and deliver something I ordered or simply press a bell?

Can’t speak to anyone by phone. 20 mins waiting to get a chat response which was ‘We’ve lost the parcel. Go back to the supplier for a refund’. MyHermes is the only Amazon courier that I have had late or non-delivery. I hope to god Amazon ditch them so I can avoid them for the rest of my life. Wasters.

They emailed to say my parcel had been delivered to my home address and was signed for.....I was at work so unless my cat has developed an opposable thumb and opened the door - signed for the parcel and has hidden it! I would say that it has not been delivered. And yet, according to Hermes - it has. Now, I have to contact the seller for them to get in touch with Hermes before they will investigate it. What is the point of that???? My address, my money, my parcel, my information. How is a stranger going to know answers to any questions apart from the fact they have posted it. If I manage to get through that and Hermes investigation into why the bandits have 'lost' my parcel and want to claim.....then the sender has to make the claim and they get compensation!!!!! Again, how does that work? They're going to compensate somebody who hasn't actually lost any money. Hermes are a bunch of incompetent, thieving, moronic a**holes who couldn't organise a p***up in a brewery.

Terrible in every way...... Let's start with the support. Its all live chat, there is never anyone to talk too. The website advertises "To speak to one of our advisors about your delivery or collection please call us on 0330 333 6556" ITS A LIE.. I sent a package on the 05/03/18, it arrived smashed and damaged. I had paid the for the added insurance. Till this day, I am going around in constant loop. They keep coming back asking more questions and requesting more photos. They take nearly a week each time to respond. They have just recently been asked my for images of the damage, which I have already sent to them many times already. Its completely unacceptable. I will never use them again... Follow up.. I paid for compensation upto £300. They have offered me an insulting £50. I have quotes for around £200 to have my item repaired. I can't stress enough how awful they have been through this whole experience, they take ages to respond to emails.

Yet again, Hermes have sent me ANOTHER invoice for an apparently over weight parcel, claiming it to be 1.5kg when i know for a fact that it is not. (used to send them via Royal Mail so i know the exact weights). Lying yet again. Hermes responded to my previous feedback saying it helps them to improve, but obviously haven't improved, just carried on lying about parcel weights. When will you ever learn?

Awful delivery service. Ordered a package through another service which used Hermes as their delivery service. On the day it was due to arrive, the delivery person had already disappeared by the time I got to the door (couldn't have waited more than 10 seconds) and put a 'sorry we missed you' slip through the door. I even ran out on to the street just to see them driving away indicating they hadn't waited long at all. It was rescheduled to arrive between 3 and 5PM the next day, which I didn't find out til around 2PM. So I had waited in the whole day, and when it got to 5PM and there was still no delivery, I checked the online tracking service. My delivery was marked unsuccessful at 4:30PM, which is an absolute joke as I had been inside all day and there was no knock on the door at all. There wasn't even a slip put through the door indicating they never even bothered to come in to the building. I had paid extra for next day delivery too, for them to not even knock on my door the day after I had paid for it to arrive! Long story short, avoid using these guys if you want your stuff when it's due to arrive. My only day off that week was wasted because someone couldn't spend 30 seconds actually doing their job and delivering my already late parcel.

Dreadful company - make you jump through hoops when making a claim - hoping you’re going to give up!!! After 3bmonths of sending emails and claim forms I eventually did give up. I was too stressed to carry on. So My Hermes failed to deliver my item and got away with it.

Just gone to send my weekly 20 to 30 parcels, Hermes have now "adjusted" their sizing yet again without warning, it is now parcels up to 2kgs £3.90, cheaper now to send via Royal Mail 2nd class £2.95, also up to 2kgs, that's where my business is now headed, bye bye Hermes.

Sent a few parcels with them which were the correct weight, they then send me an email stating that they are 500g more than the weight that i booked them in with. I know that this is a lie as i previously sent the same items (have more than one) with Royal Mail and know the exact weight of the parcels. Shame on you, nice way to lose customers!

Appalling service. On two occasions I have used MyHermes to deliver a parcel, and on both the courier did not arrive to collect my package. On the last occasion, I contacted customer service and was told, without apology, explanation or any offer of compensation, that my pickup was scheduled on a different day to that which I ordered and received in my email confirmation. (I do not regard a mechanical response of 'we apologise for the inconvenience' as an apology if there is no actual attempt to engage with their screw-up.) The agent could not confirm when a courier would arrive and didn't seem to think it was important. Cannot recommend strongly enough that you never use this company. Bad service is normal and acceptable as far as they are concerned.

Another successful delivery of my parcel from this carrier. Never had a single problem with receiving or having packages picked up for shipping out to my customers. Far better experience than that of Royal Snail.

I sent a package using Hermes. 28 hours in the package is still at the local depot. Plus an email telling me that they would deliver it as soon as they received it. "Webchat" told me that I would have to wait another three days. Really terrible performance.
