Often Myhermes are average at best. However, today I have been trying to speak to a human for the past 2 hours. I had been expecting one parcel but was give two. The second one had my name and address but was incorrectly labelled and certainly was not for me. This is an international parcel so underneath the Myhermes label is the original recipients name in USA. I tried calling but as my parcel has been delivered they call kept 'ending' as they had done their job. I eventually found the online assistant (by mistake!) and had Monty Pythonesque conversation with a robot who eventually said....I'll get you someone. Wait time is 57 minutes .......really?

An absolute fuckery of a company. Customer service non-existent. Had a package which I ordered from Superdrug (Why any company would even use them is beyond me) supposedly delivered and “signed” for. No delivery, I was waiting by the window all day and nothing no courier no knocks but “signed and delivered”. Frauds the lot of them, will not be ordering from companies that use this courier again. Can’t say the same for Superdrug - quick to help with any issues and although my issue is on-going seems like they will be saving the day.

This joke of a company does not even deserve 1 star.... Expensive trainers ordered on the 23rd December, with delivery day promised as being 27th December. Was at home all day; my livingroom has a huge window that looks out on to the road and driveway and nobody attempted any sort of delivery, yet Hermes updated their tracking info to "delivered to your safe place" at 3.09pm on the 27th. Still chasing my order via the retailer (as Hermes are so shocking they have non-existent customer service for this sort of thing - which let's face it happens far too often to be forgivable), while some filthy, fraudulent, dishonest courier is happily wearing my husbands belated Christmas gift (or made a neat little profit from their sale...) Absolutely disgusting, dishonest, useless courier. I have never ever had the misfortune to deal with a company as awful as this one before and probably never will again. They're so rubbish they deserve an award for it!! How respected retailers continue to use them is beyond belief but hopefully not for much longer.

Parcel in the depot since 20/12/2019. It’s now New Year’s Eve and it’s still not been delivered. This is not a courier service. Beyond useless.

PATHETIC SERVICE Waiting for my parcel to be collected on 24/12/2019 but its 31/12/2019 and still not been collected. I wanted to contact them but there were no contact details on their website. I have to go nearby shop to drop off my parcel despite I paid for collection service. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

I have no faith in this company. The few times I have used them they have smashed parcels, false tracking info, wrongly stated a parcel had been delivered and now my parcel has been lost. They are cheap for a reason, they use short cuts and no doubt unchecked and unreliable couriers. Other Companies are more expensive but because their service is superior. The live chat function is an utter joke and the telephone number cuts you off on every option.

I placed an order with ASOS well before Christmas, using Premier Delivery service (oh the irony!). Package containing Christmas gifts failed to arrive. Hermes Tracking status was updated on 22/12/19 to: ‘sorry our driver couldn’t deliver today, will try again next working day’ ...and there the message remained until I contacted ASOS for a second time yesterday. Miraculously, the tracking status updated after my complaint to ASOS. Hermes have now conveniently updated tracking to: ‘delivered to secure location’ LIE!!! Family at home ALL DAY! After noticing Hermes delivery email, we searched entire property, in bins, under car, anywhere we could think of; nothing! Not left in secure front porch, not left with neighbour, (neighbour was in my house). No knock at door, no photo evidence of delivery, no calling card. Absolutely atrocious service. Wish I could remove the meagre 1 star, as it feels too generous! MESSAGE TO HERMES: YOU REALLY OUGHT TO VET YOUR COURIERS AND ENSURE YOUR TRACKING IS TRUTHFUL!

They lost my parcel told me to go ahead with a claim which I did. I then refunded the buyer his money and the they found the parcel and delivered it ( about 3 weeks late ) , they then would not give me a refund. So i am out of pocket now, as my buyer will not give the refund back........... I was quite happy with them once but they have messed up deliveries for me 3 times now and can only say they are USELESS BEYOND BELIEF ........ use ROYAL MAIL THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD AND HAVE COMPETITIVE PRICES .

Unhappy with their service. I have been waiting for a parcel they supposedly sent out on Saturday which they said they couldn't find. I knew that was a lie because my home address was full with the post code, and they didn't even try contacting me just said they'll redeliver Monday. Monday comes round (today) from 8:30am this morning my parcel has been out for delivery and their delivery slots are from 8am - 8pm. The online tracking is still showing its out for delivery. I would like to know where my parcel is

Parcel hasn’t arrived within the window stated; had a message to say problem getting to property. I am on a modern housing estate where the numbers run sequentially so should be no problems at all. My location couldn’t be easier.

The worst courier service in the world. Delivered then not delivered, to saying issue getting to the property. It’s on a road with a drive, no gate and a big number on the mailbox. Worst company around and no number to ring.

driver took a picture of his shoe as proof of a delivered package?! thats not proof! i have no package, cant call anyone at hermes, cant contact them, i hate them from the bottom of my heart they have totally frustrated the hell out of me! stay clear if you can.

I would not have given a star as they do not deserve one! I posted a parcel with them on 22nd of January and it still has not arrived. It took ages to finally speak to someone, (their live chat kept saying they had my parcel, which I knew). They now say they have lost the parcel but will not recompense me as I do not have the receipts for the goods sent. 😤😤😤Absolutely useless company, they just steal your property.je

Worst ever delivery company one can possible deal with. Inept, irresponsible, lying every step of the way, dodging questions, failing to deliver, failing to handle simplest enquiries. Totally useless in every aspect you can think of. Their website is also useless, no option to speak to anybody, just pathetic livechat. I strongly believe they steal parcels instead of delivering them. Why does this scum of a company even exist?!?! AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE DON'T TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE NUKE THEM FROM THE ORBIT JUST TO MAKE SURE

This is the worst company I have ever come across every thing about the company is a complete joke they can’t even follow simple instructions on several occasions they have delivered my parcels to the wron address not even the right street and the driver has signed for them and they completely lie saying they delivered our parcel when I know full well they haven’t as I have cctv another lie was when they said they left it in the brown bin which is amusing as I don’t have a brown bin jokers when you try get in touch with them they literally have no interest in trying to solve the matter I avoid them now at all cost

This is the only delivery company I ever have problems with, they rarely seem to be able to organise a successfull delivery and cannot follow basic instructions. What is the point in providing a delivery window or and option for us to let you know where to leave a parcel if you are just going to deliver whenever you feel like and not follow instructions if we arent here I hate anything being delivered with this company as it just means problems, including at one point a delivery driver deciding to walk into my home without bothering to knock the door There is no point you having a phone number as it just tells you to look on the website and then ends the call, it takes nearly 20 minutes for you online chat to even put you in the queue to speak to a person. I'm certainly not the only person who feels like this given that in addition to plenty of bad reviews I can find at least 10 facebook groups set up purely to talk about the bad experiences with your company.

I paid for a parcel to be delivered to the recipient (not to be left in a safe place) and a signature. As it contained items of some value, it was insured for £100. The parcel was left in a porch and got drenched with rain, which is an unsafe place and to make matters worse, the recipient was home all day and said his door bell was not rung. The 'signature' stated 'Main Porch' and was written by the courier. Despite numerous complaints to Hermes, they have refused any recompense other than to refund the cost of the signature and offered to put a note on the courier's file. I, however, have lost a customer and been left a bad review as a result of this incident. I will not be using this dreadful company again as this is the second time a signature has not been obtained but the first time, no damage was done to my business- this time it has affected it. Furthermore, I had to complain twice and get them to investigate a drop-off point newsagent locally as they left the parcels unattended on the shop floor in full view and reach of customers, where they could be easily stolen. I will no longer be using them as they are very unprofessional and unreliable- there are much better couriers out there.

Etremely dissapointed by the service in the Newhaven area. The "friendly local courier" (child) would turn up at the door and quietly put a calling card through the letterbox without knocking the door. If thats not wierd, when my wife shouted after him he ran away. I contacted hermes support who asked him to return, he wouldnt, not even next day. Is this a professional company???
