Hermes UK Worse service or rather Zero because there isn't any!! We send a Internal Parcel and paid extra insurance. On Hermes.co.uk Website promised delivery was 20.12.2019, It never came to receiver! Somehow we had three different Tracking, receiped etc. numbers, One with HRM...., 2nd the collectors one and 3rd the Online one, we tried all three without any proper result. Finally we tried to Call Help line, we had NO Chance to solve the problem, because there isn't NO customer-Phone-Service, just an automated operator. End of the day the Parcel worth of £140 that we lost and an angry Buyer too! Thanks to Hermes - NEVER EVER AGAIN

Order from Petplanet was delivered to wrong address with a different postcode. The property to which they delivered is a holiday let and is not in use in winter, and it was by pure chance that the owner of the property went there and found the parcel. He kindly delivered it to us. The courier sent a photo of the parcel on a step outside a strange door, so photographs are no proof of correct delivery! Of all the courier services, Hermes is by far the worst. Why do firms still use them? (Yes of course - they are cheap). Suggest you ask you supplier who they use, and go elsewhere if the name Hermes is given.

Worse company ever try as much as possible to stay away from this company, unfortunately house of France sent my parcel that i order on Christmas Day through them. It was supposed to be delivered on New Year’s Eve but the driver did not and said i was not home to sign for my parcel, and my parcel has been stolen twice by there staffs. 3 days later now I’ve still not receive the parcel that was meant to be delivered on new year eve, that another attempt will be made on the 7th of January 2020.

Parcel expected between 10-12am at a work address. Then updated for no reason to 7-9pm. AT A WORK ADDRESS. Useless, id*ots. The worst courier service going. How are these clowns still in business?

Online tracking system shows: Parcel status: With your courier. Will be delivered today between 11am and 3pm. Reality: This message was yesterday….. no sign of parcel….. Good news: Online tracking system is showing the same BS.

Hermes sucks !!! Three times in the last 4 days they've failed to deliver my parcel. Today I waited for 12 hours and the tracking information never updated from since 31st December. Terrible company with beyond poor customer service. In the future, I will avoid shopping with companies that use them. Not worth the stress.

dont use hermes , sent a parcel after two week it was returned to me for no reason , no refund nothing. now got bad feedback because of this second rate company ive now had to stop useing hermes they steal and loose your parcels no customer service, iu now use parcel fore there cheaper and professional , , hermes should be shut down total cowboys

Ordered a parcel which is supposed to be delivered last week. It didn’t arrive on the organised day due to a “driver issue”. They gave no indication of when they would reattempt delivery or contact number and the offices are shut. 2 days later they put a card through stating I was not home and they would try the next day. (I would have been home if they showed up on the correct day) I work full time and needed to make more arrangements for someone to stay home but they gave me no information or a contact number so I used the ‘chat’ function and suggested them to advise me when they would feel like turning up next or to deliver to my neighbour and that I wanted to make a complaint about the shoddy service. No response from Hermes at all. Next day, I get home to no parcel but a note to say it’s gone back with the driver and they will make the final attempt to deliver tomorrow while I’m at work, again. They obviously felt it would be too difficult to take to my neighbours house like I asked or respond to me. My parcel will be sent back tomorrow if I’m not home. I ordered it almost 2 weeks ago but when I ordered I was told 2 - 3 days. I only ever seem to have this problem with Hermes and when trying to get a sensible answer they ignore you. I won’t ever use this company again. Avoid at all costs.

Checked my tracking number which says delivered at the intended address with a signature. That’s not my signature and both me & my husband working today. The driver did not leave a tracking card. Tried ringing Hermes but the number is invalid. The automated message is of no use. This is truly the worst customer service. According to my experience Hermes is the worst courier service.

My father ordered a book which was needed by today. He waiting in for the delivery & received a text saying it had been delivered and signed for. The only explanation is that it's been sent to the wrong address and signed for? Hermes uk customer service and complaints department is unhelpful as it's an automated service. Really disappointing service as the order was needed for an exam.

If you want your parcel delivered a week to a month late then go ahead and use hermes, but likely hood is you don't soo quite frankly don't bother, useless service. Tbh 1* is being generous

Bunch of lying thieves who hide behind automated systems of loops so you NEVER get through, hoping that you will just give up. Only actual phone line into the company is a premium pay phoneline to 'steal' more money from you at the end of which they will tell you to 'contact your sender'. Just look at there own reviews of 1.09 out of 5 where 1.0 is the absolute minimum.

Really poor customer service - don't really want to help. One of my latest deliveries was shown in the tracking as posted through letterbox - this was a full size boxed DVD player! Appalling company - only reason I use them is they are cheaper than Royal Mail for larger items.

I ordered from Gant beautiful ankle boots for Christmas present buy the Hermes courier stole from me!!! The courier posted a photo of the box at my door at 2:03? But in the morning at 6:00 am when I was leaving home it was nothing!! He put box then take a photo and stole my shoes!!!!! The same happens to me with my order from Cult Beauty the same day at the same time!!! What a greedy thief. Funny that I received a text message regarding delivery will be between 7:00- 9:00 pm on 31st December 2019 but the photo stated - parcel delivered on 31st at 2:03 am.

Ordered a mattress from Amazon. Apparently delivery was attempted. Oh no it wasn’t, my Mum was home all day waiting for the delivery and absolutely nothing!!! Contact: you’d have better luck contacting ET in space!! Amazon: DO NOT use Hermes!!

Still waiting for replacement computer battery ordered 29/11 and due delivery late 07/12. between Batt Depot and Hermes pathetic service with buck passing and complete inability to contact other than by email. Various other Hermes deliveries left at front door close to busy main road, with no calling card left or attempt to deliver via neighbors. Very irresponsible business.

Within 2 weeks both my parcels were send back to sender apparently on my request which is a blatant lie as I have not made such enquiry. My home address is clearly displayed on my building, I have no gates to block access to my property, both times I was home at the time of aparent delivery. There was no reason on my side whatsoever for my parcel to not be delivered! The worst delivery company I have ever been in contact with! Shame we can't chose who should deliver our parcels from online retailers as Hermes would defo not be on my wish list. And getting in touch with them - total nightmare. Lates waiting time on webchat - 60minutes!

Hermes Parcels stole my package and forged my signature. They live in an alternate universe with no working phone number and a robot who directs you away to that place called despair. The worst customer service experience of the decade. BTW-that's NOT my signature. WHO SIGNED FOR ME? Legal action next.

i have 24 hour cctv coverage at my bungalow , hermes say that my parcel is being returned to sender because they attempted delivery 3 times, total lies ! i have waited in for the past week plus i have checked footage, they have not attempted delivery at all.

Same experience as almost every other negative review (couldn't actually find a positive review!) Bought an item from Liverpool F.C. for a relative for xmas, didn't arrive though allegedly signed for customer so blatantly stolen by the driver, still waiting for a replacement paid for by L.F.C. so apparently these thieves can opperate openly and Hermes couldn't care less! Also waiting for something from Amazon where Hermes were used, didn't arrive 'due to problems with access to my property' which means they didn't even try. Can't get hold of anyone to re-arrange another delivery but according to the website they will make 3 attempts but didn't even make 1 attempt!! Absolutely the worst courier company in the U.K.
