Had a courier pick up my return parcel to qvc on 3rd december and they still havent received it??????? Why does a company like qvc use hermes when they cant be trusted? Wish i had read the reviews before letting this company get hold of it. Disgusting

I sent a parcel to my niece and nephew it was x2 smyth you vouchers amount of £50 for Xmas I sent off on 23rd November and apparently they got delivered on the 14th? Impossible lol 😂 also not my brothers signature put a claim in after numerous emails with a company called resolver which are brilliant by the way and Hermes have refunded back the postage of £2.20 cause they don’t cover vouchers so I won’t be getting the £50 refunded! Disgrace so x2 young children have gone without a Christmas gift this year because of Hermes!! I have also contacted legal aid and the sun newspaper! Hermes absolute disgrace!

Not only did I not get the medication for my crohns that was meant to be delivered today I also didn’t get the dress for a wedding I’m attending to tmrw. I’ve never been so angry with a delivery company in my life. They have no way to talk to someone on the phone. Their live chat is absolutely useless and they don’t allow delivery Instruction to be manually added so that I can put the gate code to enter my building. Absolutely useless. I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down yet. If I had a choice to avoid them I 100% would. They never take any responsibility and say stupid things like ‘contact the seller’ the seller has and will always reply with ‘we can’t control the delivery service’ FIX UP.

I've been reading the dreadful reviews about Hermes and there drivers. My husband is a courier and is totally amazing. He has even worked his days off in order to make sure everyone's parcels have got there on time. I understand that all companies have bad staff but I wish you would also understand that there are a great bunch of hard working people out there. Well done to all the couriers that go above and beyond.

Until recently I’ve been relatively pleased but I ordered a Christmas present and was assured by the company that it would arrive latest 24th Dec, informed it had left for delivery on 19th for next day delivery via Hermes. 24th Dec I had notification fro Hermes that it had arrived in their depot and would be delivered n next 3-7 days!!! My niece went without a Christmas present as she lives a distance away, she may get it next year! Been away, home today (txt from Hermes, delivery between 3&5) before 3 , find note, been delivered to neighbour who I’ve never nominated!!! Thanks Hermes, I’ve been home for hours but no parcel has yet appeared!!!!!

Absolutely appalling service. My parcel has gone missing - QVC said it had been signed for but no one has it. My previous parcel was left at front door in full sight. Get this sorted Hermes. You don’t even have a customer service team to speak to as I’ve been trying for 2 hours. Don’t deserve to be in business and I’m surprised at QVC even touching a company like this.

The worst ever. I've been waiting in front of the door every day for the parcel that should have been delivered two weeks ago. The tracking shows 'delivered attempted' with no courier came. HE DIDN'T EVEN TRIED TO DELIVER MY PARCEL, OR PROBABLY IT WAS A GHOST THAT WAS DELIVERING MY PARCEL. I'm fed up with this company. The customer service is also very slow and not efficient as well. I'll never use or recommend this company.

Hermes sent email stating my parcel had been delivered, along with a signature. Unfortunately it hasn’t. Not my signature. Checked cctv and no-one been anywhere near my house around the time that they claim it had been delivered. Tried numerous telephone numbers, I thought managing to get anywhere. Had to contact company that sent me the parcel.

Posted a parcel on the 19th of December. They finally managed to get it past the "sorted" stage on the 27th December. 8 days just to get it sorted and ready for delivey. It should finally get delivered sometime next year. Just incredible. Even Royal Mail aren't that slow.

Late to deliver my package , sent back due to defects , new package is sent on priority next day dwlivery, gets lost by Hermes, no presents for the kids for Christmas I guess, no update from hermes just jazz hands,ordered a 50inch flat and got it the next day on amazon via dpd an actual courier service.Amazes me how bad Hermes is and why retailers even use them.

Have never had a positive experience of Hermes. Rude drivers, and a company completely unable to organise delivery in time. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

They are the worst, most shambolic and shockingly legal delivery company ever. How have they not been shut down is beyond me. They say they have customer service but clearly make it impossible to reach. Their website is deliberately designed so you get looped back to nothing. Information is deliberately impossible to find and you are repeatedly sent down a rabbit hole. They need investigating for advertising services they do not provide. For me I have never, ever had a trouble free delivery from a retailer that uses Hermes. At the moment for Christmas I unknowingly bought three items, two from eBay and one from Weird Fish. They all used Hermes. They were all bought end of Nov or early Dec. Not one has arrived. One is stated lost, one is listed as delivered on Christmas Eve to my safe place. I never listed a safe place and I was home at the time and there is no package and the third just states there is a delay and to wait 24 hours for the last two weeks. I cannot speak to anyone at Hermes because they are a bunch of lying con artists and there is no customer service for people like us. So I was stuck having to rush out and buy three addition presents and I am out additional money and yet these people continue to trade while hundreds of people are stuck in the same situation by this horrendous company unchallenged. I am going to trading standards as something surely has to be done. WE ALL NEED TO COMPLAIN TO TRADING STANDARDS

Ordered gymshark outfit of black friday. Received email update from my hermes that it's going to be delivered on 5/12. Although I had an option to change my address and leave it with my neighbour they still send me update that they have delivered my parcel through my letter box. Upon my arrival I never saw my parcel anywhere. They couldn't have posted it through letter box completely as I have letter box cage on other side. Clearly it has been stolen as I am located on a busy street. It took me absulute ages to find their so called support which is absulute joke. On 6/12 they said they are launching investigation and they need 72 time saime thing on 8/12 and they need extra 72 hours then again same on 12/12 to contact delivery drivers super visor. When I finally asked what is going on with my case I got what I thought I would. It's just like slap in a face.... Since your last contact, we got in touch with the courier who advised us they had delivered the parcel to address provided and had no further details after this point. We do understand that the couriers handle hundreds of parcels each week and may not remember every delivery..... And also a suggestion to contact retailers it self. And best part they have declared that my case has been resolved. From now on if any retailer is going to be using this poor excuse for delivery company I will definitely not order anything from them. Hope more and more companies cancel with them. They are absulute tossers and have no respect for anyone.

Appalling customer service; they admitted a parcel sent to our granddaughter is lost but are trying to avoid paying compensation. The website prevents you from filling in a claim form and declares all details entered as incorrect when you know they are accurate. A fine example of a big company ignoring its responsibilities in the hope you will give up. Will never use them again but will pursue this case through trading standards.

Hermes is the worst courier service. Hermes misplaces the parcel and there is no way a parcel's "poor" recipient like me can contact the mighty double of seven secret service of Hermes. I am wondering what carrot this company gives to retailers so they use this poor courier service. First these guys deliver the parcel to a wrong person or imposter or driver "itself" took the parcel, and I can't contact them in any way. Second experiance I have been waiting for a collection and no one shows up on my door and the website says Hermies "tried" to pick up the parcel, and now I have to doubt on my fully functional poor door bell becuase of Hermes. Retailers should avoid this courier at all cost.

Total ruin Christmas left my dsughter with no present thanks Hermes! And guess what when you contact the company thier not interested. Even went to depot to be met by stropy woman who was more interested in having her cigarette break. Fantastic customer service!!!!!

Hermes have left my daughter without her Christmas present! You can't contact anyone only automated service. Theyve had my parcel for 6days, its not moved! Total disgrace!
