As others have said truly awful service. Ive had so many problems with these clowns, the last straw was last week when they didn't even bother to pick up my parcel, even after contacting them still no one turned up. I used Royal Mail in the end. I've now closed my account with MyHerpes and will never use these empty heads again !!

Do not use, just don't. Shocking, truly shocking. Every time I use hermes I have trouble. I sent a parcel, tracking said 'delayed, will deliver in next 24hrs', 6 days later, nothing. They have no contact number to call them. I tried online and the automated service that you must get through before you 'speak' to an advisor, just kept telling me it was being delivered, wouldnt accept any further response. The advisor will then seek to fob you off as it's hard to find out whats happened to a parcel in carlisle from a call center on the other side of the world and tells you they will email, but will not . Joke company, you really may as well put it in a plastic bag and drop it in the sea, about as much chance of being delivered and less of being stolen

Had an overnight delivery due on the 31st of May but they've marked the delivery as "We're not able to deliver your parcel to the address we have. Please get in touch so we can get it back on its way to you. Contact details can be found in the FAQs section below" which is funny because they've delivered other parcels every single day this week. One of which required a signature that they didn't bother to get. There is no FAQ page to locate a number or email or anything that could help sort this issue. I'm honestly shocked the office of fair trading hasn't gotten on to this yet.

ordered a pair of VW T2 seats off ebay, great seller save that he sent them via My Hermes (Parcel to GO). Parcel collected 18th May, 20th May, it on the way to you, same day parcel delayed, 21st you've asked us to return it / on its way / delayed 22nd May got it and processing 23rd May got it and on its way (repeated twice) / it's delayed / you've asked us to return it / its delayed again, .... no news .... 2nd June processing, 4th June updates to follow / processing, 5th June on its way (repeated), 5th June delivered Great - but to the sender not me!!!! Seems it had been left out in the rain and the labeling rotted off! Tried so many times to contact them by all means, trawled the INTERNET for a phone number that works but no Joy - I challenge anyone to be able to speak to any one at customer services or even find a phone number that works - "Sorry this number has been discontinued due to recent legislation". (Oh and this is only one of 3 ongoing issues with them) As for legislation their website is illegal in that it fails to provide clear and transparent contact details.

Absolute joke of a company. Unless your sending clothes, don't use them. They suddenly pulled up all kinds of excuses NOT to refund be, even after the recipient said the THREW the parcel down her drive. They even showed me a page with acceptable packing, one of which was shredded paper which I used, but still refused to accept the blame for my broken goods. Stay well clear of these fiddling clowns

SIMPLY USELESS. Six days since despatch and no parcel. No attempt at delivery as no card left. Tracking details quite absurd - "22.47 Sorry there's been a slight delay." "22.57 We'll deliver today" - that was 4 days after despatch and they were going to deliver sometime between 22.47 and midnight???? I don't think so and anyway six days later no delivery. When after great difficulty some sort of contact established they ask for barcode and promptly deny it's there number and pass the buck to the supplier. STRONGLY ADVISE NEVER TO USE AND NOT TO BUY FROM SUPPLIERS WHO USE THIS COMPANY.

I won a bid off EBay for WW2 wooden heliograph tripod. I live in France and the seller had already told me that his courier would not send abroad so I gave him an address of mate of mine in England. My mate rang me on Friday 31 May 2019, two days ago, to say that a Hermes courier had turned up on his doorstep with a 1 metre long EMPTY tube, no sign of a tripod. My mate did not accept the package but took photos of it. I contacted the seller who is now in trying to sort this out with Hermes but having seen these reviews I am very doubtful of a happy outcome. And it’s not that easy to replace the item. Looks like Carole Walker, ex CEO, of this company jumped off the sinking ship before it goes under completely.

this is the second time that I have trouble with your delivery service my order was dispatched from the supplier on the 24th May I am still waiting it was supposed to been delivered between the 30th May and the 1st June now you are saying between 2nd June to the 5th June its not good enough.My last order you delivered went to the wrong address

Didn't attempt the third delivery despite the customer being in all day. No calling card left and no recourse with hermes support over the following week. The driver says "I did attempt a delivery", yet didn't leave a failed delivery card so hermes aren't interested. A quick google shows a huge number of similar stories with fake missed deliveries. There's a reason hermes is the cheapest - corners have to be cut somewhere. The small amount of money saved in going with hermes has more than been lost in having to redeliver the parcel via another courier.

Terrible. Ordered from amazon for next day delivery. Next day I’m sitting in my kitchen and get a message saying they tried to deliver and I was out. A lie. Didn’t even ring the doorbell (which calls my mobile). Message says to contact them on the number on the calling card but there isn’t a calling card as they didn't actually attempt to deliver. I try to contact them and have to talk via automated chatbot. Next day same thing - a message saying they tried to deliver but I was out. A lie. Again, they never even ring the doorbell. Again, I talk to them via a chatbot. Finally today I get a message saying it has been delivered and they send me a photo of MY FORGED SIGNATURE. Again, they never even rang the doorbell, instead they just forged my signature and stole my package. Fuming. Amazon say they will look into it and resend my items if needed but not refund - so looking forward to going through the same process again.

Parcel was down to be delivered…Saturday 1st June 20919 Parcel was down to be delivered Saturday 1st June, I sat in all day even though I had other things to do when suddenly at 3.48pm tracking said there was a problem and it would be late. When I phoned their customer service they said the driver had marked it as business closed and unable to deliver which they had to admit was a lie because the drivers GPS showed he had been nowhere near my house but unfortunately they couldn't do anything about it at this late time and would now have to deliver the next working day, why do Herpes employ these people who are too lazy to do their job? This is not the first time I have had this problem with them and normally on Saturday deliveries when the driver clearly can't be bothered and Herpes do nothing to reprimand them.....Worst parcel courier ever and I for one will never use them again

Useless service by non sympathetic company & staff who don't care how they deliver items or what state they are in. I have been dealing with Hermes for sometime however I am looking to change due to several damaged items and the vast price increase recently. Also the fact that it is impossible to contact them to try and resolve the matter or gain a postal refund. This shows what they think of their customers - basically they want your money and don't care. It would appear they have not learnt from the damning documentary exposing the way their staff handle other peoples items. It is about time that Hermes made it easier for their customers to make contact and complain instead of just taking their money and keeping it difficult for contact to be made. I personally cannot wait to find a better courier service and they are out there and stop using Hermes. Maybe if others did the same they would listen to their customers once they start losing Money.

Why do Hermes insist on hiring the most moronic people to be there couriers. Courier has left parcels on doorstep several times & wrote on the note 'left in porch'. Scum

1)The worst. Had arranged for a collection, week later still no show, took their time to give refund, never apologised or gave explanation. 2)Still waiting on a delivery, one week late, paid for guaranteed delivery cover. Again no explanation at all & very unapologetic. AVOID
