STAY AWAY FROM THIS COURIER!!I’m very upset that I had to give Hermes the option of even 1 star. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I cannot begin to describe the experience I’ve had/still having with Hermes. No customer service phone number? So I have to contact them urgently and my only option is email. Ridiculous. Send them an email and the reply takes ages and sounds like an automated bot reply. Informed that clothes have been sent back to the retailer as we agreed FINALLY. Then to receive a text that my clothes have been delivered to a random city I don’t live in, and you can imagine my disgust when they send a picture that they left the parcel behind the bins in front of the flat block. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. No signiature? I don’t even live there? Behind bins where anyone can take them? All after I was promised these would go back to the retailer. Contacted Hermes again via email, EXCUSE after EXCUSE after EXCUSE. Not acknowledging what they have done, refusing to give me a phone number to speak with someone, sporadic replies via email, I honestly don’t know what to do!! There have been so many errors on their side that has allowed this to happen and the worst part that 4 days later my parcel is still behind a bin in a random city where I don’t live (probably stolen now or taken out by the bin men) and I’ve had NO support whatsoever. Please for the sake of my parcel; DO NOT USE Hermes. I have all the conversations via email and happy to provide to anyone who wishes to see exactly how I’m being treated. USE ANYONE ELSE other than this pathetic company.

HERES A MAJOR @@@@UP. TRIED TO BOOK A PARCEL TO FRANCE,VIA SCOTLAND which i have tried for i dont know how long and got hammered by other services"big thumbs up to send my bag.com btw awesome service and fab staff 33kg in a case to madrid for £33 quid.37 incl £4 suitcase from a wee nice charity shop..Anyhow app you cant in hermes uk or in the international. Not only is it discrimination against living in Scotland but..GO TO INTERPARCEL AND BOOK THERE LMAO DID I.....Scotland you can send to uk ok....UK to France, account or no account holder it wont let you. Scotland to France via your account international i tried for hours to no avail...INTERPARCEL TOOK 75 seconds booked cooked and printed and insured :) now thats what i call A TOTAL @@@@S UP! so rule of thumb is if they can advertise on go compare type sites then there has to be some code of honour surley or rules of standard. "IE" to be allowed to get work from those sites.Like travago and so fourth does with holidays etc. SO if hermes therefore refuse then they should be barred blocked banished from any such advertisments on those, as they are not adhering to the rules of advertisement.HENCE 1435 REVIEWS A 1 STAR DUE TO THIS TOTAL MESS..may i say my local driver is the DON....its the system and not actualy the staff taking the brunt.ITS the ones who live in a not so real world...either way its discriminating scotland yet we dont have a wall or boarder control and tbh we are the uk....put that in the papers asee the shares go down like ships anchor.

Absolute poor delivery company full of excuses and lies do not use! Said they tried to deliver....not according to a camera running 24/7! Said it was down to poor access, house has been here 17 years and is on an estate with 20 plus houses! Said it could be because intercom access was restricted.....no intercom on my house! Said it could be down to a ferocious animal.......I don’t think goldfish are ferocious! Full of lies and deceit.

Horrendous. They lost my package, which they admit, but permanently closed the claims case - without my permission - on a false technicality and are currently still refusing to reopen it or compensate me (even though I paid extra for insurance).

Lost my parcel and did nothing to ease my mind, had to refund my customer no refund given for item one month on. Still waiting after I have send multiple emails and opened up a lost parcel case. Have now opened up a case on resolver. Terrible company.

Absolutely useless! Firstly, I sent a parcel with MyHermes a couple of weeks back that, from the tracking service, appeared to be delivered. It turns out it had been delivered but to a random person half a mile away from where it was supposed to be delivered. Luckily i was in contact with the buyer and they went looking for it. The point is, they shouldnt have to do that. Secondly, i have returned home from work today to find a "Sorry i missed you" card through the door. No date on the card, no name as to who the parcel is for, and a tick in the box stating this was the 3rd time they had tried to deliver it. This was actually the 1st card my wife or i had seen. So how do we know if a delivery had been attempted if no card is left...? The parcel is now being sent back to the sender. Not good as this was a birthday present for someone. When trying to contact them, there is a customer helpline that just says "please check our website for answers, live chat online or send an email". Useless... My advice would be to avoid MyHermes like the plague. I will NEVER be using them again. Absolutely horrible service.

What can I say about their service everyone left a review everyone left them one (1) start I upload few picture look at it and see they should be closed down there shouldn't be carrying on please try not to use them anymore

The first time this company delivered, I was home the whole day and i received a notification saying that my parcel was delivered even though i didn't receive anything! I had to go knock all my neighbour's doors and come to find out it was delivered on the ground floor even though i live ln the third floor which doesn't make sense. I let it be because i thought it was a mistake. The second time i never even received a notification saying that my parcel was delivered. I had to contact Asos and it was them that told me it was already delivered even tho i didn't receive nothing this time either. I had to knock on my neighbour's doors and come to find out AGAIN the parcel was delivered on the ground floor, and apparently it was a woman that delivered it and handed the messed up parcel straight to my neighbour. This time the parcel had holes in it and it was all squished up and distorted. The woman that delivered this item is an absolute disgrace! If someone did that to her i'm pretty sure she wouldn't like it. But all i can say is next time my parcel is on the way or if i even manage to receive notifications about my parcel i will actually sit outside my garden and wait there for it. FIX UP Frrrrr fs.

If I could give them a zero I would. I think Hermes is one of the most unreliable, dishonest, disrespectful and despicable courier companies there is. I continuously find parcels thrown over the wall where the boxes are damaged and in the rain. I receive no card in the post box stating that something has been delivered. I find it just by chance when in the garden or my dog drags it into the house. I have even found parcels in the rubbish bin. I had a £300 parcel thrown over the fence the other day which was damaged. Couriers said they knocked, however, I know for a fact they didnt as I was home and could see the front door from the garden. I have had claims that another parcel was 'attempted' to be delivered which is rubbish as again no card was left and a couple of days later I am refunded by the seller as the parcel was returned. My latest parcel I was supposed to receive by Hermes was 24hrs ago. When checking the tracking I saw there was a delay (after being told it was received by the courier and will be delivered the same day). No notification! Today I was notified at 8:55am that I would be receiving my parcel today. At 7:45pm I was notified that they 'attempted' delivery. RUBBISH! LIES! I have been home for the whole evening. Firstly no card was left in the mailbox, no one knocked on the door as my dog would have barked AND I had specified a safe place if no one was home for them to leave it. Hermes, I would seriously look into the type of people that you use to deliver your parcels. They are liars and unethical people. I have never dealt with such a terrible company before. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!

Ordered a package, told they tried to deliver three times and left calling cards....I have a camera in my porch and nobody has been even once. There is no contact number for customer enquiries and the one you do find will charge you, direct you to a non existent live chat and hang up. This is a complete joke and this company should not be operating. I know at least ten people that have had the exact same experience, this company is basically a scam.

Awful company! Took over a week to deliver one parcel, kept saying that they had tried to deliver it twice.. Lies! Both times they said they tried to deliver I was home, no card was left so clearly they hadn't tried. Wouldn't ever use them, would give them no stars if it let me!

I'm a small business and sent two parcels only a 3 hours drive away in the UK using the courier service to reduce the amount of people handling the parcel. The parcels packaged very securely and with fragile stickers coating the box received over 30% damage in both parcels and cost me over £100. I was told I had no chance of compensation as the items were in the prohibited list which looking at the list seems to cover every type of product. To receive this amount of damage completely shattering the contents I can only imagine must have meant the parcel being thrown, dropped or kicked as the contents are relatively solid and packaged very well. I would not recommend this service to anyone and use them completely at your own risk.

The worst courier company that companies could use to make their deliveries!! I have ordered from the likes of H&M, BooHoo and Precious Little One who all use MyHermes, none of my parcels have ever reached me! Either due to they can't find my address (no other courier company has ever had an issue), they've stated I haven't been in when I have been in all day waiting for the parcel or they leave with another address that clearly isn't mine and I can't find my parcel!! I have also had to wait weeks for a refund as the retailer wont give one until they receive the package back - this shouldn't be my problem! Just disgusting all round!!

MyHermes managed to lose my parcel, getting through to customer services was a joke and the reponce to the lost package was essentially, “yeah it happens, and no you won’t be compensated for your loss” Will never use this shoddy company again

It's absolute SHAMBLES!!! DAMAGED, Misplaced, LOST parcels on many, many occasions!!! IMPOSSIBLE to contact in order to resolve anything. STAY AWAY!!

And again one more parcel stolen by MyHermes. Contacted the customer service via e-mail and via telephone both said they will be getting to me within 24 hours but nothing yet so far. I have tried contacting customer service via telephone and yet no one there to answer durign workign hour. P.S. Most of the positive reviews are fake Disgraceful, bunch of thieves, avoid at all cost, no appologies, no respect for customers, these guys should be reported to BBC Rough Traders.
