The delivery person very rude when calling telling no one at home to accept the delivery. He told me he already attempt to do delivery 2 times and will not send it anymore. I told him I already put instruction to leave it with my neighbour if no one home in the website because my neighbour always home. I also asked him if there any hermes collection office that I can collect if my neighbour not home. He said no place to collect and will send back the items to retailer. He then hung up as he said he will try to check with the neighbour. Few minutes later he call again and told me he left the items with my neighbour. I will never use hermes again and will not buy from any retailer that use hermes that I know of, as no call card for place to collect if we happen to be not at home. It's very unflexible and troublesome if item returned to seller because of this.

I have orderd a parcel from boohoo and spent £6 on delivery. I tracked my parcel and they are saying there's something wrong with my parcel so it's staying with them. They say they have a contact number to discuss this further but I don't seem to be getting anywhere I need my outfit for tomorrow hence why I spent 6 on next day delivery. I just don't know where to go from here.

For 3 days now, whilst awaiting 2 parcels, Hermes Tracking says they have attempted delivery. This is a lie as I was at home all this time. Their customer support is shocking, trying to contact anyone is extremely difficult and they want to refer you to the retailer! I will never use this company and if any supplier I want to buy from uses them, then they will not get my business either. Do NOT USE! There are many more reliable and effective couriers out there

Too bad i cant give 0 star!!! First they said they attempted to deliver my goods... thats a lie because I was home the whole day... same thing on the next day.... waited til 9 pm... nothing and got the email that they attempted to deliver.... lies. No customer service at all ...stay away!!!!! This is the worst shipping delivery company ever!!!!!!

Sent a package of 8 storage jars which I knew as they were glass wouldn't be covered so packaged them well. Had to contact them as delivery hadn't been made and I was told they would have to locate my parcel and then was told it had been damaged. I asked what would happen next and they said they would send it back to me I waited and had to get in contact with them again and was told to give it another 1-2 days which I did and contacted them AGAIN. This time I was told that I wouldn't be getting my package back and they didn't know where the parcel was I wanted it back as there may of been some salvageable jars, so no parcel no compensation almost £8 delivery not happy at all.

Burgled due to the stupidity of this company and driver leaving a parcel hanging on our front door!!! Can’t contact anyone to make sure this doesn’t happen again!! Watch out we have complained through next and still no one has come back to me. Ombudsman next!!!!

Couldn't care less about customers..parcel never arrived, local couriers lied..and not even contacting their Chief Exec did any good: i have lost money, lost a precious item, and it seems Hermes can just get away with being this bad. Do NOT use them

First, fraudulent drivers and fake signatures. Second, unbelievably difficult to contact. Third, live chat times only open until 18.00. Very disappointing service

It’s great when it works but if you have any issues you liturgy can’t solve it, you would have a better chance of contacting Michael Jackson on the phone then a Hermes representative, utter incompetence. Waited in all day for this parcels only for the tracking to say they “attempted delivery” no cards left or anything. They need a live customer chat or something

I was waiting for the delivery all day. They sent me a not that I was not home. As my home is on the end of the road and I have a camera I saw all 2 cars that arrived. And both are from my neighbour and parents. They just lie

Do not use this company!! Myhermes through parcel2go lost my bike once and then the myhermes driver signed it as delivered. Myhermes admitted via email the driver did so. Was going to Return bike then lost it again. Parcel2go wont pay out claim. So taking to small claims court

Wayfair use Hermes for deliveries, they were supposed to deliver a table a chair set on Tuesday when I had planned to be in for the day, instead they delivered the table on the Monday and left it unsecured outside in the rain, two chairs Wednesday, left unsecured outside in the rain and two chairs Thursday, left unsecured in the rain, all ruined and had to be returned and reordered. Utter incompetence and stupidity to leave anything outside in the rain. Their policy is three attempts at delivery if you are not in unless the driver is just lazy! Reflects poorly on the companies they are representing.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM, I booked a collection for yesterday stayed in all day no one came to collect it. Spent ages trying to get a contact number finally found premium phone number, put on hold then transferred to another department they hung up phoned again passed from pillar to post finally spoke to customer services who said they could not even guarantee collection today so cancelled my order. Hope i get my money back. Starting again with another courier.

I can’t fault my Hermes driver Jorge enough in east London , he is so cheerful helpful and very charming thank you Hermes for such lovely and easy delivery . I wished you could deliver all the parcels that the post office can’t seem to do

We have a really good person who delivers our parcels. He is polite and friendly and goes that extra mile when attempting to deliver our parcels. I think the experience of people comes down to who is delivering

It took 2 weeks and multiple excuses including closed road (not sure why they did not divert around that road). Customer services is awful and it is frustrating you can not speak to them on the phone

Avoid Hermes as you would Herpes!!! This company has a useless website where you wont find a contact number to speak directly with a human only an automated message that wont give you an operator. Their delivery driver didnt bother to write any details on the 1st attempted delivery card so was unsure when he would attempt the 2nd delivery. The best part is that the "Live Tracking" isnt updated and just says "Delayed" for days. Not the first time i have had issues with this shoddy company.. Pay a little extra and go with more reliable couriers such as Royal Mail etc.
