My parcel was due to be delivered 8 days ago. I received both an email and text confirming what time it would be delivered. 45 minutes after the parcel was due I tracked said parcel for it to be updated stating it had been delayed. Can't speak to anyone on the phone as all numbers ring once before going dead. Talking on an online chat and constantly getting fobbed off. I am beyond angry & frustrated. You don't deserve one star but that was the only way it would allow me to leave a review.

No phone numbers you find for them work, I just tried and got this.... thank you for calling Hermes our office is now closed our opening times are 8am TIL 6pm?????? ‬ ‪What country does this relate to as it is now 5.28pm in th U.K.‬ ‪They have taken three payments from me and not given me a label or email and I cannot get ahold of anybody. ‬ This company has the worst customer service in the world. There is no way to talk to anybody about a failed transaction. I have paid for a parcel to be delivered and the next step never happened on the website so I had no email and no label to print. I have phoned my bank and the transaction has gone through what am I supposed to do? I have spoken to the retailer I am sending it back to and they gave me phone numbers that don’t work🤯 ‬

The Ryanair of couriers. Cheap but if anything goes wrong you are on your own. Parcel damaged - claimed 2 months ago, still waiting. At first a few emails mostly with questions that were irrelevant or already answered, Since silence!

Absolute F***ing disgreace!!! Sent me message 2 days ago saying parcel would be delivered between 7-9, then a message saying 5-7, then another saying 7-9....NO PARCEL. Yesterday a message saying would be delivered between 7-9 NO PARCEL. No wey of speaking to anyone as either automated recording and call ends of number is out of service!! Like people have nothing better to do than wait 3 days for a f***ing parcel, with absolutely NO customer service

Ive used the collection service twice now and the service is atrocious. The pickup driver in my area works full time so pickup are made after 5pm which is ridiculous if you placed your order at 8am the day before, twice my parcel was not collected on the right day. All in all it took 7 working days to get my package to my customer. Parcelforce would have had it there in 48 hours for £4 more. Live chat never works and you can't call to speak to someone so complaints are never heard and therefore not resolved. You get what you pay for, very true in this case. 0/100.

Im still waiting for Delivery of a umbrella last six days had promise they were delivering and then send message a delay . then for second time been told its being returned to seller. Even contacted them to get item delivered Adrian Hedley

This company's drivers can not locate our property down a private drive and so does not deliver. The royal mail, garbage trucks and every other delivery company can locate us and deliver. We have had a series of excuses and found our mail in fields or simply 'lost in transit'. Hermes do not seem capable of driving down a private drive.

Awful. Used website 3 times to arrange safe delivery but got 3 “sorry we missed you cards” and package returned to sender. Insist all internet deliveries use a different company now.

Avoid this company at all cost, courier forged my signature and was supposed to have left parcel at back of my property but can’t find any parcel!! When contacting them they’ve told me to contact the supplier don’t know why cause the supplier has done nothing wrong it’s there couriers, and still won’t take responsibility for it!!

Avoid this delivery company. The driver stole my parcel and even signed for my parcel. No customer service number so they will never do nothing about if the driver you courier still your parcel. AVOID .

They never leave the package safe, just open outside door and leave it then scribbles that its been signed for. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. This is not the first time it has happened and never hear anything from the so called Customer Services.

I wouldn't have given one star if I had any choice. MyHermes will only attempt to deliver a parcel for 3 days in a row. If a recipient is working all of those days the parcel will be returned. There is no option to have a parcel delivered on a day he/she will be at home. If you do not have an outhouse/shed/garage the parcel will not be left for you. It is totally unfair to expect a neighbor to stay in and wait for a parcel. There are boxes on their 'sorry we missed you' card for courier's name and contact number, but these are normally left blank. There is a customer service telephone number, but an automated answering service will tell you to use the internet, then cut you off! Always be suspicious of companies who will not speak to you on the telephone. They don't want to speak to customers for a reason.

Worst of all the delivery companies. Unfortunately when you order something online very rarely are you told who will be delivering your goods. Whenever I find out Hermes is the delivery company I’m filled with dread. We are a working family, to wait in all day just isn’t an option so we rely on either our neighbours taking in the parcel, they can leave it in a safe place or we can pick it up from depo if we aren’t in. I’ll take each of these options in turn with Hermes... they will only give it to a neighbour if you nominate your preferred neighbour, we live in a nice area of terraced houses, unfortunately I’ve no idea what all my neighbours are up to on any given day so I can hardly go knocking on all my neighbours asking who will be in on a specific day so I can nominate one of them!! Second point you can nominate a safe place, but has to be one of Hermes predetermined options, no option to leave it by our back door or behind our side gate, you basically have to opt for an option then leave some sort of trail like Hansel and Gretal to lure the moron of a driver to where you actually want it left, very rarely are they able to think outside the box and do this. Third option well they don’t even give you that option.!!! The thing is DPD and Amazon always seem perfectly capable of delivery (when we aren’t in) there always seems to be one of our neighbours within 10 meters of our front door able to take it. Just don’t have the issues with either of these companies like you do with Hermes. Finally if you do have an issue with either of them there’s always a number you can call to speak to someone not with Hermes, no number not even a web chat option. How Hermes continues to be in business is beyond me, they are frigging morons of the highest calibre!!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid.....if you can help it that is..

Not resived delivery waited in all day for nothing and still not Been delivered had to phone Debenhams only to be informed they don’t know and been charged for call won’t order from Debenhams again or anyone using Hermes

I bought something on eBay and the seller used Hermes. SEVEN days in a row Hermes told me that my parcel would be delivered that day and gave a delivery slot. No delivery made, then I received a message saying there had been a slight delay and they would get my parcel to me as soon as possible. This happened SEVEN days in a row! Lying, incompetent, thieves at Hermes.

If I buy off Amazon I always groan when seeing the delivery will be by MyHermes. Can guarantee there will be an email saying they had attempted delivery but there was no response.... I work at my desk within six feet of the front door and next to the sitting room window with a clear view of the gate and path. Most drivers rarely ever attempt delivery. Never have this trouble with other firms.
