HAD PARCEL DELIVERED ON THE DAY EXPECTED, DELIVERY DRIVER CAME IN TO DRIVE TOOK PHOTO OF POST BOX ON OUTSIDE GATE AND PROPPED PARCEL ON OUTSIDE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO KNOCK DOOR WE WERE THERE TO WITNESS THIS ROYAL PROFORMANCE......

Following on from previous comment below, my parcel never turned up and has now, unless anything changes will be costing me an extra £3.10 as goods were bought as part of Amazon prime day and no longer have the promotional prices. Feel let down badly. Hermes tracking is a joke, no real point of contact but the site tells you to contact retailer. This has now cost me time chasing, but more importantly a loss in money.

How can you run a business like this with absolutely no way for recipients to contact you? I don’t think there could be any worse carrier than Hermes. I hope retailers who use them suffer terrible damage to their business as a result. The delivery is the most important part of the customer experience in e-commerce. Why risk your business using sub-standard carriers like Hermes. I never never return to an online store that insults me and my hard earned money by using them.

Worst courier ever several times now they have delayed or lost a parcel now .I have been wait on a sound bar from Amazon prime it has been out for delivery since july17 this is now monday 22nd and still no sign of it

Have been waiting since Thursday for delivery of 2 items from Amazon that were Prime deliveries, now Sunday Tracking just says delayed at depot. Why do Amazon use this carrier from all the negative reports I see for Hermes, as they (Amazon) dispatch on time but then delivery gets stuck in a Hermes warehouse for what ever reason. NOT happy.

lost 3 of my parcels in 1 month i tried to claim slow process been 2 months now got nothing they slow time ask for more info even though all info was on claim form no customer service impossible to speak to someone they are a total joke , low rate company bad service, loose your parcels and keep your money its criminal,,,

Worse than 1 Star !!😡 I wish I didn't have to even leave 1 star for this appalling company ! They have absolutely no idea of customer service:- 1) You cannot speak to anyone on the telephone 2) The "live chat" facility doesn't work 3) They constantly refer you back to the retailer although, in my case, they have been sitting on my order at their Northern Hub since Sunday 14 July - having been promised a delivery date of 12 July. 4) It is now 19 July and I still do not know when my package will arrive - something which I had ordered well in advance for my Father's 90th birthday on 20 July 5) The "My Hermes" website is the most confusing and un-navigeable site I have ever visited - they seem intent on sending you around and around in circles to avoid any contact with their customers. I have never in my life experienced such poor service and will let Amazon know that they should not be working with this German owned company.

MyHermes is by far one of the worst delivery services ever. My heart sinks when I order something and I get a notification saying they will be delivering as I know I won't receive the order on time! I received a message from them on Monday (it is now friday) saying they are delivering my parcel between so and so time, then I received another message to say it has been delayed and will arrive a few hours later, but no such luck, every day I get those same messages saying it is scheduled for delivery, then couple of hours later another to say delayed but guess what??? No package!!!! I ordered a pair of shoes for my engagement party tomorrow and no doubt tonight when I finish work at 6pm I will have to go looking for shoes! The services is a disgrace as this isn't the first time this has happened and more so on other occasions i paid for a next day service! This will result in me sending the products back to where I have purchased them from causing them to lose a sale and i have done so before as they haven't arrived in time! so MyHermes you not only cause inconvenience to the purchaser but also a loss of business to the seller!

A MILLION TIMES WORSE THAN ANY OTHER PARCEL COURIER COMPANY ON THIS PLANET. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES OF ANY COMPANY ON THIS PLANET 8 WEEKS FOR A REFUND FOR A LOST Parcel and still they haven't responded to emails (15) cannot speak to anyone and they are genuinely not interested after you have paid for a service AVOID AT ALL COST I WOULD RATHER THROW MY PARCEL IN THE BIN THAN SEND IT WITH THIS COMPANY WOULD HAVE GIVEN NO STARS IF POSSIBLE THAY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THERE CUSTOMER SERVICES IT REALLY IS THE WORST YOU WILL EVER EXPERIENCE

You have given me 4 delivery dates and times, only to send me an email next day saying “there is been a slight delay with your parcel”. And your tracking “service” is just a joke. I am still waiting for it, after 6 days of being due

Tracking service says they have attempted to deliver when they definitively have not. The worst courier service I have ever experienced. Will not order any goods carried by this firm

Avoid using Hermes, there is a reason for them being the cheapest. They have the worse customer service, unable to speak to any agent on tel despite them referring to tel number for customer service which only refers you to FAQ online which does not address my query. Just view all the various reviews on various online sites for confirmation. Best to pay a little more and get the customer service one expects.

I have organised and paid for collection of a parcel for Saturday but driver never showed up. I stayed home all day, no phone or no email received from them. I have waited on Sunday as well but no news. O Monday morning I called them and they said they will try to arrange collection for that evening or Tuesday morning but nothing happened although I have been promised by Cara, customer services advisor, to call me back or send me an email. Now I am being told that they will collect next Saturday or they can cancel the order and issue a refund.

Dreadful ! DO NOT USE Tried to return an item retailer. Paid them through PayPal but got no barcode or labels. Sent 4 emails to 'support' address but got nothing back. Tried 'live chat' but it was a robot and couldn't help. Rang phone number but auto message said try live chat! So frustrated I posted a complaint on Facebook page but the post was intercepted by MyhermesRANTS. The customer service advisor then refused to help- see snapshot of conversation

Really bad service. First contact said my parcels would be delivered yesterday. This morning I got a text and an email saying they’d be here between 12 and 2pm. So on my wedding anniversary didn’t go out for lunch to wait for them. At 1:30 I thought I’d check the tracking and it said there was a delay would be here as quickly as possible. I tried calling but you can’t speak to a person, all just recorded rubbish that they charge you for! Nothing updated until 4:30pm where the tracking said it’s on it’s way. Now 9pm at night and it says the same thing but nothing has arrived. No texts or emails to apologise! Thanks Hermes will be sure to tell everyone I can about how you’ve ruined my day!
