“DRIVER TRIED TO RUN ME OVER AT CHRISTMAS WHEN HE WAS DELIVERING A PARCEL TO A NEIGHBOUR AND A ASKED HIM TO MOVE HIS CAR!! IT WAS PARKED SO A COULD NOT GET INTO MY GARAGE.TODAY I ARRAGED TO HAVE MY PARCEL SENT TO ANOTHER NEIGHBOUR. IT WAS RIPPED OPEN IT NEVER WENT TO MY NEIGHBOUR,SENT A PICTURE OF IT ON SOME SORT OF FLOOR.CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYBODY ON THE PHONE EVEN THE ROBOT HAS GONE ON STRIKE. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE”

“Worst delivery company. Delivered at wrong address. Even took a phot of the parcel at the wrong address. I was only refunded the amount of purchase not the delivery fee for the item not delivered to me”

“Absolutely appalling , they text you late pm to tell you they will be delivering between 7.30 and 9pm , cancelled my night out , they text at 8.50pm to say it will now be tomorrow , and once again usual 3pm email we will deliver between 7pm and 8.30pm , changed to 9pm ., and again 8.50pm we will now be delivering it tomorrow. Will be making sure it will not be this lot doing the delivery before I make an order , you can see Why they were bottom of the list when it came to a govt review of service levels recently .”

“Two parcels in some Hermes depot, never delivered, never explained, no response to seller other than to claim the item was delivered. Absolutely shocking. Basically lost my money. I will NEVER use a retailer that uses Hermes ever again.”

“Terrible, horrible experience, parcel eventually arrived 6 weeks later, totally impossible to speak to an advisor their automated response was useless. Will never use again, I was just so angry. One to definitely avoid until they get their act together!”

“TERRIBLE customer service, they lost a parcel and even though I've explained over and over again that it contained my belongings that I was selling to someone on Vinted they keep sending a canned response saying I need to contact the sender, they want to avoid paying me for losing my parcel. Now I've lost my belongings and the sale. Hermes is the worst. Never using them again.”

“parcel was deliverd on the 17/01/2022 at 1025am the courier did not ring my bell,but instead whent next door put parcel over there wall and took photo,did not read Email about delivery,no note put through my door from courier,read E mail 0800hrs on the following day,unable to recover parcel until 1830 that day,my parcel had been out all night,it states that parcel will be left in a safe,we live on a main road in a mid terraced house,no safe place ever mentioned very dissapointed with this service”

“My last 4 parcels from this company have all had problems! One was thrown in my garden 10.35 at night their proof of delivery confirms this- idiots! Second one was late,taped up badly, with one item damaged! Third one was out for delivery twice but has now been lost! The fourth one was out for delivery but is now saying at the depot 6 days overdue? Will no longer order from any company that uses Hermes”

“Quite possibly the WORST courier… Quite possibly the WORST courier company. I run a small business and sent 83 parcels in 2 weeks; issues with 6 - items were STOLEN (courier opened the parcel, stole most the items, resealed then delivered 23 days later than expected), parcels were damaged and others were lost. All my parcels are insured and it has been IMPOSSIBLE to claim. I have tried calling/live messaging and e-mailing for over 4 weeks now and my case has been ignored. I contacted CEO Martijn.deLange directly and his juniors Gavin Drurey & Kelly have contacted apologising but have not resolved or compensated me. I have repeatedly e-mailed them all and the last communication was over 5 days ago... I've lost quite a bit of money as a result of this and Hermes are doing nothing to resolve/compensate. Just want compensation so I can move on. THE WORST. ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS.”

“Terrible customer service hope they get shut down 4 parcels 1 after another since October just haven't been delivered disgusting!!! Clearly been pinched and the companion iv ordered with won't give me refunds because hermes aren't updating the tracking so looks like they are still in transit....should be ashamed of yourselves I'm hundreds down....scammers!!!!”

“Posted an iPhone with my Hermes tracked & signed delivery on2nd January, lost tracking information on the 9th January, only to be told on the 15th that my item “has gone missing” go figure!! My Hermes is full of corrupt crooks who are the lowest of the low! Worst part is my Hermes are arguing over giving me £20 compensation! Lol the iPhone cost me £250! DO NOT USE my Hermes for any valuable goods, I should of used DPD please don’t make the mistakes I did!”

“I am having increasingly untrustworthy, unreliable and downright dishonest service from Hermes. This afternoon we were expecting a mattress delivery as advised by Hermes. Fully observant & vigilant AND a dog who is a fully functioning alarm. I was sat 7ft from the door when I got an email from Hermes telling me I wasn't in! I would even have been aware of any vans or lorries passing the property. I can safely say no person attempted delivery here at 15.08 hrs or any other time today. I've had separate issues also this week with them. I will try to ensure I buy nothing from retailers who use Hermes from now on.”

“Bought an item from peacocks clothing store on the 24th December not received it yet. Went to peacocks store they would not give me my money back at store. Hermes have not delivered parcels to peacocks stores still in warehouse or so they say. Will not buy from peacocks again online as they use Hermes.”

“I bought dehydrator from ALDI online. They give it to myherms for two day delivery. Herms got the parcel on 6/01/22 From Thu 6 Jan until Friday 14 Jan I still not receive my parcel.”
