I sent a parcel since 11/11/2021 and till now the person hasn't received the parcel. This was a return I can't be refunded and I tracked they keep saying on the way. I ve sent complain by email nothing is done and no answer. Could anyone advise me please. The returns time is now over

Parcel due to be delivered between 1pm… Parcel due to be delivered between 1pm and 3pm, no show from courier. Updated at 6.38pm to say they had attempted delivery with a pic of parcel on someones kitchen worktop. Updated again at 6.42pm to say parcel will be delivered between 5pm and 7pm. Still havent shown up. Incompetence at its best. Get your house in order Hermes and tell your couriers not to lie blatantly about deliveries. Folk have cctv nowadays and can prove no delivery attempts have been made. I wish suppliers would state they use Hermes and i wouldnt bother ordering from them. Pathetic non service. Last delivery from Hermes just before xmas was over 3 weeks late

It's now January 3rd 2022 still waiting for Hermes to deliver my parcel which according to their tracking was going to be delivered to me on 31/12/2021. No updates can't get in touch with ANYONE, why would anyone want to use this joke of a company, i will never order anything online from a company who uses this useless company .

Parcel was picked up before Christmas 3 days after they were supposed to pick the item up and now today day is the 4th of January re and the parcel has not moved 1 bit i will never use them again very very bad service and cost you a fortune if you have to call them when they leave you on hold for a good three quarters of an hour as they say all advisors are busy obviously with all the complaints they had for the Christmas period still waiting for the parcel to be delivered and one to be delivered back to us from our sun Christmas is ruined and if the saying don't open it till Christmas he will have to wait till next year now to open that parcel hermès if I could give a -0 I would wouldn't use you again even if you are free

We have sent out 82 parcels over Christmas with this Company and 7 of them have been reported with empty content at arrival. I have been sent images for all 7 customers where the parcels have arrived torn and ripped open and no content . This is extremely worrying as the contents were Razor sharp Steak Knives, It seems the drivers have been ripping open the parcels and helping them selves to these sharp knives . Its worrying to think these knives are let loose in the public domain . i have made many attempts to report this very serious incident to Hermes and it is extremely difficult to reach them by phone , its seems everyone is using Covid 19 as any excuse to not pick up the phones . Hermes suggests we pay for signed for deliveries when it comes to knives but at the same time they are still posting them without signatures to make parcels contact less free to assure driver safety from covid . This is simply madness and as we can all see , there are endless amounts of bad reviews with Hermes , but they simply dont care , what a rubbish company they are to employ thieves and offer zero customer care.

Hermes delivery service is absymal, I don't know how this company is still allowed to run. I was expecting 2 parcels to be delivered by them both were Christmas presents and they didn't bother to deliver them then they'll send you notifications with some lame excuse. The customer service is rubbish, the so called customer service number just rings out then cuts off, noone ever answers the phone. There is no email just webchat who gives you the same information that you've already received in your notifications. I mean why are they a delivery service if they don't want to deliver parcels. It's terrible, there just causing customers distress, worry, upset and anger!

Absolutely third class courier thst should be removed from this business. Recently ordered few things online and unfortunately hermes were delivering. Most recent from joom and notified 3 times and they still can't deliver it to a selected locker. They are a bloody joke with no customer service where you could talk to some one. Just added some pictures as well.

When the hell will companies stop using Hermes as their go to courier. You can't speak to a human and nothing arrives and you get no information it's disgusting. It's not the drivers fault but I'd be embarrassed to work for such a company. They're unreal. Never seen anything like it in my life.

I’m glad I am able to review Hermes here . I have been booking returns for several packages since 20/12/21 And the dates for collecting confirmed . No collection on 3 different dates . Than I got in touch with the online retailer I purchased the items from. They arrange for collection with Hermes. Again no show no contact. A again made a 5th request again with retailer . And again no show from Hermes. I again today 3/1/22 requested for collection and was told again within the next two days . Still waiting

Appalling service. 5 parcels from different suppliers all ordered early December and not one has arrived all parcels at local depot. 2parcels allegedly being delivered never appeared. Impossible to talk to anyone and everyone of the suppliers eventually admitted Hermes had mislaid them. Hours of wasted time on the phone and waiting in for parcels to arrive-do not use this company-an utter disgrace and where are all these lost parcels????

I have had several deliveries from various companies in the last month and Hermes are the only company which dump parcels by the front gate and then claim they have been “left in an outhouse” or “left in a safe place” or “handed to customer”. However their own photos of delivery prove them to be lying as they often feature parcels sitting on top of wheelie bin!

Customer service… ? They don’t care about their customers once they have had your money. Parcel out for delivery 14th December, it’s now 31st and still no sign of it.

Delivered to wrong address (again and again). Another parcel lost. And weeks to get refund. Obvs difficult times for delivery companies, but some do pretty well - looking at you DPD. Using Hermes seems more like disposal of goods than delivery

If I could give it a 0 I would. The fact you can’t speak to a human being shows how abysmal their company is. Retailers really need to boycott this shambles service and use more reliable ones such as DPD, Parcel Force, UPS, OR ANY OTHER COMPANY. Taken my money to collect my parcel INSTANTLY, but claim I wasn’t in and subsequently couldn’t collect. Funny that because I signed for a Parcelforce parcel 3 minutes after they attempted delivery? Impossible to avoid and an absolute sh*t show.

Woeful, pathetic attempt at delivery. Picture taken, parcel only slightly damaged but loads of boot marks. Sadly, it wasn’t delivered to my house, but a shop in the high street. They manage to chase us down via Facebook and now my parcel is with me.

Worst delivery service, parcels get lost or arrive damaged. They do not compensate on a long list of items! Very bad customer service as you can’t speak to a person, only a digital assistant which is useless. Will not use them again. Not recommended!

Appalling company, no idea how they are still in business. Ordered two parcels just before Christmas from different companies who for some bizarre reason trust Hermes - one was put at the bottom of a dustbin (I found it by chance just after I'd covered it in old vegetables) and the other didn't arrive at all. When I phoned there was no answer. Hopeless. From now on I refuse to buy from any company that uses them for deliveries.

Very poor service from Hermes. Advised on Dec 19 that my parcel was out for delivery . Then no further update whatsoever and no larceny arrived. Very distressing as these were Xmas gifts and too late to order more . Contacted the store who basically have told me that the parcel cannot be accounted for . In other words has been stolen. By somebody who is working for Hermes. Don’t trust this company . Try to avoid using them , never had such bad service or support from any other courier service ! Dreadful
