2-3 day delivery ?If only ... With any luck they’ll get there for Christmas at this rate it will be 2020 Though. Shocking service. Don’t advertise what you can’t fulfil. Suspend all operations till you diet yourselves out.

You couldn't find a worse company! Lost/stolen packages, forged signatures, very late deliveries, broken items, impossible to get an answer from them and one of the worst customer services on the market. If you want to make sure you never see your parcel again send with Hermes!

WORST courier on this planet!!!!! On more than 1 occasion the tracking has said delivered and signed for and its the driver who has forged the signature and also said its been posted through letterbox when it hasnt 🤬 and trying to contact them is a nightmare, i order off boohoo quite a bit and they use hermes and boohoo are not easy to contact either however i have been refunded by boohoo but will never use it again in my life it’s absolutely appalling!!!!!

Ten days later & still waiting for a parcel. I don’t know how any courier firm can still be in business with how poorly run this company is. Web chat is just a robot, email gets you a standard auto response. Telephone forget it, you go through the options then they direct you to web chat. Absolutely shocking customer service. In fact customer service is non existent. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Very hitty missy...Works well for a while then all of a sudden parcels disappear..even large ones where can they possibly go...had lots of stuff lost...obviously someone has them?...It takes ages trying to get your money back and no compensation.. One item damaged in transit, buyer refused it It eventually came back to me damaged it took months to get money back but no compensation. Left with a damaged item I had to bin.....They need some competition that is affordable and reliable

Ordered goods from Habitat which haven’t arrived after 10 working days. I’ve chased and chased and Habitat have finally agreed to send a replacement. As others have said, Hermes are totally inefficient and I cannot understand why any reputable company would use them as their courier.

I have had parcels from China delivered faster than using Hermes UK to UK. Also if an item can be bent or smashed, Hermes will manage that one for you. I will not buy a product anymore if i know that Hermes are delivering it as it is just not worth the trouble.

Wouldn’t use them if last delivery service on earth! Recieved notification parcel delivered and signed for! ERR! NO ONE IN!!! When I git home hound the parcel squashed behind an outside plant pot and dipping wet due to the weather, all contents soaked too! If they have a signature for the parcel must be the drivers! Do they not know this is Fraud!!!! Do not use!

Worst delivery company ever Worst delivery company ever, I will never buy from any online store that uses them. Had lots of parcels delivered recently thankfully only 2 of them were from hermes. First parcel that was delivered from them had its time slot rescheduled then it still arrived late. The second parcel again had its time slot changed but this time THE DRIVER LIED and has obviously said he tried to deliver the parcel, (Funny how no calling card was left) If he had even driven to my house he would have seen there was no way we would have missed him as we were all sitting in the front room and it was easy to see inside plus, we were 2 feet away from the front door. To make matter worse it appears that hermes are not interested in speaking directly with customers, I have tried calling them but when I selected option 1 and put in my tracking number it said this service is experiencing problems and just cut me off, strange how it was also experiencing problems the other day I tried :(. When selecting option 2 which is for general inquiries you get through to a robot that spiels out some verbal diarrhea about looking on their website and again you are then cut off so there is NO way to actually speak to a person. DPD and even royal mail are far superior, I will be informing the shop that I wont be purchasing again if hermes are the delivery agent. Here is some text from their website which is obviously a lie: When can I speak to you? Our friendly Customer Service Team are here 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday. *delivery services are dependent on where you've ordered your parcel from Just try calling them and you will see what I mean.

Hermes have yet to send me any tracking details for the parcel which has been sent to replace the one which was stolen at their Hub. I had to email the seller for the details. It has been "on its way" now for 3 days - the length of time it took for a parcel to arrive from Germany with a professional courier.

Terrible service. Is better to state that parcel takes 7 to 10 days rather than misleading 2 to 3 days on your website. Parcel sent since monday is still in transit. Going back to Royal mail in the future.

They allege to have delivered my parcel and have a ‘signature’. Complete lies. I was at work Amy my house was empty. Driver is lying! I am furious and have reported to John Lewis and will be pursuing with police!

I wrote a review 7 days ago regarding 2… I wrote a review 7 days ago regarding 2 parcels that Hermes stated had been delivered when in actual fact they had not. We even contacted the CEO of Hermes who instigated an investigation and they confirmed their courier's GPS showed that they had made no deliveries in the vicinity of our house. We also have CCTV footage covering our whole property showing no delivery was made. Well 7 days later we have ordered something from Debenhams and they use Hermes to deliver and yet again no delivery has taken place and a signature has been forged. REMEMBER Hermes we have CCTV footage so maybe now it is time to report this to the police as your drivers are stealing customers parcels and you are doing nothing to stop them!!! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE HERMES, PICK YOUR ITEMS UP IN STORE TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY. In the last 7 days we now have 4 parcels that have been delivered by Hermes and signatures forged!!!

Parcels don't arrive.Tracking not updated.Parcels get lost.Hermes service has got really bad in last year.Once were a company worth dealing with.I plan on changing to another couriervservice.Maybe they are all rubbish now?

They claim to have delivered a parcel at 23:47 but didn’t want to leave it.. I’m supposed to check for a card left.. guess what.. no card... checked CCTV.. no sign of any van or delivery person.. and now the parcel is lost.. biggest pack of charlatans out there.. Parcel 2 supposedly delivered on same day.. guess what.. nothing.. not even a delivery card.. and still out for delivery (2 days later)

Repeatedly lost items. Claim they were signed with a squiggly line as a signature. Then having "delivered" (ie not delivered, but advised they had), proceeded the next day to say it was out for delivery again. But lo and behold, this time with the message "you need to take action" refer to FAQ. But no FAQ, and phone and live chat (robot chat) is no help. I will no longer use retailers that use Hermes.

They had my item as delivered and signed for three days before it actually arrived they are useless,and I've heard nothing but bad reviews about them wouldn't touch them with a ten foot barge pole.
