Would give this company MINUS -5 stars. Whenever I hear my parcel is going to be delivered by Hermes I know I will never see it! 3 Companies are delivering via Hermes over a week ago and not one of those packages has reached me. How are they still in business. Appalling service and you can't even speak to them by phone! Disgusting that they can get away with such awful service

Been waiting 3 days for a delivery thats been with them saying there processing it for me love to know how it takes 3 days to process my order a monthly sibscription bkx which is supposed to come on the 5th of every month and they cant even deliver it on time it still says now there processing it this company are so slow its unreal wish the xompany i have my subscription box off did it through DPD atleast then id actually get my order...

If I could leave a minus score then I would. Days have passed and still no parcels. No way of contacting customer service as even the live chat is automated. Not only will I never use hermes again but I will also never use any retailer that uses them. Suppose its to be expected when at this time of year they flood the warehouse with non English speaking Albanians and Polish workers who don't know they will again soon be out of work.

First parcel was stolen. The sender, good as his word, sent another one but has unfortunately used Hermes again! Tracking states it has entered the Hermes network and I'm prepared to run a book to bet that's where it stays.

Extremely poor service , bunch of useless people ...returned my parcel without contacting me ...never use online shopping if they delivering through Hermes!

Absolute waste of time. If I could give a score of 0 I would. Lie about the parcel status on their tracking, always late with deliveries, change tracking details to suit them (I have saved screenshots evidencing this) We heard that 2 couriers quit half way through their rounds in our locality due to the treatment they got We now tell online sellers that if they insist on using this company for their deliveries we won’t be ordering from them.

Have used Hermes a few times indirectly through retailers (would never willingly choose them over any other postal service, i'd rather walk with a parcel across land and sea than leave it to hermes to either lose or misplace) Parcels are always late, often undelivered and or returned to sender. Their website is set up so that you can't directly contact anyone and the same can be said for their automated phone system. Zero accountability and just a generally awful service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone in any circumstance.

It is impossible to contact anybody at Hermes after they posted a delivery note through our door. The barcode number doesn't work on the website, you try calling and they put the phone down on you and send you to their website. Staggering incompetence in 2019. No Live Chat, nothing. How retailers still use these people.

Surely I'm not the only one who panics once I find out the courier is Hermes. 2 day service, now day 4 and still no further than "it's on its way".

What a joke. I have been since Monday, and today it's Friday, waiting for my delivery. I had bad experiences in the past with them and promised myself that I won't ever buy something else from someone who uses them. And well, Next didn't specify that they do. My week has been basically being home, calling, chatting, texting Next, being promised next day will be the day. Also talking with Hermes via chat, by the way useless as they don't give you any solution and they tell you basically the same you already know. I wonder if they work by giving the driver, let's say, thousand parcels and let him just deliver the ones he has time and take back the rest. I mean, if this is like that, could they give priority the following day to the ones that weren't delivered the previous day? Well, apparently not. Disgusting. Let's the 5th day of my adventure begin.

Hermes lied and said that they had tried to deliver my parcel from Amazon 4 days in a row. I am a stay at home Mum who never leaves the house. At first they said they couldn't get to my front door?? Then I got an email saying that delivery was attempted but no reply. This sending/delivery service is a God dam Joke! Please people, don't waste your time or money!!!!

Doesn't reply emails, cannot call them either since all their response are preset and automated. Slow delivery, was waiting at home but never saw them around despite there being a delivery attempt. Third delivery attempt was delayed. Never use this company ever. Not trustable and inefficient.

They stolen 2 of my parcel just a last few weeks. I sold both on ebay both Ted Baker suitcase. All together 260£ They came to collect it gone tonde depot and from there never ever entered the buyer house and they never returned to me back either. I contacted the" customer service " million times and a lady with a horrible attitude from the claim team she said to me they can't give me more then 20£ compensation because I haven't insured my parcel and she put down the phone on me . Absolutely poor and unacceptable customer service and company. They legally stolen your stuff and they get on with it how is that possible???? Be careful do NOT TRUST THIS UNETHICAL company.

Despite changing my delivery preferences and asking for my parcel to be left in my reception stair well the delivery driver chose not to leave my parcel. I then tried to go into change my actual delivery date which there is no option to do. Poor service with no choice or control over when customers receive their goods and if they attempt a 3rd delivery and no one is home the goods just get sent back to the seller. Really bad and frustrating service so much so if I had known Hermes were the courier I would avoid buying goods from the retailer.

Absolutely disgusting service , they say I wasn’t in on two occasions and I was both times as I work from home, first delivery got damaged and I’m still awaiting the second one. Can’t believe Amazon use these people , you can’t get in touch with amazon or Hermes its an absolute sham. Amazon if you don’t do anything about this you are going to loose a lot of custom , this has happened on numerous occasions It’s disgusting.

Never delivered on time, usually days after, with multiple reschedules during the day which aren't correct. Can't ever speak to an actual human for help. Struggle to follow basic requests. There's no options to add custom delivery messages (which I need to) as they only let you choose a limited amount of options - none of which were suitable for my situation.

I have never had a Hermes delivery arrive on time, undamaged and with any courtesy. It's 3.25pm now, I've been waiting for my package (scheduled between 11am and 3pm) all day and to my utter (non) surprise it isn't here. I dare wager I'll get a message later today telling me I wasn't in, when unbeknown to them I work from home, in an office that looks out onto the road. If you want to complain, where do you go? there's no facility on the site, Amazon are not interested, they say go to the delivery company. It's all a sad reflection on what passes for 'service' these days.
