If I could give No stars I would. This is really the worst delivery company in the UK. I am surprised that ASOS continue to use them when they never deliver on time even though its meant to be next day delivery. I had a delivery due on Friday that contained christmas presents for my family and it has still not been delivered and now I am concerned I wpn't have it for Christmas. I just spent hours trying to talk to someone who cannot give me a contact number for the hub as "they dont have one". A lot of nonsense. Companies really need to stop using Hermes as a delivery company.

If I could rate this delivery service no stars, I would. Absolutely appalling customer service and the couriers and online advisors might as well not go to work. I waited 55mins to speak to an online advisor and once connected the advisor closed the chat straight away. Deliveries are never on time and just an over all disgrace of a company.

Absolute sham my parcel was 3 days out for delivery and then it has been delivered to someone else goodness knows where so thanks alot Hermes my kids now don't have their Christmas Eve presents as someone else has them. I phoned and gave my number for courier to call when near and also extra address details and you still fudged it up. If you want your package forget it. Customer service is a waste of time as the chat bot decides whether or not to connect you. Appalling service. Now I have to battle to either get my items or a refund. Avoid Hermes couriers if you can

This is the worst delivery courier in the UK. I was waiting for my orders (from 2 separate companies) to be delivered on 22/12/19 (paid for next day delivery). The tracking states 'It's with us', but no further update until now (23/12). I understand this is a busy period and would accept the delay, but to lie about the delivery update is something else...!!!The courier contacted me on 1 of the orders on 23/12 and stated they attempted to deliver, but they did not want to leave the parcel unattended (there was no requirement for a signature!). This is nonsense, as I was in all day waiting for a delivery, there was no update on the tracking (none until now) and no calling card! So when did you actually attempt to deliver when other times you are more than happy to throw the parcel in a bin or on a wet grass when not in. Why lie?!

What went wrong ? Every thing.. this must be the most cowboy delivery service in the world.. I've had nothing but false dawns, from there lying fictitious tracking number to them saying it was delivered on 21st December at 13.00hrs absolutely lies as played back cctv not a Christian past the door.. AVOID THIS OUTFIT AT ALL TIMES !!

Sent a return parcel on 27 November 2019 via Hermes local collection point. Receipt Acknowledged on same day that return was on its way with courier. Still with the courier 23rd December 2019 nearly 4 weeks later.Still awaiting delivery. Diabolical service. Avoid at all costs.

Had an email from Hermes saying parcel was delivered at 21.28 on Sunday. I read the email at 21.30 so went to check the front door and the back porch for the parcel - nothing. Hermes customer service number just keeps referring me back to the website and their digital assistant is just as useless. Currently on hold with Kurt Geiger (21 minutes so far).

I gave one star because zero was not an option. Two different deliveries just left in front of my door which is a few feet from the street. I could of added a safe place if they had sent me an email but it turned up after the delivery. Currently waiting for another parcel, I have a 4 hour slot for delivery but that was two days ago. No way to contact anyone at this company. They must be really cheap as there can be no other reason to use them.

Paid for next day delivery and got a message from Hermes to say there was a problem but would get my parcel on the move again in the next 24hours, 6 days I have been waiting for my parcel with no further updates, impossible to speak to any Human at Hermes, total disgrace of a company, reading reviews no idea why this company is still operating, hopefully they will put out of business, consumers deserve better

3 delivery attempts failed all 3 times I was home no card left by the delivery driver because nobody actually attempted delivery. My parcel was then sent back to where I had ordered from I just hope that I don’t have to use Hermes again EVER!

I always have a feeling of dread when I see that hermes is involved. The latest has a message from there tracking system that says "There was an issue whilst your package was in transit" and then it hasn't moved in a week from their original depot. It's probably a euphemism for lost or more likely damaged,. Only one in the last 5 transactions involving Hermes has been without issues. DPD is streets ahead

Hermes courier fraudulently signed for my parcel and said it was delivered when it wasn't! The signature given is not mine this is illegal!

Did not receive the dolls house That was ordered for my granddaughter this Christmas it was her main present said they had left it in porch.Do not have porch to leave it in also was at home when it was supposed to have been delivered.Customer service is bad.Will not get refund off company we bought it from till Hermes has investigated.I suggest the company read the reviews on here.My granddaughter will not be getting her dolls house because studio are now out of stock and we haven’t the money to buy again.Who does that at Christmas.Disgusted

Two parcels, containing Christmas presents, lost. Previously parcel sent, not delivered and left on my doorstep without a word of explanation. Hermes are UNCONTACTABLE. Waited 55 min on friendly chatline to get message "your chat has been terminated". Before you leave a parcel with Hermes be certain that you are not bothered if it never arrives.

I paid for next day delivery... without realising the courier was Hermes. True to form I have waited in all day and nothing has been delivered. I haven't heard a good word about Hermes and this is the second occasion in as many weeks they have failed to deliver.

Appalling company. Delivery signature faked and FatFace parcel left outside. No one buzzed or knocked the door. The fortnight before, Hermes failed to pick up a return collection for 7 working days running (despite Amazon repeatedly arranging it). Impossible to talk to anyone at the company. Their automated telephone number tells you to use live chat or email. Live chat is an automated bot that states the same scripted messages over and over. The email address listed online bounced back as it was no longer in use. I would give this company zero stars if I could.

Worst courier ever. I distinctly avoid using and company that opts to use them for delivery. Every single time they don’t deliver, despite me PAYING FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY! no apology, no reason why it wasn’t delivered, just generic message that there’s been a problem with the order! Also, they charge to deliver to a local shop. I work in the week so pay for weekend delivery, if they fail to make that delivery without any good reason then the very least they should offer is to drop the parcel to a local shop, free of charge, so that I can go out of my way to collect it during the week. There have been many occasions where I’ve waited in all day and have not had my parcel delivered. I’d say over 9 out of 10 times. It’s mentioned, I now avoid using companies who opt to use Hermes, and accidentally made the mistake for an order supposedly being delivered today... it hasn’t turned up... shock. Avoid Hermes at all costs and hopefully they will go bust through lack Of custom.

I’ve cancelled my simply be account soley because of your delivery service. If I ask for home delivery I’m always home. The parcel isn’t delivered but I get an email saying they missed me. Lies! I change and order the parcel to my work address which is open from 8.30am until 8pm. Email always says they will deliver between 7pm and 9pm. TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS! Needless to say I dont get my parcel. I had to wait a week and a half to finally get my parcel at work! Today I’m home and wanted to order a few extras fir Christmas. It’s 22nd December and I’m home. Delivery email states 3pm until 5pm. I call simply be at 5pm-as there’s no way to speak to anyone at Hermes-they call Hermes. Apparently there was a ‘major incident’ in Erith and they couldn’t deliver! A major incident that the internet and local bus company knows nothing about as the main road the courier would need to drive down to get to my house still has buses running along it! So-because of your company Simply Be loses me as a customer. I will never knowingly use you so you lose a customer. I put an honest review on trustpilot which I sincerely hope loses you more customers! They could have delivered the parcel to the local pick up point which is Londis at Alford Road Erith. I could have got off the bus after work tomorrow-admittedly a pain which is why I didn’t do it-but it’s all too much trouble. I’ve told Simply Be to get the courier to return the parcel to them. Credit my account and then close it. I will take my money and have to go shopping to replace the items I’d ordered. Sort your lying couriers out Hermes! The estate I live on isn’t well signposted and people hate delivering here but you know what? I’m a customer and I pay money and the signage isn’t my fault. If they’d just called me I could have given directions or come outside to meet the courier. This is a lose lose situation. But you need to sort this out. Good service gets you a few compliments. Bad service? People tell EVERYONE!! And after all these problems that’s exactly what I’ll do! Merry Christmas Hermes you’ve increased ASDA and Marks and Spencer’s profits cos that’s where I’ll be taking my money to replace the goods I ordered that your courier COULDNT BR BOTHERED TO DELIVER!!!!!!!!
