I want to leave minus stars....My parcel has had a slight delay and will be on the move within 24 hrs for 5 DAYS! Can't speak to anyone to find out why and Claire's Accessories are just as bad for using them and being unable to help resolve issues! Worst customer service ever! Everyone should just stop using them and put them out of business.

Wouldnt even give 1 star I ordered trainers from sports direct paid for next day delivery £7.99 and still not received them tracked the courier said parcel be with me between 1300 to 1500 hours and at 13.34 said unable to deliver no one knocked as I was in and same today tracked it said deliver today between 1200 and 1400 and got to 13.29 and said unable to deliver why is this I cant contact anyone everytime I speak to that bot saying tracking number and postcode dont match i rang them and had to say tracking number all it said was unable to deliver I'm starting to think my parcel which was trainers cost of £70 has been stolen what can i do

Worst company ever. Unfortunately every time I buy something online and afterwards I get the email saying that Hermes will deliver my parcel I already know I will never receive the item. They lost 2 of my parcels weeks ago and they never find my address. They keep saying they tried to deliver it but that never happens. I think they just do not know where to park near my place so that they can say 'they have tried' when they really did not. The robot doesn't help at all and the fact that you can't really receive assistance from them it is extremely frustrating

The worst courier company that can ever exist on the planet. Very unreliable and unorganised company with poor to no customer service as they do not engage with the customers they have automatic replies and robots to answer queries. Disgusted by them, would never ever recommend. 4 or 5 times either sent me an email that they attempted to deliver when I was at home expecting the package, so they never came, package lost in transit, one attempt then they never tried to redeliver or they couldn’t find the right address. It’s absolutely ridiculous that is why I am leaving reviews everywhere and feedbacks to all companies that I purchase from to find other couriers.

This is the worst delivery company I have ever had dealings with, only had two delivery’s from this company both never delivered when they said they had showed me a map of our street saying this is proof , when trying to get through to customer service a robotic voice reply with a set answer , Talking Robotic voice is not customer service it’s a cop out, and reading all the other comments on here it sounds like somebody at Hermes is stealing our parcels ? Will never buy anything on line again that are using Hermes for delivery, they are crooks

Terrible company to deal with. i am unable to actually notify them that my parcel was not delivered because the courier has stated he has left my item with a neighbour. There was no card through the door, and I do not know where the parcel was left, but certainly not with me. The chatbot help system is a waste if time, and phoning them was frustrating too. DO NOT USE My Hermes!

Terrible and if i knew that Hermes was going to the company delivering the parcel then I would of had second thoughts before I ordered it. I received an email from them saying my parcel was at the local depot and on its way to you then 3hrs later it said there was a delay and they hoped to get it moving within 24hrs. Parcel was never delivered.....

To all off you who've had a bad experience with Hermes UK. If you bought something online, then your contract is with the seller .. ie M&S, Next or others. They will refund you .. then hopefully these companies will stop using them. If using M&S, write to the CEO .. which is Steve Rowe.

I've used Hermes twice and neither time had my parcel reached its destination. First time took 2 months to make its way back to me and no refund for not delivering and this time still waiting a month later to know it's whereabouts... I will NEVER give Hermes another chance. Poor service all round.

I sent a package through Hermes in January 2021. All the the Xmas presents for my nieces & nephews nearly £200 worth of presents from Surrey to Birmingham in a black bag. They last scanned it at their Rugby depot. It's still not delivered, only responded to my initial mail and are always rude on the phone. They could not care at all as I did not insure the bag. This is a package of clothing & shoes so definitely not lost. I could not with my family due to covid 19 and we are in March and they just decided to declare the items lost. Its the worst company I have ever experienced in my life.

An email alert after a missed delivery asked me to contact my local Post Office. My local Post Office don't understand why Hermes asked me to contact them. The Link to the tracking information is far from customer friendly. Too many unrelated options, pop ups and screens. The local couriers lack normal social skills and seem not to give a damn. In future, I will not be buying anything online that is given to this courier.

My delivery turned into a false!! And customer services, when I finally did reach them on email (don't bother trying to call I think the line is fictitious!) then closed down my raised query and wrote in the details of another parcel!! Still seeking some resolution after nearly two months !

Fake delivery !! i can only assume that the mailman just decided to go home at some point so took a picture of my parcel in front of his own house and marked it as delivered! There no way I can get through their customer service and i have spend hours walking around the neighbourhood trying to guess the door in the picture.

top using HERMES! Stop using them! They shouldn’t be able to exercise. Hermes is a fraud, a disgrace of a company. They will even lie about deliveries by posing fake delivery pictures and good luck with the customer service that basically does not exist! There is a reason everyone is unanimous but they don’t care so just stop paying for them

Paid next day delivery. Was received by Hermes on time and this is the fourth day of receiving an email saying it is with my local friendly courier to be delivered with a two hour time window. Only to receive another message every day to say there has been a delay. I live 1 mile down a country road which is easily accessible, but I feel the courier can’t be bothered driving down just to my house. I never had a problem before Christmas but they must have a new driver. This is the fifth parcel in a row that has been delayed. All other companies and supermarkets deliver to me on time. There is no customer service help available. Shocking. I advise companies not to use as now, before I buy online, I will be checking who they use to deliver their parcels.

I even downloaded their app to ensure my parcel arrived at my home & left specific instructions to call me on arrival so that I could open the electronic gates to allow access for delivery. They totally ignored this request & have left my parcel at a neighbour's. Waste of space & certainly win the prize for most useless delivery service in existence. I shall check in future prior to ordering goods & will not use a company who employ Hermes to deliver

Delivery people are rude and careless, just drop parcels on your feet as soon as you open the door without saying a word. Few times I wasn’t at home to collect the parcels, they just leave them anywhere around the property, take a picture and you have to search for it. They left our parcels on top of the gates of our neighbouring property, which is empty at the moment, parcels drop down and we are unable to collect them. Customer service is completely careless for explained situation. Someone is just sitting there to reply to your query, without even trying to understand, rectify or avoid same mistake in the future.
