I've tried and tried to get hold of a human to talk to, it's virtually impossible, I want my parcel delivered , there's no other option to have it left outside my front door 😠

Hermes are worse than useless!! My parcel šŸ“¦ was dispatched on Monday 15th March the shop has paid for a 48 hour service!! It’s now Friday 19th and no sign of my parcel. Still waiting for Hermes collection driver according to the Hermes update. You can’t even speak to a human because all you get is stupid automated machine. These are by far the worst parcel couriers going. Avoid like the plaque!! Now I’ve got the hassle of trying to get my money back or locating my goods. Hermes you really need to get a grip of yourself complete jokers waste of time your about as much use as a chocolate šŸ”„ guard clowns 🤔 😔😔😔😔

Twice they have not delivered my parcel,they have all vanished into thin airr .avoid by all means customer service even worse.

They've lied to me twice about trying to deliver to my customers claiming they were out (when they were in). They left a delicate "signed for" package on a customers doorstep in the rain without knocking or ringing the bell. They are impossible to contact - their "chat" is a dumb bot - no one is actually there. Pay a few pence more and use a reputable courier - especially if your business relies on meeting delivery promises.

Returned item using this company on the 12/03/21 it's now gone missing halfway through it's journey back to retailer, the tracking has stopped halfway through the journey WHY ! I have the feeling this package been stolen (COURIER)

If it is breakable they will brake it no matter how well you protect the item. Loose as many as they deliver. Takes forever to get a response off them (even the CEO does not answer) Even after they admit they lost parcels I still have to wait 28 days for my money? HERMES ARE A JOKE AVOIDE DO NOT USE. WORST COURIER COMPANEY EVER.

Had a delivery today. Opened the door to a nice friendly courier but I was left feeling really angry as she was not wearing a mask and did not step back but instead proceeded to put the parcel in my hall without giving me chance to step back. As I had received an email saying the courier would step back I was not wearing a mask myself. We were virtually about six inches away from each other. I have been receiving weekly emails from my local councillor to inform me that the rate per thousand people in my area is very high. Is it no wonder when companies do not train their delivery people to be extra vigilant about customer's safety. The couriers are going from door to door speaking to their customers and could so easily be transmitting the virus. Next time I have an Amos/Hermes delivery I shall have my camera ready too and will take a close up picture of the courier with their foot in my hall and wearing no mask! Shame I have had to send this review as she seemed such a nice girl. I blame the company for a misleading message in the email and not training people properly.

The incompetent delivery company out there . Delivered my package elsewhere. No other company has ever failed . This is twice now with hermes. A lot more training the drivers needed . And p45 s given out . Waste of time.

Hermes tried to deliver on a Saturday to Business Premises of M-F 9-5 Business. During COVID lockdown as so many people are working from home there is no option to change delivery address to home where, as per government directive, employees have to working remotely from home. Hermes - you are not keeping abreast with current affairs. - This is a poor reflection on your customer service. - Get your web-site sorted - and employ people on your live chat not an auto-bot. In fact just employ people and with savvy. Stop sending customers round in circles with your hyperlinks etc.

Another item ā€˜missing’ from the depot. Aggressive and unhelpful staff deliberately giving you the run around and not helping you find the item. Today I was told ā€˜there is absolutely no chance your item will ever turn up you’re wasting your time’ I’m now in the claims process which also seems deliberately off putting. 0/10 for everything especially customer service

Please teach your drivers to knock in a polite manner like every other delivery company manages. The noise that I can only describe as ā€˜booting the door’ is rude and unprofessional. Knock or use the bell - it’s very simple. Maybe add a ā€˜manners’ section into the basic training too. Absolutely mortified with the service received today. I hate to think of the fright the delivery driver caused elderly customers.

Parcel sent with the 48 hours delivery option, and 4 days later it still hasn't arrived at its location. Not the first time this company has been late with a delivery, the majority of parcels sent or received through this company have been late.

Next day delivery service is a joke Can’t speak to a human to get it resolved The reply 2 days later just says ā€œquery resolvedā€ and that parcel will take another 72 hours to be delivered. Query is very much not resolved . No use when Mother’s Day is today! No offer of refund. Terrible service will never use again

Last two consignments reported as delivered, but not delivered, as confirmed by CCTV (tracking for one actually showed, 'Not delivered, parcel damaged'). Previous parcels routinely had been slit open so contents could be examined by Hermes staff or courier (Maidstone area, but I've had similar reports from Nottingham). I cannot understand how this dreadful company's malpractice is not the subject of Trading Standards and Police prosecutions.
