Worst delivery service ever! 2 time slots given, no show on both occasions! Try to call the company, only offer an email or live chat option ?? Companies who use them should seriously use another courier service, they are totally unreliable!

Such a terrible Delivery company, never deliver even close to on time if at all. Lost parcels, absolute joke of a company.

Incredibly terrible service. States 3-5 days but we all know hermes will take over a week. The system is nearly as terrible as the drivers they use. I had a parcel marked as delivered at 22:45, it had been left in a "safe place". I did not agree to this nor state a safe place for them to leave it. After an hour of searching, no parcel was found. The next day a very aggressive driver delivered the already delivered parcel and could not understand my annoyance. I had contacted the seller and hermes. The seller was perfect, Hermes where terrible and could not answer even the simplest of questing. AVOID AT ALL COST. If your business has any respect for its self do not use this service

Had a parcel delivered while I was out left in a "safe place" which was a public alleyway a few houses down from me. Came home to find it was obviously missing, called courier who had left his number to be told he'd report it. I've never heard anything back from them.

Worst experience I've had with courier service. My parcels were collected last week from incompetent hermes courier. Still waiting , was told it hadn't been collected then told it has, still not received more than a week now. Desperately need these parcels as its for my profession. Please can you help?

I was waiting for my parcel to be deliverd, after being told a load of lies about why it had not being deliverd, I found out from the local driver that he went to deliverd it but the parcel was slit open and nothing in it so stolen, I told Hermes customer services who then said no no it's being resent at depot will received it, but after along drawn out conversation they apologised for the confusion and said they would look into it and try to find out who stole it, if they just told me the truth but instead just told me lie after lie. very disappointed in Hermes customer services. local driver great and if it wasn't for him I might of never know the truth.

Hermes are damaging businesses. If I know a company are using Hermes for deliveries I do not shop with them. They've claimed to deliver things that I've never received, faked my signature, left my package in a 'safe place' without notifying me. Days later Hermes said the parcel had been left in the garbage bin which had since been emptied. Then there's the parcel that was left in a puddle and destroyed Disgrace. They should be closed down.

A very poor experience. Not only have they not delivered my item, they managed to mislay it too. Hermes not only refused to explain, they attempted to distance themselves from all responsibility. Definitely will not use again. Absolutely the worse service ever. Not impressed at all.

I sent a parcel and it was stolen at the depot. I insured it for £300 as it was a iPad which I sold. It took a long time where it didnt move from the depot, so I started a claim which took a little while. I was told by customer services that i would receive £300 plus £15.05 postage. But all i got was how much I sold it for and postage which all went to the buyer. No good will gesture nothing. I had lots of hassle from the buyer and all my time chasing up Hermes. Don't use them.

Terrible service , they damaged my parcel and cant get hold of no one at hermes to talk too , even putting in tracking number and wont let it track says not recognised, would never send post with these cowboys again , they need to be shut down , AVOID like the PLAGUE/

Unable to speak to a human when parcel not delivered to where it was supposed to be Contact numbers and email useless Would strongly advise companies not to use this service Would give zero stars if possible

Awful. Parcel not delivered to office address during office hours for unknown reason. No communication re that, I had to find out by checking on the track item. It said you need to contact us but doesn't give contact details. Find some, phone numbers lead to a dead end and automatic hang up of call by them after saying email or live chat. 'Live chat' leads to an automated dead end cut off. Can't get through to speak to someone about their messed up delivery. Will check with orders I make in future and if they use myhermes I will order elsewhere. Worst 'customer service' I have ever come across, there isn't any, just waste your time digging around to only get cut off without being able to talk to someone. Utter rubbish. Don't deserve the one star.

If there is option for minus i would leave negative feed back. Customer service absolute 0. Speed of delivery minus ten out of 5. Wrong customer number advertised on their page. And even if you have the hassle to find the real number, you cannot speak to anyone. it is just automated. no real person to talk to. refer you back to even more useless website.

Paid for a collection from a customer and it was scanned in to the Hermes system. 28 days later and they are now denying they even picked it up. Utter lies as they have already admitted scanning it in. If you value your goods do not touch these cowboys.

My baby is in pain because Herme couldn't deliver his medication in time, it's still at the depot after a week, when it was delivered with royal mail I always got in time, one time the pharmacy use Hermes and everything goes wrong 😠. Hermes is a joke.

I've only sent 6 or 7 parcels with myHermes over the past year or so and they've managed to lost 2 of these and 1 has arrived empty. I don't understand how this is even acceptable. They don't even have a working phone number to contact, it just refers you to the live chat! Shocking service from them, just send with Royal Mail, especially if selling through eBay.

I saw the van arrive so I went out to meet it as we have dogs. Driver handed me my parcel and ran. Didn't realise until I got into the house that the bag had been cut open and half of the contents were missing. Got replacements from the seller.

Left delivery from amazon marketplace on my garden table. It rained. Product ruined. Seller will replace but I bet Hermes won’t pay anything out. How are these guys in business! Lazy drivers who don’t give a toss.

Literally the worst courier that exists. Not only delivered my parcel to the wrong address, but said that they couldn't help me with tracking it down. It's not worth the hassle
