“Always delivered on time, I always get email and text updates so I never need to track my parcel as I know where it is. The courier is always friendly and smiling, can’t fault him at all. Always happy with Hermes service.”

“I have received email/text to say my parcel has been delivered in "Porch" some one was in the house all day, and nothing has been left in the "Porch" I have contacted Hermes, and they have told me I need to contact the retailer, which they have to contact directly to Hermes.... I still haven't got my parcel, the online chat is useless!!!!!!”

“Hermes-Aptly named, because whether you get your parcel delivered or not seems to be in the lap of the gods.My Wynsors parcel was marked 'Delivered to a secure place'. In reality,the parcel was delivered not only to the WRONG property, but the WRONG property in the WRONG street.With the parcel being correctly addressed ,this was DISGRACFUL and UNFORGIVABLE.Were it not for the decency and honesty, of the occupier of that property, my goods could have been lost to me.Shame on the apparently totally dyslexic courier.”

“I really have not seen a delivery company this bad, awful service, my delivery has been reschedule 3 times, had to try million times to get their online chat service to response to me. DO NOT USE myHermes unless you want to suffer.”
