If I could, I would grade MyHermes with a negative rating. We have had three parcels that were entrusted to this shambolic company go astray over the last few weeks. On each occasion we have received tracking information, culminating in a text message to say the parcels have been delivered; and on each occasion, there has been someone in the house at the notified time of delivery (On one occasion I was actually working on the front driveway at the alleged time of delivery). Two of these parcels were subsequently brought to us by neighbours, albeit one of them was not a particularly close neighbour; the third parcel remains somewhere but not here. On raising the matter with MyHermes' online chat helpers, I have simply been referred to the supplier, who on all three occasions has been able to add nothing to what I already knew; that MyHermes has reported that delivery has been made. It seems that the only solutions available are to either seek a refund, which we did not want to do, or ask for another item to be sent to us (Presumably entrusting it yet again to the lottery of the MyHermes delivery system). In either event, it would seem to me that there is a mountain of merchandise being 'lost' by this incompetent company and I presume that the costs of these 'loses' are met by suppliers the only way they can; by passing them on to customers. What suppliers should (must) understand, is that the performance of any organisation that they subcontract to deliver merchandise on their behalf will reflect on their own reputation. The frustration of a customer trying to track down parcels which MyHermes claim to have delivered, added to the misery of trying to engage with scripted and utterly unhelpful help-desk staff, might rightly be directed towards any supplier who continues to use such any company that has amassed such an abysmal review profile. I now think twice about ordering from those suppliers who have previously dispatched items to me using MyHermes. In future I will use the special instructions box on any online order form to insist that suppliers do NOT use MyHermes.

Back in the beginning of December I ordered a pair of trousers from Charles Tyrwhitts. I had a txt from them and an email from MyHermes the following day to say order had been despatched and on its way. On the morning of the 7th Dec I had a message from MyHermes to say my parcel would be delivered that day and that could track it. I did track it right up until 8pm that evening, at 8:15pm it said my parcel had been delivered and left in porch. This was utter rubbish, not only did I not have my parcel, I don’t have a porch. The following morning I rang Charles Tyrwhitts customer service dept and explained. They were pretty quick getting back to me after they’d contacted MyHermes to say the driver had delivered to The wrong address and that he was picking my parcel up and bringing it to me. Either MyHermes lied to CT or the driver lied. When my parcel did finally arrive that day I asked the driver what he was playing at, he told he’d left it in a porch at an address that I knew, they to don’t have a porch, more lies. He then tried to deliver someone else’s parcel to me. The driver was either stupid, not bothered or couldn’t read. This company just doesn’t care. I have asked CT to use another delivery company when I place an order with them again; which they’ve agreed to. Avoid MyHermes like the plague it’s not worth all the stress.

I ordered a parcel from Debenhams and paid for named day delivery. I needed the item by 22/12 as it was a top that I'd wanted to wear for a Christmas party on 23rd. I received an email from Hermes on the 22nd to say my parcel had been successfully delivered at 11.50 and that the customer had signed for the package. This was utter rubbish as I had waited in all day and no parcel had arrived at my door and nobody in my house had signed for any parcel. The only way to contact Hermes was via a 'live chat' which was a waste of time. They advised me to contact the retailer which I have now done and will have to wait a further 72 hours for them to contact me. As far as I am concerned the fault lies with the delivery service. I have paid for an item which I have not received. Somebody somewhere has my item and has signed for it, despite it being addressed to me.

Absolutely rubbish!!! The driver did not come and pick up parcel on 22nd Dec, 2nd time it happens to me with this company, so I contacted them on their online chat to cancel the collection and turn my order into a "drop off", but the online chat agent was insisting to make me rebook for next day (probably the only thing she could do with her software!). I said no because I promised my customer that his parcel will be dispatched on 22nd so I explain, once again, that I need this order to be transformed into a drop off. After going on and on for several minutes asking me if I am OK rebooking for the 23rd, and making me feel more and more impatient, she finally wrote: "Ok it's done, it's cancelled and you can now drop off the parcel". So I went out at night, after having waited all day for the driver to come and collect, and dropped off parcel at the 24/7 garage. Next day, 23rd, I come back home, and you know what ? I find a paper in my letter box saying that the driver has tried to collect my parcel and will be back on 27th!! I contact MyHermes again on their chat, and ask them to cancel -at last !-this collection, so the driver does not waste time coming back on 27th, but the agent does not understand anything at all, and keeps telling me (3 times!) that the parcel it's on its way and will be delivered soon to my door and to contact the seller if there is a delivery problem, although I AM the seller!! So I explain that I am the seller... and you know what? The chat agent repeats, once again, that I must contact the seller and then disconnects from the chat, leaving me with an unresolved problem!! Can't believe it !!! Thank God the agent didn't have the nerve to say "Happy Christmas" before disconnecting... I will NEVER use MyHermes again.

Due a parcel to be delivered yesterday as it was getting late checked my e mails to find one stating parcel had been delivered and signed for at 5.06 a down right pack of lies contacted Hermes got web chat waste of time anyway my courier cametoday with another parcel and also the missing one she is fantastic so I knew it wasn’t her that had lied about delivery she had had some time off and guess what the field manager had taken over the roles here should be reversed why did he lie and cause me all the hassle that he didten out of ten to my usual courier who has never let me down please keep him in the background as that is where he should be

I wish I could say good things but after sending hundreds and hundreds of parcels with these guys this year, but every couple weeks at the least i'm having to inquire about my parcels being left when i pay extra for signature delivery, drivers signing parcels themselves, them completely losing parcels and having to go through compensation or drivers stating restricted access to customers property when its a normal house with an open drive and a working door bell. Its a shame their such a bad service. I'm going to have to go elsewhere in the New year to keep my sanity.

MyHermes is the worst courier service. I had 3 deliveries with MyHermes recently. All of them were troublesome. First parcel: 13/12/2017 - Parcel received by MyHermes 18/12/2017 - Parcel with courier 18/12/2017 - Parcel was apparently dropped in a letter box(hell no! it's too big to fit in there). I contacted MyHermes, they told me it will be redelivered next day as it's "a mistake". 19/12/2017 - Van broken down parcel will be delivered next day 20/12/2017 - Parcel delivered, after 3 convos on a webchat with their customer service Two other parcels: Parcels dropped off at MyHermes, sorted and everything. Today they were out for delivery I was sitting at home whole day. 15:02 status update on only one of them: "We missed you - we'll try again tomorrow, restricted access". Hard to believe that ringing a bell is considered as restricted access. Looks to me like a lazy courier who couldn't be bothered to deliver some parcels. People on web chat are helpful, but their couriers are terrible

Atrocious service from Hermes, will never use again. They caused me a week of stress trying to get it sorted out 5 different days. They were supposed to collect a parcel from my work reception on the Thursday. They never came. The following Monday I chased them up, found it was impossible to speak to a human and the people at the end of the web chats just rattled through a predetermined checklist of lies. First, they claimed someone had come to collect it but found the parcel wasn't ready. This was a lie - the receptionists are 24/7 and can prove no one came. Then they claimed i]the parcel was the wrong size - again a lie. It was their smallest category. Then I was told to cancel and rearrange. Then I was told to take it to a collection point which was too inconvenient. After demanding to speak o line with a manager, someone else came online and promised the parcel would be picked up the following day between 8am and 8pm. So `I double checked they had all the correct details and no excuse. The courier never came. I started yet another web chat the next day - it was now a week later - to go through the same infuriating checklist of lies. In the end I cancelled the collection ad went with someone else. Only then did the courier show up - but I told him to go away as I'd already arranged it with another company and would never trust Hermes to do anything right. The other service managed to deliver it without any issues the same day. What a load of infuriating rubbish Hermes are! They don't collect, they lie, you can't speak to a human, and online you have to fight endlessly to even talk online to a manager. Don't go near them if you want to stay sane!

I wanted to send Chocolates to my daughter in USA, so I got a box ready, My Hermes quoted £55 which was very reasonable. They asked what I was sending and did I want it insured, to which I agreed. The parcel was duely sent and I was given a delivery date 21st Dec. The parcel did not arrive, I spent an hour on the website being transferred all over the place before being told it was a bit late due to weather conditions and there was nothing to worry about. I checked again the day after and was told the parcel was being sent back because they dont do confectionery. Surley someone from My Hermes should have know this when I first made an enquiry.

Courier knocked on door and delivered parcel 2 days after order. Impeccable service. Was worried because last time I never received the parcel just an email saying it had been delivered. This time it was perfect.

Can i rate in negative!!!!!!!!!!!!m f****** pisssed off with their delivery system. Myhermes sucks!!!!!! Such a poor online customer service. There is no toll free number available in the vebsite. Every alternate day they update their tracking system saying that they attempt to deliver but could not do. I was at home the entire day to receive my parcel. This stupid courier service neither leaves any local number to contact so that I can let them know that I am available at home. The myhermes delivery people are bunch of stupid folks ... they never come in the morning or neither they leave any contact number to reach them. I always order online and other courier people delivers my stuffs without any hassle. This is driving me nuts now.... please deliver my order either on weekends or before 9 in the morning any day. These delivery people are lying, they never come to my door, and there is no proof that they have come as they did not leave any note in my letterbox. How can i believe that they have actually tried to attempt the delivery. I have emailed sports direct customer service and the idiots did not bother to reply!!!!!!!!! my friend is magazine editor and he is going to post everythnig soon.

Absoloutely diabolical! Delivery “attempt” four times for one parcel. I use the word attempt loosely as there clearly has been no attempt to deliver a parcel each time. What a complete joke.
