“Alway get emails telling me approximate delivery times. The couriers are alway polite and offer to put heavy or bulky packages in the hallway.”

“I get deliveries frequently and occasionally also have to send things back via the Hemrmes courier. In the years I've been using them, I've never had a parcel lost or damaged and have never had a problem which wasn't promptly solved. Couriers in general get a bad wrap, but my experience has been a positive and consistent one despite increasing pressure and time constraints on the couriers.”

“Crappy customer service, slowest delivery methods and cash on delivery charges passed to the recipient. It's not worth the hassle for the receiver - you might as well pay the extra for DHL rather than have your (expensive) time wasted by this service. DO Not USE!!!”

“extremely poor quality of service. If you see tracking of the item, it shows delivery was attempted twice but recipient informed me that she was home all the time and no one came and no card was left. Then I was informed item is lost in depot and later I was told that it is damaged in transit and will be destroyed. And now tracking status shows that that item will be returned to the sender. I have spent at least 5 hours because of this courier issue communication with hermes in emails, numerous chats and phone calls. I am quite disappointed about hermes service. Hermes has not even tried to deliver this item.”
