“They always deliver on time and our driver is always happy to see you and very polite”

“Worst company with poor useless customer service.they r thieves and steal the valuable things from parcels And never deliver the parcels as I dropped my 5 parcel off to the parcel shop but none of them been delivered and no tracking updates available.web chat persons say that they cannot do anything”

“Horrible experiences. cheating, or incompetent on several occasions claiming that they tried delivery of my parcels, while in fact I was at home, and no attempts made. returning the parcel after 2 days and not even giving you the option of collecting it. I also on one occasion saw the incompetent driver trying to deliver my parcel, that I recognised by the odd shape of it, to a somebody else few blocks away”

“I would give zero stars if it was possible. Every time I have used My Hermes I have been disappointed. Not once has my parcel has been delivered on time, even though according to the driver a delivery attempt was made it wasn't as either me or my partner was in when the attempt was supposedly made. I will not be using MyHermes again and if we buy anything online and the use MyHermes i will ask for a refund as its not worth the hassle.”

“My very heavy parcel was dumped at the end of my drive and I had to struggle to carry it to the door alone, after nearly running it over when I drove into the drive.”

“I paid for a parcel to be delivered. Dropped it off at my local drop of point. According to the tracking. It never moved. Is now "lost" . Hermes refusing to refund my postage. Hermes failed to collect the parcel and so never handled it at all. I should be refunded that postage as Hermes failed to collect it.”

“I payed for next day delivery. Was supposed to come yesterday, they said it was delayed by 24 hours. Still hasn't come today and have had no updates on hermes tracking site”

“Just had a parcel delivered by a Hermes driver who let himself into my house! When asked about what he was doing, he tells me the drivers do this all the time. Absolutely disgusted by this only for matters to be made worse that Hermes DONT have a complaints line, you have to do it via email or live chat! Poor form Hermes!”
