My Hermes should look at the sub couriers they work with . To have a return collected was really unprofessional and the driver, sorry but with no education at all. Thanks to Amazon who managed the lot.

After sending a parcel to china..... it has NEVER been delivered,... firstly claiming a delivery was attempted,... claiming no one was in,.. then changing that and saying address was incorrect so they couldn't deliver,.... and have returned to sender,.... then trying to actually talk to someone is impossible,.... standard answer is "it's being returned"..... untill it's returned we cant do anything, .. ergo, they will do nothing, almost 4 months since i posted and and still not admitting to have lost it!!... tyhis is a seriously non customer friendly organisation, stay as far away from them as possible

Oh dear, "all those who enter to use this company, should give up hope"(Devils Island) As an ex Trading Standards Officer ( retired now) for nigh on 40 years I should know bad service when I see one. Something is terribly wrong here so beware. My parcel apparently disappeared after being picked up from my house, as the only tracking details are when they had my order and when it was picked up from my home. After that is does not appear to arrive at the hub never mind start its journey. All is can say to what I have subsequently obseved is "unbelievable, uncooperative, unhelpful and to be avoided . If you can speak to a human being to compalin you will be very unusual and very lucky.They appear to lose a great many parcels from what i can see after reading many reviews and do not appear to care either with the same preprinted responses to complainants similar observations to mine.

I often get delivery of goods purchased online by Hermes Couriers. I have to say that I am very happy with the service I have received. The courier Lyn is a very pleasant and efficient employee based in Irvine Depot.

quick to take my money but never picked the item for 3 days waisted my time so i got a refund and used parcelforce who were excelent do not use hermes avoid avoid avoid frank.

On Saturday 13th January 2018 I paid for next day delivery with a time slot of 8am to 6pm. Received an email on Monday 14th January to say it was on its way, low and behold, no delivery, no human to speak to. latest tracking info says the parcel is on its way to the courier at 04:13hrs (14/01/2018). They don't give 2 hoots, no explanation or anything. I certainly won't be using these again!!!!! They don't deserve one star!

I paid for insurance. They lost my parcel. I never got any money back. Not even what i paid for the shipping. THIEVES

Everything went wrong what a poor company with no customer service skills what so ever no contact number to speak to a human broken promises from so called management I don't no how there still able to trade. Use them at your own peril. Pay the extra for dpd.tnt.FedEx. ups yodell just avoid hermes at all costs. You have been warned.

Unacceptable service and behaviour. Loose your parcels, Cant tell you where they are, can't speak to anyone in person. The company needs investigation and closing down

The WORST company I have ever had to deal with. I paid for delivery on a parcel, 4 days after it was due to arrive I finally get in contact with someone and they tell me it's too big to delivery. At the moment, I am still trying to find out where it is, no one from hermes has contacted me, and I can't get hold of them. Absolutely absurd. DO NOT USE HERMES!

Parcels left on doorstep , and saying my parcel was sign for my me and it hadn't ,I had a few parcels go missing , so if they were just left on doorstep someone has just walked off with them , and I had a parcel that was coming on Thursday then got a email to say they tried to deliver well I was in and know one came it cane the next day ,I ask the man did you come anything co yesterday know the box was to big and didn't have room in my car yesterday so I said so why did you say you tried , he just look at me . In future I'm not going to check which company will be deliving be for I purchase anything as I'm fed up with the service

They failed to collect my parcel from the parcel shop, despite the website lying and saying it had reached my local depot. After two days of this I went back to my parcel shop and picked my parcel up off their floor, came home and booked it in with UKMail, who collected the next day for less money than it cost to drop off to Herpes. Then has ensured the long battle to get my original postage back. I have been given every excuse under the sun as to why it hasn't appeared yet and about 20 minutes ago I was told I had been told 5 days ago that the refund had already been made...... basically they are calling me a liar as I have been told no such thing, and certainly not on 5th January, because at this point they still hadn't managed to cancel the parcel, in fact it's still showing active on their website and apparently it's still in their local depot, even though it's arrived safely in Cumbria with UKMail. I opened a dispute with Paypal on 8th January, so if they haven't refunded me in 10 days I will get the money back, but avoid this lying thieves at all costs.
