Terrible service, it'll take your parcel at least 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date to arrive. If not, then it doesn't arrive at all!

very similar to previous reviewers! Sent parcel out following eBay sale ; myHermes supposedly attempted 3 x ; so, it started on its way back to me - over 10 days later & i'm still waiting .It has shown as at local hub & out for delivery to me 3 x ; but gets updated overnight to just at local hub. Supposedly they didn't have my full address - untrue- but they have now been given it at least 3x .... & still I wait for my parcel...... having had bad experience of Yodel with Amazon; that has now been topped by myHermes!! yes, they are cheap... but they don't deliver !!!

Never received parcel when it was supposed to be delivered. Then told an excuse that it was late then supposedly they attempted to deliver it yet I was in all day and night . Never again will I be using Hermes they are a joke for a company . Another complaint will be put forward if I Do not receive my parcels today like it says.

Ordered a parcel to be delivered next day, come 8pm the next day i hadn't received my parcel. Used the tracking and it just says at the national sorting hub i also spoke to an agent via chat and they just said to expect my parcel the next day! If a customer pays for next day delivery then it should be made a priority to make sure it is delivered the next day!!!!

This company is a bunch of liars that do not give a damn about the customer. I am expecting a parcel since last Saturday, so it has been 5 days since I ordered it. The tracking on the website is useless, as they nicely keep modifying the times without actually doing anything about the parcel. According to the most recent update they picked up my parcel TODAY morning - even if originally they picked it up on Monday, and this was also shown on the website as such. They kept modifying it every morning, until finally today I got an email stating I will receive my parcel today. As I am working from home and I did not leave the house, I can safely say noone was near my home today. Yet - surprise surprise - I got an email stating that they tried to deliver it, but noone was home, so they left a note about it. Needless to say, no note, nothing. I contacted the company right after my email. In the end, the dear customer service personnel guaranteed to me that the parcel will tried to be redelivered today (but obviously first they told me that it is impossible - sure, as the lovely driver was not even near my home). Guess what? No parcel, and it's past their delivery time. I contacted the chat service again - yet another guy with an Indian name told me that they are terribly sorry, but they will only deliver my parcel tomorrow. Side note: this is the 3rd time this has happened to me with Hermes. Sadly, despite them being incredibly unreliable many companies still prefer to send items with them. So not only they are the most unreliable delivery company I have ever met, but they are happy to lie into your face anytime. If I can, I will avoid using them in the future at all costs. I advise you to do the same.

Purchased an item through amazon and unfortunately Hermes were the courier. My item didn’t arrive and they informed amazon the driver ran out of time and it would be delivered the following day...the next day they advised they delivered it to my receptionist the previous day! I do NOT have a receptionist, the item was not delivered! I have tried making a complaint and they do not care. Useless and lying drivers and a very unprofessional company. Shame I can’t see beforehand who the delivery company is because I’d avoid them at all costs!

I have never experienced such poor service! I have been waiting for parcels to be delivered for nearly a week. Four times it was due for delivery and four times they have changed it for another day. The company that sent it spoke to them and we're promised that it would be delivered within 24 hours on Saturday, I stayed in all day and it did not turn up. Apparently parcel too big to go in their cars, it's only 4 boxes of envelopes ! Bring them one at a time then! I did a Web chat and offered to pick them up as I think I could manage to fit them in my car lol but they wouldn't tell me where they were. They won't speak to me as I am not the sender. Discussing service. I am an Internet seller and now have no envelopes to send my orders in. THANKS HERMES!!!!!!!

What a joke this company is out of 6 parcels sent to me over 2 months not one was delivered and a number of excuses

Managed to lose 3 parcels in the one day, left no calling card and said they delivered to 'porch', I live in a flat and do not have a porch. When investigated, the courier said that he left it in the 'porch', again I HAVE NO PORCH! No evidence on where the driver left items, or if he ever actually delivered anything in the first place.

First time and without any doubt at all the last time I’ll be using Parcel2Go as a service provider and Hermes as courier service. Astonishingly terrible service from beginning to end. No attempt made to collect on the initial booked date with no communication with me to inform me they will only attempt to collect the parcel once I rebook the collection again for a different day, meant sender had to take out another full day because collection window is from 8am-8pm.Took the initiative to rebook myself, had I not, not sure how long up until they would have contacted me telling me I need to. Eventually collected both the parcels and were now supposed to be delivered by the new ‘NO LATER THAN DATE’ of the 22nd from previous 17th. Tracking information useless, no updates. Failed to meet promised NO LATER THAN date. Eventually delivered only one of my parcels on 24th. Have no idea where my other item is, no update from PARCEL2GO or HERMES. Both just as bad as each other in keeping you updated. To this day no news. Expected much more than Hermes, but know for sure won’t be using them ever again. Stay far away use another service provider/courier service.

My local Hermes courier is always friendly, polite, and careful with my parcels. They are delivered on time and usually in good condition. Full marks.

Unable to track parcels: told that tracking number not recognised. Information re delivery etc never updated. Dreadful customer service - who give the impression they have no idea what they're talking about. On- line chat even worse. Why do companies insist we use them - assume they are cheap because they are so dreadful!

Used myhermes via parcel2go for an Ebay item. My item was damaged by myhermes, They said I had to claim via parcel2go. They are a waste of time and should be reported to trading standards.

Said they had been to my house on 3 occasions to deliver a parcel but if they had they must have been invisible as I did not see them or hear them (or perhaps trialling a new concept of virtual deliveries which would of course save money). Also not surprisingly left no calling card no contact number or anyway of getting hold of them except their pointless and useless web chat, which only provides information that I already knew. No feedback from complaint email to head office and all their contact numbers are also pointless as they direct you back to the web chat (and charge you to do find out). May as well be invisible as they do not understand the concept of customer service or support. Needless to say never received my parcel which went back to seller without my knowledge. Definitely the worst firm that I have ever had the displeasure to deal with useless, inefficient and to be avoided at all costs.

Its a regular thing now that my orders get returned back before i get them delivered! Without any explanation at all! I have used various companies using that service. It has been both deliveries to parcel shop and home delivery that has failed....too many times now! Trying my best not to use anyone who use Hermes as delivery service now.

Absolute disgusting couriers. Do not use by all costs. Item was meant to be delivered to me Monday, tracking has been messed with by an advisor and the item cannot be found, they want 72 hours to reply to me and 12 days to deliver it. What a fuxxxxx joke........please do yourself a favour and read the reviews on social media and anywhere..........there a bunch of crooks.
