Absolute rubbish. Dog of a company. Have spent 100 on clothes for work and yet it now says delivered but it hasnt been delivered

The worst company you would want to be mad to deal with I waited in for a delivery 1200 to 1400 did not come then they change it 1400 to 1600 hours still did not come my time wasted staying in nightmare trying to phone them no one to talk to i will never deal with them again

Multiple problems with Hermes. Every single time I've been forced to deal with them I've had issues. The latest being that the driver has marked my good as delivered and as it seems kept it for themself. There is no customer service what so ever. No complaints procedure. Nothing. The fact this company is allowed to operate is completely bewildering! A quick glance at twitter will show you years worth of evidence. Maybe the investigations into the company by the BBC would give you second thoughts of dealing with them. This company is toxic. Don't touch it.

Multiple parcels have been delivered to my damaged and they have made it impossible to contact them and made it Cristal clear they do not care AVOID AT ALL COST

How about this one? I paid Hermes for parcel delivery and have the bank receipt but have no receipt from Hermes and no tracking number and no record on my Hermes account for anything so they took my money and I have nothing for it and the nice thing is that all I can do now is talk to their robot called Holly that is programmed to give you the runaround!

Any time I have to deal with this company there are problems, literally 100% of the time. I actually stopped buying from retailers that I know use them.

Hermes are rubbish not fit for purpose unsuitable for delivery not reliable the worst delivery service employing immigrants to work for them a disgrace To deliveries. Never ever use them or have them deliver your stuff. !!!!!!!!!

You have according to Toure track system sent it to the wrong depot then sent it back to Toure hibernian then sent it to the wrong depot again are you're staff all illiterate how can you scan it to the wrong depot again?

Do not use this company . Their Brooklands depot needs to be investigated as a matter of urgency. 2nd high value parcel arrived there and mysteriously never seen again . The tracker shows out for delivery but it was rejected due damage 4 minutes after assigned to the courier. 2 different items days apart, high value mysteriously then disappear. No further information available just the inevitable You need to wait 48hours then 7 days . Hermes we all know in this area what’s going on there when are you going to do something about it ?

I ordered a parcel to be delivered to my daughter by Hermes tunbridge wells. On the day of delivery I received a text of confirmation that the parcel had been posted through my daughters letter box. It would not have gone through a letter box due to the size of package. I contacted my daughter who said nothing had arrived. 2days later my daughters neighbour found the package thrown in the stairwell of her block of flats. There are 9 flats in her block all with entry phone buzzers. How lazy is this on the driver part. There is a lift so he wouldn't have had to walk the stairs.

Hermes drivers are self employed. Drivers work very hard to correct company problems. Often without pay. Systems are set up to make it difficult to earn minimum wage. Maintenance on vehicle, setting up laptop, printer, cartridges paper, spending longer on checking your pay. Problem solving. When all you want to do is get people's orders to quickly in perfect condition. I have been on same parcel rate since I began. Despite assurances by three different field managers of increased rate backdated and also additional payments for working in other areas to cover colleagues. Having not received any pay since 29th May 2020. My intention to build a shelter where I can sort parcels delivered by hgv to my home, before the rain came. Came to nothing as I cannot afford to be out of pocket any more. This resulted in my first shift in the rain to be a disaster, unreadable address's and barcodes unscannable. Complaints of soggy packages. Sometimes I have to repack contents. Lack of hand held terminals means added costs to us. Even the Deputy Regional Manager promised me the outstanding amount would be paid. Nothing has conspired. I looks like I need to evaluate my relationship with Hermes. I suggest you do the same?

Trying to send a parcel for 1 week, emailed twice, phoned once and every time I am given wrong dates or no one shows up, can’t even cancel for a refund as phone takes an hour to get through. Ruined a 10 year old birthday!!!!

Parcel ordered from China & has been with Hermes since 25th May. Twice out for delivery but halted due to address query. ‘Holly’ refers me to sender. Customer service number now unobtainable. Managed to find an email address & have confirmed my address twice but customer service agent referred me to sender & closed complaint as resolved. How are Hermes allowed to continue trading? Looking at the thousands of similar complaints, they appear to be keeping countless parcels whilst expecting senders to refund or re-send. Is this not theft?

This delivery company is an absolute joke! This is the third time I have ordered an item to be delivered by Hermes and never showed up. The latest is two weeks ago and I am still waiting for the time. If I knew the seller was going to deliver by Hermes I would have advices myself based on my earlier experiences with them. Save yourself the trouble as a business especially small businesses and don’t use Hermes! And for buyers avoid companies that use Hermes because your parcel with either come in a terrible shape or will never be delivered. Bunch of jokers!!

Hermes lost my Amazon package and there is no way to make them respond to me about it. I got an email saying the package had been delivered when it had not. Their website is terrible, whichever option I tried to complain the system just said the package has been delivered when it has NOT. Then I chatted with the bot and finally got an email from a person to whom I replied already a few times and in a month have not heard back.
