“Pathetic experience...Worst customer care.... We were out of station and Product was not delivered. All of a sudden received msg and order status change on the app saying that the order has been delivered. Neither call from the delivery guy.nor product delivery. #1 Logged a complaint on Myntra app, but Myntra had closed the complaint saying - Order has been delivered(this was my complaint at the very first place that I haven't received the order) #2 Called-up customer care and logged a complaint, but they closed the complaint with no intimation.saying the same sht again - "Ordered has been delivered" #3 - Third complaint - Again called-up customer care and raised the complaint. After few days, again they close the complaint with no intimation. So, called customer care - same sht again - they say that "Our logistics partner has said that they had delivered the order, hence complaint has been closed" Morons are working at Myntra and I believe Myntra dones't care about Customer. My complaint itself was - Product was not delivered.but they say that their logistics guy said it was delivered. So, Mynta just delivers product to their logistics partner.but not to the customer. Hence, they don't care about the customer. Inturn they say to get the case resolved at my end - Are they morons? Senseless team Myntra. Deleting my Myntra account”

“So bad fuckabke grand is this...never buy product from this fake roober site...this brand all customer care...delhivery boy maa ka bhosda all they don't have sense how to talk with customers...I think brand owner will be same narrow minded that's why thay all are doing behaviour with customers like this”

“Mintra used to be a platform of very excellent service…I used to give examples..But now it seems a sinking Titanic….Their return or exchange policy and untrained staff are just newly born cancer…Untrained staff who reject the product which had been delivered 9 minutes ago is bit astonishing Worst service”

“I had order for KETCH Women Grey Ethnic Motifs Printed Kurta but I received KETCH Women Pink Ethnic Motifs Printed Kurta. So I asked for exchange which was rejected. So I put another exchange which was rejected too. Finally, I went for return which was rejected saying that they have successful when through quality check, Which I am very doubtful. But however my product was picked up before it was rejected and the product was supposed to be redelivered so I could further my request for return, which still has not happened. My matter is in process for last two months.”

“I orders 22000INR items , cash deducted from my account but order not posted , regularly I am receiving lot of notifications for offers but regarding this issue no mail no sms nothing . After that I call them as per them it will take 7-10 working days for money back to account . It’s completely cheating . My friends also same experience from Myntra, this accumulation of huge money they are holding 10 days they will get more benefit . Completely cheating don’t buy anything from myntra”

“Myntra is third class app. I ordered one watch from this site and package was open. I immediately called customer care as per their advice they told me to return the product so i did. After returning the product, it was marked as delivered. I am calling daily to customer care from a month but they are not listening. They did fraud with me. My neighbour also experience this. Do not buy anything from @myntra.”

“I have not received my order, the product was missing in the bag which they had delivered.But after calling customer care so many times they are not giving me product or refund.Instead of giving my refund they have resolved my issue and has closed the same saying you have received the order.”

“The customer service is pathetic. I requested for exchange and the delivery agent came and said there is some issue I will come tomorrow to pick up exchange. Later my exchange was rejected stating that the product was used. Delivery agent had not even looked at the product. I tried to contact many times, but its always automated reply and they rejected my complaint. The size is small for me. I wasted money and time both.”

“Worst experience.. useless policies. Blocked my amount in the name of myntra credit cash for last 8 months.. trying to place order charging convenience fee.. such a disrespect towards the customers. I recommend not use this app any more. They set the policies on the organisation view. Least respect to the customers. they also have worst customer service team. If you try to reach the team for a solution they start blocking your calls this shows their inability and incompetence to provide solution”

“Very poor customer service. I received a wrong product from myntra and thee is no way return that. I raised a return request but the courier agent is not picking the product saying it is not the correct product. it is exactly the same reason why i'm returning. when I call the customer care no proper response. i'm tracking this for 2 weeks now. websie is also poor and there is no clear way to track your issue or add details. pls dont shop with myntra....”

“I had ordered a kinda studded jewellery set necklace and earrings and instead they sent me a male accessory black bracelet.When I tried to return it their return partner showed me the pic of jewellery set and said we can pick up only a jewellery set like this.”

“Pathetic online store. My was messed up by supplying wrong items. No way you can call and talk They give you slot to call you as per their own convenience and ease. They insisted for pictures of wrong items with all tags etc. There after the return pick up is done. This process takes 10 days. The refund is processed after 10 days of pick you up is done. They are no where compared to Amazon which makes return pick up within 24 hrs and refund credited the next day. Myntra is typical Desi company full of mess and idiits”

“Horrendous customer service and used products. I’ve spent lakhs on myntra and later they send me used products during covid times and when I returned it saying neither does it fit me and it looks old, they put it on the customer. Terrible customer service. They should learn from Amazon india and bigbasket with their customer service. It’s a big scam where used products are dispatched to the customer. Avoid at all costs.”
