“I am absolutely in love with the Napoleon Perdis Blush Patrol Matte! This blush drapes my cheeks and temples in a beautiful diffused flush of velvet-matte pigment that gives me just the right amount of delicate color. The formula is so smooth and velvety, it feels like a second skin on my face. I appreciate that it contains Vitamin E and Jojoba Seed Oil, which work together to condition my skin and leave it feeling silky-smooth.
