“Bhav at Tuggerah was absolutely amazing. She was both welcoming & friendly, helpful with tips & tricks & happy to take the lead when I wasn’t sure what it was I was exactly after. I loved my make up & the whole experience! Amazing!”

“Rebecca at tuggerah was fabulous! I haven't bought make-up for many years. She chose very natural colours and tones. I was so surprised with my makeover. Loved it. 20% off when I purchased the basics. I now have a wish list of more items. Very happy customer 😀”

“I'm getting married in 2 weeks, I visited Tuggerah store on Thursday night and a beautiful lady named Bhav assisted me. Although I did not purchase as I wanted to have a think, this lady spent 30 mins with me talking to me about the products I was enquiring about. Despite making it clear I wasn't going to purchase at the beginning, she still spent valuable time to talk to me about what Napoleon sells, why your products are good and even went as far as telling me her favourite ones and why. Someone really genuine, professional, helpful and just kind, happy and beautiful. I had to point out her out as she was amazing. Bhav at Tuggerah - you made my day.”

“A must see lady at Tuggerah store - Bhav. Such a kind, professional, gorgeous lady who did my makeup with no guidance from me. She was patient, educated me as she went along with the makeup and smiled all the way through. And she is a stunner! Thank you Bhav, at Tuggerah.”
