“I purchased a CLE course from NBI which amounted to about $400. The course was advertised as specific to my state. I also called NBI twice and on both occasions, representatives indicated the course was applicable to my state. To my disappointment, both of the instructors who taught the course focused on the laws and regulations in their state(s) which is of no use to me. There was no discussion whatsoever about the laws in my state, hence it remains unclear to me why NBI marketed this course as beneficial for practitioners in my state.”
