All but one paper was not prepared by the speaker or the speaker failed to provide the material in time. The speakers were o.k.

The lessons were very informative, and the speakers were highly knowledgeable of their professional topics. I learned quite a bit from just a 6 hour course.

Overall a good course. In the future I would prefer if all presenters had slides as that is what will be used by attendees once the course is over.

The program offered was very poor. Two of the three speakers presented in rambling monotone without any visual aides --their content was largely generalized opinion. The audio was very poor with one of the speakers. The video cut out continually all day.

Two of the three speakers were difficult to listen to. They were clearly experts but they were not great speakers. They had lots of verbal pauses which I found distracting. Additionally, the fact that almost none of the presentations were accompanied by visual slides made it very difficult for me to focus. I am a visual learner so not having something tangible to ground me to the presentation made this a very difficult day for me.

NBI's live streaming service works without a hitch. The presenters were excellent. The streaming service was easy to navigate. i would definitely recommend.

The presentation and written material provided for Long Term Care, etc, were excellent. The presentation of Basic Tax Concerns, not so.
