Thank you for the review, Margaret! We promise to keep providing valuable, substantive CLE courses and top-notch customer service. While we aren’t currently holding Live In-Person Seminars, we do provide state-specific CLE courses with our Live Online Seminars.

Seminars and speakers are generally good. I much prefer live, in-person seminars. Much better interaction with attendees when seminars are in person. Often, it's the interaction and attendees' comments and questions that make a seminar much better that the "good" rating I provided. If there was a rating somewhere between "acceptable" and "good," that would be my overall rating.

While we aren’t currently holding in-person seminars, our online courses do have an attendee chat feature where you can interact with other attendees throughout the program.

They deliver on quality CLEs in a variety of consumption methods. They seamlessly interface with the state bar reporting liaison. What's not to love?

My experience with NBI interviews is generally positive. However, certain presentations can be hit-or-miss. For example, I recently purchased and listened to Mediation: Start to Finish. The first two presenters were very fine and extremely helpful The final presenter was very poor, and should not be permitted to present again with NBI. It would be helpful if NBI did a better job screening potential presenters.

Long and really good professional and personal relationships with "my" NBI staff ("managers"). The work-product content is always interesting and thorough in the seminars, the materials are spectacularly well edited, the support personnel running the web-connections and the scheduling managers are competent, polite and generally just wonderful to work with. And the range of subjects offered is amazing and on-point useful. "Glad I met ya's..."

I have used NBI Webinars for years and always find them educational and impactful. The presenters are knowledgeable in their respective subject areas. I will continue to use them for my Continuing Legal Education credits.

I was stunned that a professional website would allow an attorney of all people to speak publicly in a room filled with his laundry and clothes. It was so tacky. That aside, the content was fine although I believe audience is looking for even more details in the process. Showing examples of forms for one state to state situation would have been a good idea for $100. He had some good stories from his own experience and that is always worth listening to.

National Business Institute is very good to use for continuing legal education. The courses are very pricey, but is worth it to get credits quickly processed.

The CLE wasn’t a class and there was no guidance, it was like watching a how to you tube video, with out visuals and follow up questions.
