“Pretty good place, friendly service at the Kitimat location. Tristan was great. Prices could be a bit lower. Show mattresses in the back a little dusty. They don't set up or take the mattresses on their truck. Overall though, 4 stars”

“Just bought a new mattress from National Mattress. It's medium firm but feels quite firm to me. Otherwise, I'm happy with it so far.”

“Everything was amazing until I wanted to change my delivery date and the person on the phone didn’t log my details in and save them. So the mattress will arrive later instead.”

“I am pleasently surprised about how firm my matress turned out to be. I got extra firm but was still doubtful about it having spring coils, however it is perfectly firm and great support for back pain”

“Great prices, nice and knowlegeable staff,professional and fast delivery… I just wish that a product selection was wider- for instance some models (plush, ultra plush) from the Beatyrest brand and the line that is in fact carried by National Mattress, were not available. Not even to order.”

“The website had lots of information for helping me choose a matress, Delivery was quick and arrived whithin a 3 hour window and they called 5-10 minutes before they arrived. my kids love there new matresses just wish i could afford one for myself. all in all a decent experience. i would post a photo but i can't afford a cell phone or camera to do so.”

“I went into store to pick a mattress. Pretty simple. Price and description on each bed. Checked out in less than 5min. Free delivery is a great perk. Happy with my new mattress!”

“Great variety, great prices and great customer service in store but the only complaint I have is stock. The ones we liked they didn't have the size and the floor models are wrapped in plastic so can't really feel the mattress. Let's see how it goes but overall, great prices.”
