“Peter was helpful and professional in helping us understand different mattresses and the materials used. Overall a good experience. Charging $35 to have mattress delivered to your apartment unit, despite service elevator access, was disapointing to realize and perhaps the only let-down in our experience. Haven't received the delivery yet to cannot comment on punctuality.”

“National Mattress ticks off 2 most important boxes, a) customer frienfly sales staff and b) variety of options available to choose from. That the price akso seemed reasonable is the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.”

“Seems to be a quality product at a superb price. Purchasing, setting up delivery, and receiving the delivery was all very smooth. The only issue were some loose threads along one side of the mattress that appear to be cosmetic - I assume this is why this product ended up at an outlet store.”

“I was very impressed with this store. We are from out of town and we were moving our daughter into her apartment for school. We were greeted right away upon entry. What a great selection. My daughter was happy that she could try out the mattress' before purchase (we were happy it was in stock). The price was RIGHT!!. He brought the mattress right out to our vehicle and helped my husband load it in the back of the truck. The only thing I would change would be for him to have actually showed us to the mattress section of interest instead of just telling us. Overall good experience. Thank you very much”

“I enjoyed my visit in the store and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Being able to lie on the mattresses to feel the firmness helped me in picking an appropriate mattress. I wasn't ready to order it on the spot as I went to look at the mattresses early. I asked the staff member who helped me if he got commission for sales and he said no, they just like to help others. So I decided to order it online at a later date. I was able to schedule delivery easily and it arrived as scheduled. I received multiple emails to confirm the purchase, the scheduled delivery, and that it was on the way. In the emails and texts I received about my mattress being delivered, it stated to check the mattress in the plastic wrap before opening as they wouldn't take it back once opened. However, the mattresses were vacuum sealed in plastic, rolled up, and then wrapped in a large plastic wrap. It's kind of hard to inspect the mattress in this state. When we unrolled the large plastic wrap, we could already hear the mattress sucking in air to expand. Since it was already expanding, we decided to go ahead and cut open the vacuum sealed plastic and the mattress expanded even faster. There wasn't really time to inspect the mattresses, but I'm hoping that all will turn out well.”

“Ordered by mail the SPRINGWALL® Chiropractic® Tight Top Extra Firm Mattress, Queen size, rated 11/10 for firmness. After letting it air out (vacuumed sealed in a 84lbs box), the firmness feels more like 9/10. I would have opted for the 12/10 firmness mattress, however it was not available for shipping out of the GTA area. The website had some issues with displaying the mattresses available for shipping to my area. Had to verify that the product, I was interested in, had the "Buy Online" availability. First time buying from this company. Difficult to tell if the price matches the quality. Time will tell. Website says there's a 10 year warranty. However, no documentation/instructions were provided in the box.”
