“Purchased 3 mattresses for the first time with National Mattress. I had a vareity of choices and the prices were great as well. I was able to get wholesale prices since I got 3 mattresses and I think it was worth it. I was offered express shipping, and it truly was convenient. I believe all three mattress comes with a 10 year warranty which is a +. :) Thank you!!”

“Great customer service - salespersons were helpful and not pushy. Lots of choices. However, purchased mattress came with stitching defect - likely manufacturing issue with Serta, not National Mattress Outlet's fault. Henry, from the Markham location, is helping me with a new order and a return/refund of the initial mattress - so despite the mattress itself being disappointing in terms of quality, I'm hopeful that the situation will resolve with a new mattress.”

“This is the second mattress which I got from the store . This time around my experience was not satisfying with the sales representative. When I visited last time , the sales representative was very good and he let us know about the offers going on . This time even though there were offers he wantedly hide them”

“I had a very positive initial experience. Daniel, the sales person, was very patient and thorough as we looked at many mattresses and discussed the differences of each one. My second visit was not as positive. I did end up buying a mattress but the sales guy was not helpful or particularly friendly. In fairness, I did show up about 45 minutes before closing, but after purchasing my mattress he told me to leave so he could close up. I felt rushed and it wasn’t a positive ending, especially after making an expensive purchase. My advice is to see if Daniel is working, and if not, go back when he’s there.”

“Great quick service and delivery. Although living in an apartment, delivery would have to be full service to apartment, not lobby. Luckily i had a neighbour available to carry box spring up stairs as it would not fit in elevator. I”

“Overall service was very good with prompt delivery. Unofrtunately one box spring was damaged when we received it. The response of delivering a replacement the next business day was outstanding. Although it is not possible to give partial stars, our rating of the entire experince is 4.75”

“The mattress is exactly what i needed. My previous mattress was extra soft and because I got it online I didn’t get a chance to try it before it was shipped. My goal was to get extra firm mattress and without coil. I checked few mattress places and then I finally got exactly what I needed and within my budget at National Mattress.”

“Nice place to visit, the staff is really nice doesnt bother, I was there for 2 hours to make sure I select the perfect mattress for myself, wasnt bugged by the staff in between and kept on checking if needed some help, Took the delivery next day everything was done within 10mins faster than I ever tought, and then my spring box was delivered in 3 days without any hassle and kept me updated before reaching my house even gave me a call 15mins before reaching, excellent service shown by the company, as of now I have no issues with my mattress honestly I have stopped being cranky in majority of the days as I am sleeping like a baby and my mind is fully charged up by having an excellent sleep”
